研究了基于遗传算法和支持向量机的供应链绩效评价问题。将供应链绩效评价问题用遗传算法进行特征选择并同时对支持向量机参数进行了优化。研究表明该方法能提取出影响供应链绩效的重要属性,减小供应链评价模型的复杂度。应用实例表明基于遗传算法和支持向量机的评价结果从整体上要优于标准支持向量机的评价结果。 相似文献

敏捷供应链协调绩效的评价是敏捷供应链系统(ASCM)研究的一个新的研究方向。近年来人们一直在研究敏捷供应链系统的计算机构造与实现技术,企业投入大量的资金进行供应链系统组织与建设,但是如何评价供应链系统的运行效果是企业迫切需要解决的问题,理论界对此缺乏研究。该文研究把层次分析法AHP应用于敏捷供应链系统中供需协调绩效评价系统中的应用方法,介绍了有关算法模型,为研究改善敏捷供应链系统的运行性能提供决策依据。 相似文献

Information technology is providing manufacturers with additional flexibility with regard to their supply chain network choices. Our research studies supply chain network organization structures categorized by the organic and mechanistic management control structures. The structural impacts on cost and fill rate performance are studied in two-echelon and two-supply-chain network organization models under different market coordination conditions using system dynamic simulations. Our results show significant effects of demand and network structural factors, and their interactions, on these measures. As demand becomes dynamic, the cooperative interaction model, where supply chains cooperate to satisfy customer demand, is found to have better system performance than the competitive supply chain model. The analysis also suggests that increasing the responsiveness at the downstream plant is particularly important to the overall system performance improvement. 相似文献

Modern supply chain is a complex system and plays an important role for different sectors under the globalization economic integration background. Supply chain management system is proposed to handle the increasing complexity and improve the efficiency of flows of goods. It is also useful to prevent potential frauds and guarantee trade compliance. Currently, most companies maintain their own IT systems for supply chain management. However, it is hard for these isolated systems to work together and provide a global view of the status of the highly distributed supply chain system. Using emerging decentralized ledger/blockchain technology, which is a special type of distributed system in essence, to build supply chain management system is a promising direction to go. Decentralized ledger usually suffers from low performance and lack of capability to protect information stored on the ledger. To overcome these challenges, we propose CoC (supply chain on blockchain), a novel supply chain management system based on a hybrid decentralized ledger with a novel two-step block construction mechanism. We also design an efficient storage scheme and information protection method that satisfy requirements of supply chain management. These techniques can also be applied to other decentralized ledger based applications with requirements similar to supply chain management. 相似文献

Hostile environmental pressure on supply chain management increases emphasis on supply chain agility, integration, and visibility to respond rapidly, effectively and efficiently to changes in the marketplace. There is a need for new methods and tools to visualize the supply chain topologies which captures and recognizes the complexity of the supply chain network. This paper presents a Knowledge-based Customization System for Supply Chain Integration (KCSSI) which is developed based on three core technologies: visualization of topologies, network analysis, and knowledge-based system so as to obtain quantified actionable information and formulating strategies for supply chain configuration leading the long term success. The performance of the system is verified by a series of controlled simulation experiments conducted in a selected reference site. It is verified that the KCSSI improves supply chain visibility by recognizing the structure clustering and interconnection of the supply chain network, quantifying and exploiting holistic supply chain performance to provide measurable insights for the customization of the supply chain configuration leading to long term success. 相似文献

为考察回收物流对供应链牛鞭效应的影响程度,建立了由需求方、制造商和原材料供应商、回收商组成的闭环供应链系统动力学模型。模型建立在供应能力受限并禁止退货的约束条件上,使系统成为分段线性复杂系统。分别在允许延期交货和不允许延期交货条件下进行实验,仿真实验结果表明,在不允许延期交货策略下,回收物流会放大牛鞭效应;而在允许延期交货策略下,若回收比例合理,则可以弱化牛鞭效应。 相似文献
