在φ150mm的脉冲筛板萃取柱中,测定了两相稳态浓度剖面,分散箱存留分数、液滴平均直径等数据。采用返流模型,引入虚拟变量,求得真实传质系数Kox。还讨论了萃取柱中各参数随操作条件的变化规律,并和φ40萃取柱的传质特性进行了比较。  相似文献

在内径40mm的实验柱中,用30%TBP(煤油)-醋酸-水体系研究了脉冲筛板柱的稳定操作范围和传质特性。按扩散模型的近似解法处理实验数据,讨论了表观传质单元高度H_(OXP)、真实传质单元高度H_(OX)、分散单元高度H_(OXD)和体积传质系数K_(OX)a随脉冲强度fA变化的规律。结合低浓醋酸废水的回收问题,讨论了脉冲筛板柱的优化操作条件。  相似文献

本文以UO_2(NO_3)_2—30%TBP(KO)为实验体系,进行了梯形波脉冲筛板柱传质性能的研究。实验中测量了两组分的两相稳态浓度剖面共13组,以扩散模型为基础,求得了梯形波脉冲柱的“真实”传质单元高度HTU_(ox),分散单元高度HDU及表观传质单元高度HTU_(oxp)。通过对实验结果进行分析,选择出了适于本实验体系的较好的操作条件。  相似文献

针对间歇操作萃取工艺生产能力低,而逆流连续操作萃取工艺返混严重等问题,研究提出了轻重相交替进料操作的萃取工艺,并对轻重相交替进料筛板萃取塔中的传质性能进行了研究。以煤油-苯甲酸-水为萃取体系,采用单个液滴的传质模型来计算萃取塔的分散相总传质系数,并研究了分散相流速、连续相流速、液滴上升速度以及塔板间距对分散相总传质系数的影响。实验得到分散相总传质系数Kod的数值在3.49?10?5~5.47?10?5 m?s?1,总分散相存留分数在1.63%~4.37%。结果表明轻重相交替进料筛板萃取塔的分散相总传质数高于Kühni搅拌萃取塔、脉冲萃取塔和振动挡板塔,并且流量变化对Kod的影响小,返混效应弱,总分散相存留分数小,不易液泛。  相似文献

在内径5cm的梯形波空气脉冲柱内,测定了30%TBP(煤油)-Th(NO_3)_4-HNO_3(H_2O)体系在两种板段结构条件下钍的浓度剖面.用扩散模型描述萃取过程,用单纯形法直接由浓度剖面同时确定轴向混合系数、传质系数与真实传质单元高度.由此获得的计算的浓度剖面与实验测定的浓度剖面比较符合.结果表明:梯形波脉冲柱的轴向混合系数较小,用于补偿轴向混合的柱高约占表观传质单元高度的32—44%;用单纯形法寻优,对原始微分方程采用差分近似得两组线性代数方程组,对每组线性代数方程组用追赶法直接解,两组方程之间用迭代法,程序简单,收敛较快.在PDP11/23小型计算机上,约1分钟即算得一组结果.  相似文献

对低界面张力体系正丁醇-丁二酸-水在往复振动筛板塔中的萃取性能进行研究,体系中水为萃取剂,萃取正丁醇中的丁二酸。实验考察了两相流速、相比、传质方向和筛板振动速率对流体力学性能和传质性能的影响,并且与相同操作条件下固定筛板萃取塔的性能作对比。结果表明,筛板振动速率不高于3.5 cm/s的情况下体系没有发生乳化现象,相比增大到2.8时接近液泛点,实验稳定性较差。流速和相比增大能够获得更好的液滴分布和更大的体积传质系数,但增大的幅度要综合考虑设备的最大通量和两相在塔内的停留时间。分散相到连续相的传质方向传质相界面积大,更有利于提高传质效率。相同操作条件下,连续相中的轴向混合远大于分散相的轴向混合。与固定筛板塔的萃取性能相比,振动筛板改善液滴分布、增大处理能力和强化传质的作用都很明显。  相似文献

本文采用不稳态解吸平均浓度法研究筛板上液相体积传质系数.该方法不需要测定复杂的混合参数,方法简单,结果可靠.实验是在直径为142mm的筛板塔内进行CO_2的解吸,研究了孔径、开孔率、空塔气速、清液高度和液体性质对液相体积传质系数的影响.根据气泡直径分布密度函数,导出了气泡群传质模型,并用以关联实验结果,得到:(?)=3.64×10~(-2)(?)~(0.24)Fr~(-0.55)ε_g/(1-ε_g)(?)关联式与实验数据吻合较好.  相似文献

引 言气体搅动是一种外加能量的萃取方法 .与机械搅拌相比 ,气体搅动的萃取塔内无运动部件 ,操作稳定 ,结构简单 ,能耗低 .过去已有数篇关于气体搅动的混合 -澄清槽[1] 、喷洒塔[2~ 4 ] 、多级连续萃取器[5] 等无填料的萃取过程水力学性能和传质性能的文献报道 .而在填料塔萃取过程中加入气体搅动技术 ,一方面继承了填料可以有效地降低轴向返混的优越性能 ;另一方面 ,通过外加能量进一步强化液 -液两相接触与传质 ,提高传质系数 ,综合了外加能量的萃取技术和填料萃取技术的优点 .关于这方面的内容目前少有报道[6] .1 实验装置与实验方法…  相似文献

