This article presents a new proportional-integral (PI) tracking control strategy for non-Gaussian stochastic systems based on a square root B-spline model for the output probability density functions (PDFs). Following the square root B-spline approximation to the measured output PDF, a non-linear discrete-time dynamical model can be established between the control input and the weights related to the PDFs. It is noted that the PDF tracking is transformed to a constrained dynamical tracking control problem for weight dynamics. For the non-linear discrete-time weight model including time-delay terms and exogenous disturbances, convex linear matrix inequality optimisation algorithms are used to design a generalised PI controller such that stabilisation, state constraint and tracking performance can be guaranteed simultaneously. Furthermore, in order to enhance the robustness, the peak-to-peak measure index is applied to optimise the tracking performance. Simulations are given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

针对模型参数在有界区域内随机变化的系统, 基于平方根 B 样条模型, 提出了输出概率密度函数 (Probability density function, PDF) 跟踪控制策略. 目标是控制系统输出的概率密度函数跟踪给定的概率密度函数. 通过 B 样条逼近建立了输出 PDF 和权值之间的对应关系, 把 PDF 的跟踪转化为权值的跟踪, 同时系统转化为 MIMO 系统,从而权值向量的跟踪就转化为 MIMO 系统的跟踪问题, 接着给出了系统输出概率密度函数跟踪给定概率密度函数的控制器存在的充分条件, 通过求解线性矩阵不等式完成状态反馈和输出反馈跟踪控制器的设计, 得到了系统具有 Hinfinity 范数界 Gamma 鲁棒镇定的结果. 仿真结果表明本文提出的控制算法是有效的.  相似文献

This paper presents a new PID tracking control strategy for general non‐Gaussian stochastic systems based on a square root B‐spline model for the output probability density functions (PDFs). Using the B‐spline expansion with modeling errors and the nonlinear weight model with exogenous disturbances, the PDF tracking is transformed to a constrained dynamical tracking control problem for weight vectors. Instead of the non‐convex design algorithms, the generalized PID controller structure and the improved convex linear matrix inequality (LMI) algorithms are proposed to fulfil the PDF tracking problem. Meanwhile, in order to enhance robustness, the robust peak‐to‐peak measure is applied to optimize the tracking performance. 随机分布系统指的是输入为常规向量而输出为系统输出的概率密度函数所描述的一类随机系统.该类系统控制算法的目标是选择一个控制输入使得系统的实际输出概率密度函数尽可能跟踪一个事先给定的概率密度函数.本文对采用有理平方根B样条逼近其输出概率密度函数的非高斯动态随机分布系统,提出了一种基于非线性自适应观测器的故障诊断方法.该方法可快速有效地诊断出非高斯随机分布系统故障.通过对故障系统的重组,使故障后系统的输出概率密度函数仍能跟踪给定的分布,实现了该随机系统的容错控制,提高了随机系统的可靠性.  相似文献

For stochastic systems with non-Gaussian variables, the classical control approaches where only expectation and variance are concerned cannot cover the control requirement of the closed loop in some practical processes. In this paper, the tracking control problem for output probability density functions (PDFs) is studied using square root B-spline expansions and non-linear weight dynamical models. After the measurable output PDFs are approximated by the B-spline expansions, a non-linear dynamical model can be established between the control input and the weights related to the PDFs. The tracking control problem for the output PDFs can be reduced to a constrained tracking problem for the non-linear weight dynamics. For this non-linear weight model, a generalized proportional-integral (PI) control strategy is proposed in discrete time context. The objective of the control is to make sure that the output PDFs of the system can follow a given target function, and the closed-loop system is exponentially stable and satisfies the constraint imposed on the state vector. The LMI-based convex optimization approach is adopted to design the parameters of the proposed PI controllers. This result also generalizes some previous works for classical constrained PI tracking control of non-linear discrete-time systems. Simulations are given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

针对一类仿射非线性有界动态随机系统,提出一种最优概率密度函数(PDF)跟踪控制算法,使得系统的输出PDF跟踪给定的PDF.首先利用线性B样条解耦得到仿射非线性状态方程和PDF逼近方程,使PDF跟踪转化为状态方程输出权值的跟踪;然后采用线性时变序列逼近方法将非线性系统转化为线性时变系统,通过对线性系统的迭代运算得到非线性系统的最优跟踪控制器,从而实现最优PDF跟踪.理论分析和仿真实验均表明了所提出算法的有效性.  相似文献

研究了一类随机动态系统的鲁棒弹性最优跟踪控制问题。在采用B样条神经网络模型逼近随机动态系统的输出概率密度函数(PDF)的基础上,同时考虑系统模型和控制器增益不确定性,结合Lyapunov稳定性理论和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)技术,引入增广控制作用,设计基于广义状态反馈的鲁棒弹性最优跟踪控制器,目的是使系统的输出PDF跟踪给定PDF。通过求解LMI,所得控制器不仅能实现跟踪目的,而且能确保该随机动态系统全局稳定并满足一定的线性二次型性能指标上界。仿真结果表明该方法简单易行,且无需任何设计参数调整。  相似文献

