箱形结构梁(柱)大量地应用于建筑钢结构中,尤其是高层或高层建筑结构中,但其内部的隔板焊接多数采用熔嘴式电渣焊接方法。本文详细介绍了一种非熔嘴式电渣焊接技术的具体应用和应注意的问题,经过实践和总结,此方法对其他类似结构内部隔板的焊接,能够保证质量、提高生产效率,具有一定的借鉴作用。  相似文献

由于国外客户大宗大型电站钢结构中的箱形主体立柱结构相对于其他形式的型钢与焊接型钢比较特殊,为了顺利全部制造完成,立柱的多层隔板、隔板用垫板与侧板三类板组成的立式筒状坡口焊缝必须采用日本开发研制的熔嘴式电渣焊焊接。本文通过对结构形式的深入探讨,改进了组装工艺与四角焊口部分的坡口形式。针对不同焊接件的厚度与组装四角焊口的大小,合理匹配焊接工艺参数,并结合实际操作过程中的操作技巧、施焊重点及难点进行深入分析,对常见焊接缺陷制定防止工艺措施,取得了满意的效果。  相似文献

A new method for evaluating the quality parameters, in particular impact fracture toughness, is described. The method is based on the effect of a high-speed water jet on the surface of the inspected object, with the information features being the geometrical characteristics of the resultant hydraulic cavity. Experimental results demonstrating the possibilities of evaluation of the homogeneity of the material of the welded joint are presented. The relationship between the impact toughness of the material of the welded joint and the depth of the hydraulic cavity formed as a result of the effect of the water jet is discussed.  相似文献

The method for solving the problem of determination of the values of the parameters resulting in stable arcing in a narrow gap by the methods of computer engineering analysis is discussed and theoretical relationships, connecting the welding parameters with the dimensions of the welded joint, are presented. The technological parameters of the process are determined by solving the inverse problem of modelling the formation of the weld pool under the effect of two welding arcs in a narrow gap during successive passes. The calculations of the parameters are confirmed by the experimental results of narrow-gap multipass welding.  相似文献

We present the results of an experimental programme of fatigue tests carried out on two types of butt joints with thicknesses of 20 and 40 mm respectively, characterized by a significant gap between weld edges, not compliant with the requirements of construction specifications. The tests were conducted on specimens taken from the weld beads of joints typical of those produced at the site (butt joints between web and flanges) and made with the same procedures (welding process, welding position, welding filler, etc.). The test results were elaborated statistically to determine the fatigue resistance category in accordance with the requirements of standard EN 1993-1-9 and IIW recommendations. Calculations took into account both the thickness of the specimens (tests were carried out on both to-scale and true-thickness specimens for the purposes of validation) and also flexural stress components induced by the non-planarity of the specimens.  相似文献

通过对窄间隙焊接技术的分析、理解,进行其派生技术的研究;并通过计算机仿真,研制特殊的焊接喷嘴,进行了板厚为90mm钢板开25°+8°坡口横焊时接工艺性试验,获得了外观成形良好的焊缝.焊接接头宏观金相表明焊接接头中未见气孔、裂纹、夹渣、来熔合等缺陷:抗拉强度与母材的相当,冲击韧性和焊缝组织良好,通过分析知底部焊缝热裂纹倾向较小.此项研究为建筑钢结构大厚度钢板开小坡口对接焊在建筑钢结构中的应用奠定了强力的技术支撑.  相似文献

Ni-Cu-Pd welding consumables have been recently developed for 300-series austenitic stainless steels such as Type 304L (SS304L) to reduce the amount of Cr(VI) in the welding fumes. In this study, a modified filler metal that replaces Pd with Ru was evaluated. Initial tests conducted on button-melted samples and bead-on-plate welds indicated that Ni-Cu-Ru exhibited good corrosion properties. Actual Ni-Cu-Ru arc welds made on SS304L were successfully produced and the corrosion performance was comparable to or better than that of Ni-Cu-Pd welds. These welds are a suitable replacement for welds made with standard 300-series welding consumables, such as SS308L.  相似文献