在内径为50 mm的筛板塔内,研究了空气-水-蒽醌工作液三相体系萃取过氧化氢过程.萃取温度为40℃,空气和分散相的表观流速分别为(1.31~3.22)×10-3m·s-1和(1.27~1.70)×10-3 m·s-1,分散相和连续相的表观流速之比为50:1.结果表明,在普通液-液萃取过氧化氢过程中引入气体作搅拌,可减小分散相的液滴直径,增大相际接触面积,明显提高萃取效率,降低萃余相中过氧化氢的含量.传质单元高度随气体表观流速的增加而降低,传质系数随气体表观流速的增加而增大.  相似文献

Extraction behavior of rare earth metals within a mixer-settler extraction column has been analyzed with the stage efficiency calculated from mass transfer coefficients and interfacial area. The mass transfer coefficient within the dispersed drops is determined from a rigid sphere model by taking into account the residence time distribution of drops, and the coefficient around the drops is calculated by Ranz-Marshall's correlation with the terminal settling velocity of a rigid sphere. The interfacial area of dispersed drops is calculated by the use of correlations for the drop diameter and the holdup of dispersed phase in the mixer-settler extraction column. The calculated results for the separation of samarium and gadolinium with a five-stage mixer-settler extraction column are compared with the experimental results at various agitation speeds and flow ratios between two phases. The extraction behavior in the multistage column is explained by a model based on the hydrodynamics and the mass transfer within the mixer. Effects of the pH value in aqueous phase, the extractant concentration in organic phase and the number of stages on the extraction behavior in the mixer-settler column are also shown.  相似文献

The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients have been measured in a pulsed packed extraction column using diffusion model for the toluene/acetone/water system. The experiments were carried out for both mass transfer directions. The effects of operational variables such as pulsation intensity and dispersed and continuous phases flow rates on volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients have been investigated. The experimental findings indicate that pulsation intensity and mass transfer direction have great influence on volumetric overall mass transfer coefficient. Significant, but weaker, are the effects of continuous and dispersed phase flow rates. The experimental results obtained in the present work are compared with some other types of extraction columns. Finally, two empirical correlations for prediction of the continuous phase overall mass transfer coefficient is derived in terms of Sherwood and Reynolds numbers. Good agreement between prediction and experiments was found for all operating conditions that were investigated.  相似文献

The performance of a spray liquid‐liquid extraction column at two mass‐transfer directions was experimentally studied in the presence of silica nanoparticles. Toluene‐based nanofluid drops containing 0.0005–0.01 vol % silica nanoparticles were dispersed in aqueous phase and acetic acid (AA) transfer between phases was investigated. The experiments were performed at fixed volumetric flow rates of dispersed and continuous phases. Maximum enhancement of 47.4% and 107.5% in overall mass‐transfer coefficient, respectively, for mass‐transfer direction of dispersed to continuous phase and vice versa were achieved for drops with 0.001 vol % silica nanoparticles. These enhancements can be referred to Brownian motion of nanoparticles and induced microconvection. The results showed that nanoparticles are more effective in augmenting AA transfer from continuous to dispersed phase. Probable reason is that smaller diameter and lower internal turbulence of drops in this transfer direction increase dispersed phase resistance potential to be manipulated by Brownian motion of nanoparticles. © 2015 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 62: 852–860, 2016  相似文献

The axial mixing and countercurrent mass transfer characteristics of a 5 cm diameter extraction column agitated by vibrating perforated Teflon plates have been investigated. The dispersed phase was an organic liquid (usually kerosene) and the continuous phase was water. Axial mixing was measured in both phases using pulse tracer techniques; in the continuous phase the axial mixing was estimated to have a significant effect on mass transfer, but axial mixing in the dispersed phase had a negligible effect. Mass transfer was measured for several different solutes; n-butyric acid, benzoic acid and phenol. The overall heights of a transfer unit (cont. phase) were in the order of 10-20 cm for the organic-acids but higher for transfer of phenol from very dilute solutions. The characteristics of the vibrating plate column have been compared with those of other types of extractor and suggestions are made for further development.  相似文献

The mass transfer process in a perforated rotating disk contactor (PRDC) using a toluene-acetone-water system was investigated.The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficients are calculated in a PRDC column.Both mass transfer directions are considered in experiments.The influences of operating variables containing agitation rate,dispersed and continuous phase flow rates and mass transfer in the extraction column are studied.According to obtained results,mass transfer is significantly dependent on agitation rate,while the dispersed and continuous phase flow rates have a minor effect on mass transfer in the extraction column.Furthermore,a novel empirical correlation is developed for prediction of overall continuous phase Sherwood number based on dispersed phase holdup,Reynolds number and mass transfer direction.There has been great agreement between experimental data and predicted values using a proposed correlation for all operating conditions.  相似文献