In this paper, a generalized state-space controller design for the shaping of the output probability density function (PDF) is presented for non-Gaussian dynamical stochastic systems. A radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to approximate the output PDF of the system. Such a neural network consists of a number of weights and corresponding basis functions. Using such an approximation, the dynamics of the original stochastic system can be expressed as the dynamics between the control input and the weights of the RBF neural network. The task of output PDF control can therefore be reduced to a RBF weight control together with an adaptive tuning of the basis function parameters (i.e., the centers and widths of the basis functions). To achieve this aim, the control horizon is divided into certain intervals hereinafter called batches. Using these definitions, the whole control strategy consists of three stages, namely (a) sub-space parameter identification of the dynamic nonlinear model (that relates the control signal to the weights of the RBF neural network); (b) Weight tracking controller design using an LMI-based convex optimization technique; and (c) RBF basis functions shape tuning in terms of their centers and widths using an iterative learning control (ILC) framework. Among the above stages, the first two are performed within each batch, while stage (c) is carried out between any two adjacent batches. Such an algorithm has the advantage of the batch-by-batch improvement of the closed-loop output PDF tracking performance. Moreover, the controller mentioned in stage (b) is a general controller in a state-space form. Stability analysis has been performed and simulation results are included to show the effectiveness of the proposed method, where encouraging results have been made.  相似文献

A new robust proportional-integral-derivative (PID) tracking control framework is considered for stochastic systems with non-Gaussian variable based on B-spline neural network approximation and T-S fuzzy model identification. The tracked object is the statistical information of a given target probability density function (PDF), rather than a deterministic signal. Following B-spline approximation to the integrated performance function, the concerned problem is transferred into the tracking of given weights. Different from the previous related works, the time delay T-S fuzzy models with the exogenous disturbances are applied to identify the nonlinear weighting dynamics. Meanwhile, the generalized PID controller structure and the improved convex linear matrix inequalities (LMI) algorithms are proposed to fulfil the tracking problem. Furthermore, in order to enhance the robust performance, the peak-to-peak measure index is applied to optimize the tracking performance. In this article, a novel data‐driven robust backstepping control (DRBC) approach for tracking of unmanned surface vehicles (USVs) with uncertainties and unknown parametric dynamics has been developed. Main contributions are fourfold: (a) Unlike previous approaches, within the DRBC scheme, backstepping decoupled technique and data‐driven sliding‐mode control (DSMC) can be effectively cohered. (b) Using backstepping philosophy, a new data‐driven PI‐type sliding‐mode surface is devised, such that strong robustness with simple structure can be ensured. (c) Complex unknowns including couplings, uncertainties and parametric dynamics are sufficiently lumped, and are totally compensated by the extended state observer. (d) The entire DRBC scheme eventually achieves accurate tracking of USVs with strong couplings, uncertainties and unknown parametric dynamics. The efficacy and superiority of the proposed DRBC approach is validated on a prototype USV.  相似文献

This paper considers the torque control problem for robots with flexible joints driven by electrical actuators. It is shown that the achievable closed-loop tracking bandwidth using PI torque controllers may be limited due to transmission zeros introduced by the load dynamics. This limitation is overcome by using positive feedback from the load motion in unison with PI torque controllers. The positive feedback is given in terms of load velocity, acceleration and jerk. Stability conditions for designing decentralized PI torque controllers are derived in terms of Routh-Hurwitz criteria. Disturbance rejection properties of the closed system are characterized and an analysis is carried out investigating the use of approximate positive feedback by omitting acceleration and/or jerk signals. The results of this paper are illustrated for a two DoF (degrees of freedom) system. Experimental results for a one DoF system are also included.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive nonlinear control scheme with a friction observer for position control of an electrohydraulic actuator is proposed. The observer based on the LuGre friction model is employed to compensate for the friction. Adaptation laws are used to handle parameter uncertainties in the actuator and friction model. The control law including dynamics of the observer is developed through a backstepping‐like dynamic surface control (DSC) technique. Experimental results have illustrated the success of the control scheme. The results also show that the adaptive DSC controller has better tracking performance than an adaptive backstepping and conventional PI controllers.  相似文献

This work deals with the tracking control problem of a class of unknown nonaffine dynamic systems that involve unpredictable sensor and actuation failures. As the control inputs enter into and influence the dynamic behavior of the nonaffine system through a nonlinear and implicit way, control design for such system becomes quite challenging. The underlying problem becomes even more complex if the system dynamics are unavailable for control design yet involving unanticipated sensor and/or actuator faults. In this work, a structurally simple and computationally inexpensive control scheme is proposed to achieve uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB) stable tracking control of a class of nonaffine systems. The proposed control is of a generalized PI form and is able to accommodate both sensor and actuator faults. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is confirmed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this paper, a new event-triggered approach for neurodynamic programming and optimal tracking control problem of constrained-input systems is proposed, where the desired trajectory can be generated as a large class of useful command trajectories. Firstly, the complex tracking problem is converted to a stabilizing control optimization problem by reconstructing a novel augmented tracking system with discounted performance index. Secondly, instead of the conventional time-driven control, an event-triggered policy iteration (PI) algorithm is designed to drive the system dynamic to track the reference trajectory, which requires less computation and fewer transmissions during the solving. Thirdly, the novel tracking control can be bounded as desired, which overcomes the unconstrained steady-state control from the general adaptive dynamic programming based tracking solution. Moreover, only critic neural network is used in the implementation of iteration learning, which simplifies the actor-critic architecture and reduces computational load. And by the means of Lyapunov method, the ultimately boundedness of the tracking system under the event-triggered PI algorithm is proved. Finally, the developed approach is applied to track a sinusoidal waveform and a periodic rectangular step signal in the simulations, where the effectiveness is also demonstrated.  相似文献
