探讨赣南脐橙皮粉末皂化后番茄红素提取最佳工艺。以赣南脐橙皮粉末为原料,0.5 mol/L碳酸钠溶液为皂化剂,乙酸乙酯为提取剂,采用分光光度法测定样品番茄红素含量。通过单因素试验探讨料液比、提取温度、提取时间对番茄红素含量的影响;然后通过正交试验得出最佳提取工艺。结果在提取工艺中对番茄红素含量的影响程度大小依次是料液比、提取温度、提取时间;最佳提取工艺为料液比(g/mL)1∶20、提取温度70℃、提取时间40 min。在最佳提取条件下,番茄红素提取量为18.63 mg/100 g。在最佳提取条件下能从赣南脐橙皮粉末中提取更多的番茄红素。  相似文献

为确定西瓜番茄红素最佳提取工艺条件,综合运用单因素试验、析因试验、最陡爬坡试验及响应面分析试验对西瓜番茄红素提取工艺条件进行了深入研究。结果表明,提取温度和料液比是影响西瓜番茄红素得率的显著性因子,西瓜番茄红素最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度45℃,料液比1∶18(g/m L),提取时间75 min,提取次数3次。此条件下,西瓜番茄红素得率可达2.740 9 mg/g。  相似文献

本文研究了从圣女果中提取番茄红素的最佳工艺。以提取率为考察指标,采用L16(44)正交试验法探讨提取溶剂丙酮和乙酸乙酯体积比、料液比、提取温度和提取时间四因素对番茄红素提取效果的影响。结果表明,影响番茄红素提取率的各因素主次顺序表现为料液比(B)、丙酮和乙酸乙酯体积比(A)、提取温度(C)、提取时间(D)依次降低;最佳提取工艺条件为丙酮:乙酸乙酯(V:V)为1:0、料液比(g/ml)为1:10、提取温度为45℃、提取时间为60 min,在此条件下,番茄红素提取率最高,达到86.32%。  相似文献

利用响应曲面法研究提取红葡萄柚中番茄红素的工艺。在单因素试验基础上,选取提取温度、提取时间及液料比为自变量,采用响应曲面法研究各因素及其交互作用对红葡萄柚番茄红素提取的影响。模拟得出了番茄红素提取的回归方程,确定番茄红素提取工艺的最佳条件为以石油醚为提取溶剂、提取温度30℃、提取时间3.8h、液料比3.5:1(mL/g)。在此条件下,提取的番茄红素含量为15.61μg/mL。本实验所得工艺参数准确,可应用于红葡萄柚番茄红素的提取生产。  相似文献

采用超声波辅助提取工艺,以番茄酱为原料,研究了提取溶剂、原料预处理方式、超声输出功率、提取料液比、提取温度、提取时间等因素对番茄红素提取效果的影响,通过正交实验,确定超声波湿法提取番茄酱中番茄红素的最佳工艺条件为:以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,70%乙醇按1:3(w/v)的比例对番茄酱脱水处理3次,超声输出功率160W,料液比1:9(w/v),提取温度40℃,提取时间20min,二级提取,番茄红素提取率为98.7%。所得油树脂番茄红素含量为7.7%。  相似文献

为充分利用番茄渣,研究了番茄渣中番茄红素的提取工艺。对影响番茄红素提取的各种因素,例如提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间、提取温度、pH值,超声波功率、提取次数等进行研究,并通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:当料液比为1:5(g:mL)、超声波输出功率为80W、提取时间为20min,提取温度为40℃、pH为6,番茄红素的提取率为62.52μg/g。  相似文献

目的研究超声波法提取三孢布拉霉菌(Blakeslea trispora)菌丝体中番茄红素的工艺条件。方法研究提取溶剂、料液比及超声波输出功率、间歇工作时间、超声时间对提取效果的影响,通过正交试验,确定最佳工艺条件。结果通过实验得到最佳超声提取工艺条件为:以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,料液比1:100,超声波输出功率400W,间歇工作时间5s/5s,超声提取时间20min,二级提取。在此条件下番茄红素的提取率为89.0%。结论优化了番茄红素的超声提取工艺。  相似文献

从预处理方法、浸提溶剂、料液比、浸提温度、浸提时间等方面对圣女果中番茄红素的提取工艺进行研究。经单因素试验对预处理方法及浸提溶剂进行选择,结果表明加入等体积无水乙醇、浸泡2h、离心脱水是提取番茄红素的最佳预处理方法,丙酮-正己烷(2:1)混合液是理想的提取溶剂。采用正交试验方法对液料比、提取温度和提取时间进行优化,得到适宜的提取条件为丙酮-正己烷(2:1)溶剂液料比为3:1、提取温度40℃、提取时间2.5h。在此提取工艺下,圣女果中的番茄红素提取量为4.08mg/100g。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
