In this paper, a new simple current controller with both satisfactory steady-state characteristics and fast transient response is proposed. In this scheme, a reference modification part is incorporated with the generally used synchronous-frame proportional-integral (PI) controller for the fast transient response. Simulation and experimental results are presented and show the effectiveness of the proposed current controller. In the simulation and experimental results, both the current controller and DC-link regulator show conspicuous performance improvement. It is also observed in the simulation and experiment that the proposed current controller has a similar characteristic as the synchronous-frame PI controller in the steady state and as the minimum-time current controller in the transient state  相似文献

针对电压型脉宽调制器(PWM)控制器只有电压控制环、电流变化滞后电压变化、系统响应速度慢、稳定性差等固有缺点,介绍了既有电压控制环、又有电流控制环的新型电流型PWM控制器.分析了电流型PWM控制器与电压型PWM控制器的控制原理,比较了二者之间的优缺点;介绍了电流型PWM控制器UC3844的工作原理,并应用电流型PWM控制器UC3844设计了微机电源,指出了设计中应该注意的问题.结果表明,由电流型PWM控制器构成的微机电源具有良好的电压调整率、负载调整率和系统稳定性等优点.  相似文献

In this paper, an improved invertor hysteresis current controller is proposed. It coordinates the switching of the three-phase switches in the d-q phase plane. In addition to the current error, information of the current error derivative is further employed so that one can take more advantage of adding the zero voltage vector for reducing the switching frequency. A simple hardware implementation of the improved hysteresis current controller is also proposed such that merits of the conventional hysteresis current controller can still be kept. 设计一种基于TMS320F2812的无刷直流电机控制系统;详细介绍了转子位置检测电路、相电流检测电路、驱动电路以及保护电路设计;给出相应的硬件电路.该系统采用三环控制.其中,位置环采用PI调节器;速度环采用参数自整定模糊PID控制:电流环采用电流滞环控制.该设计方案电路简单,可靠性强,具有较高的应用价值.同时,实验结果也验证了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

由于对高频谐波的抑制效果明显好于L型滤波器,因此LCL滤波器在电流源控制的并网逆变器中应用越来越广泛。而针对该类型的并网逆变器的控制策略更为复杂,为了简化控制策略一种基于电流双环的并网控制方案被提出来。与电压电流的双环控制器设计方法不同,设计电流双环控制器参数时除了考虑内外环控制器的相互影响以外,还需要考虑双环控制器带来的降阶和少自由度问题。因此本文在介绍基于高阶极点配置的电流双环控制器设计方法的基础上,重点分析在电流双环控制带来的少自由度的情况下如何合理的设计控制器参数。实验结果表明,根据该方案设计的控制器参数能够使三相并网逆变器安全、可靠运行且具有较快的动态响应速度。  相似文献

A hybrid controller, consisting of a model-based feedforward controller and a proportional–integral feedback compensator, for a solid-rotor synchronous reluctance motor/generator in a high-speed flywheel-based uninterruptible power supply application is proposed in this paper. The feedforward controller takes most of the control output of the current regulator based on the machine model, and the PI controllers compensate the possible inaccuracies of the model to improve the performance and robustness of the complete control system. The machine current tracking error caused by parameter inaccuracy in the model-based controller is mathematically analyzed and utilized to dynamically compensate the estimated flux linkage to eliminate the steady-state error in current regulation. Stability analysis is also presented, and it can be seen that the regulation performance and robustness of the system are improved by the proposed hybrid controller. Simulation and experimental results consisting of a flywheel energy storage system validates the performance of the controller.   相似文献

针对常规控制适用场所的局限性,提出了一种基于分数阶控制的PWM整流方法,该方法有别于以往的双闭环控制策略,电流内环控制使用分数阶控制器取代传统控制器。通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真与实验验证了该控制策略的控制效果明显好于传统控制方法。此外,其不仅可以应用在控制精度要求高、控制参数多的非线性系统中,而且具有较好的跟随性、鲁棒性和稳定性,能够准确的跟踪指令电流,并且得到的网测电流谐波很少,近似于正弦波。  相似文献

This paper presents the current sharing and robust voltage regulation controls for paralleled digital signal processor-based soft switching-mode rectifiers (SSMRs). First, the design and implementation of single-module SSMRs are made. In dealing with the current control loop design of each SSMR module, the small-signal model is derived and used to design the current-controlled pulse-width modulation (PWM) scheme. As to the common voltage control loop, its dynamic model is estimated from measurements. Then, a quantitative design procedure is developed to find the parameters of the voltage controller according to the prescribed control specifications. As the changes of parallel number and operating condition occur, the robust control is added to reduce the voltage regulation control performance degradation. The proposed multimodule operation control scheme consists of a master controller and N slave controllers. The former further consists of a common voltage controller and a current distribution unit, and the latter are the current-controlled PWM schemes of all SSMRs. Each slave controller receives the weighted sinusoidal current command from the master controller and regulates the feedback current of SSMR. The results confirm that the designed parallel SSMR system possesses good line drawn current power quality, module current sharing and voltage regulation control performances.  相似文献

介绍了康复机器人减重支持系统的构成。利用直线执行器作为支持系统的主要部件,采用H桥驱动直线执行器。利用双闭环反馈控制作为该系统的控制器,其中电流控制器作为内环控制器,速度反馈控制器作为外环控制器,并均采用PID控制器来实现,PID参数采用遗传算法进行整定。同时,利用延迟采样的策略保证了电流控制器参数的正确性。从实际效果上看,双闭环反馈控制基本使减重支持系统达到了恒力输出的要求。  相似文献

针对传统船用断路器控制器采样精度低、实时性差的问题,文中采用国内船用交流框架式断路器,并结合国外直流控制器先进技术,提出一种新型智能控制器设计。通过分流器将直流电流信号转换为毫伏级电压信号,再由控制单元对其进行信号处理,根据保护特性需求可驱动执行机构动作。实验结果表明,该型控制器满足三段保护要求,具有保护精度高、调节范围宽、可靠性好等特点。  相似文献

In this paper, a new current controller that guarantees the fastest transient response is proposed. The basic concept is to find the optimal control voltage for tracking the reference current with minimum time under the voltage limit constraint. The generalized solution of the minimum time current control in the systems is presented in this paper. With the generalized solution, the minimum time current controller can be easily applied to all three-phase balanced systems. Through simulation and experiment on an induction motor drive, it is observed that the proposed controller has much less transient time than the conventional synchronous proportional integral regulator  相似文献

A field programmable gate array (FPGA) based controller is proposed for a dc link series resonant inverter. The basic operation of the zero current switching inverter is briefly described. A strategy of decoupling the control of the dc link current from the load current is identified and referred as decoupled current control (DCC). The use of gate-controlled devices like metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor/insulated gate bipolar transistor/MOS-controlled thyristor permits a higher resonance frequency at the link of the inverter. The increased frequency enables the application of pulse density modulation technique with a bang-bang controller to synthesise and control the wave-shapes of current and voltage of the inverter. The DCC strategy eliminates the conventional analogue controller. A digital sequence controller has been designed using the state machine technique for the reliable operation of the inverter. The digital design is implemented on a single chip FPGA. To verify the proposed control strategy and the FPGA controller, a prototype has been built and tested. The test results show that a sinusoidal inverter output voltage is maintained with total harmonic distortion less than 5% and a regulation of about 1% from no-load to full-load, including non-linear and transient loads. The performance of the inverter with the FPGA controller is promising and attractive for uninterrupted power supply applications.  相似文献

In this paper, a variable structure current controller based on a space voltage vector PWM scheme is presented for induction motor drives. In this current controller design, only the current sensors are employed and we attempt to force the stator currents to be exactly equal to the reference currents rapidly. This proposed current controller, which is based on the space voltage vector PWM drive, exhibits several advantages in terms of reduced switching frequency, robustness to parameter variations, elimination of current/torque ripple, and improved performance in induction motor drive. In this paper, a constantly sampled current controller is proposed such that the controlled current can track the command within a specified error bound to guarantee the desired power quality. The authors further propose a simple two-value inner bound for current error comparison to determine the right time to add the zero-mode control to reduce both the switching frequency and the resulting current error. Moreover, an upper bound of the constant sampling period for the controller to guarantee the desired performance is derived and some design criteria are given for proper coordination among the design parameters. A torque controller suitable for electric vehicles is studied. The controller ensures that an induction motor generates motor torque efficiently, stably and accurately. The torque control system feeds back an assumed motor torque calculated using the secondary magnetic flux and the torque current detected from current sensors of the primary currents. The motor torque is controlled by using the torque current reference determined from the generated secondary magnetic flux and the magnetizing current reference. The magnetizing current reference is determined on the basis of the torque current reference so that motor torque generation efficiency is always optimal. The magnetizing current regulator is operated according to the magnetizing current reference. This ensures the motor generates the motor torque stably even in transient states. Fundamental performance characteristics, such as response, accuracy and efficiency of the motor torque are verified by simulation and experiments.
