空间外差光谱技术(SHS)作为一种新型超光谱分辨率的光谱分析技术近年来得到了快速发展和广泛应用。根据SHS的基本结构和原理,本文对SHS应用系统中能对干涉图产生影响的各种干扰和畸变进行了分析,并针对这些干扰提出了一种SHS干涉图校正方案。实验结果表明,该方案不仅可以对干涉图进行有效校正,而且复原光谱能够良好地反映输入光谱信息,提高SHS的反演精度。 相似文献

成像干涉光刻技术(IIL)具有干涉光刻技术(IL)的高分辨力和光学光刻技术(OL)产生任意形状集成电路特征图形的能力。在IIL中,按掩模图形的不同空间频率成份分区曝光,并使其在抗蚀剂基片上非相干叠加,得到高分辨抗蚀剂图形。本文在研究一般三次曝光IIL原理基础上,提出采用沿X轴正、负方向以及沿Y轴正、负方向偏置的双向偏置照明,分别曝光 X方向、-X方向、 Y方向、-Y方向的高空间频率分量并与垂直于掩模方向的低空间频率分量曝光相结合的五次曝光IIL。理论和计算模拟表明,该方法可以提高图形对比度和分辨力,并减小因调焦误差引起的图形横向位移误差,有利于改善抗蚀剂图形质量。 相似文献

S11639线阵传感器常被用于需要紫外测量的微型光谱仪中。但当S11639曝光量较大时,会出现光谱响应的非线性,从而影响微型光谱仪的动态范围,因此必须进行非线性校正。利用卤钨灯与氘灯测量微型光谱仪的光电响应特性曲线,找出S11639的曝光量与A/D转换输出的线性部分,对数据进行直线拟合,获得S11639在线性范围内的系数。在此基础上,外推得到其在非线性范围内的理论值,求出理论值与实际测量值的差异,利用最小二乘法进行多项式拟合,实现S11639线阵传感器的非线性校正。同时,对比实验结果,分析实验数据的误差成因,为更好地利用基于S11639微型光谱仪的全动态范围光电检测提供实验依据。 相似文献

为研究运动补偿下成像光谱仪的辐射能量采集特性,首先推导出系统探测器像元采集到的光谱辐射能量与瞬时视场光轴摆角的关系式.据此,在可见近红外(0.4~1.0 μm)光谱范围内,计算不同摆角下系统采集到的光谱辐射能量与观测星下点(对应光轴摆角为0°)时系统采集到的光谱辐射能量的比值.结果表明:与观测星下点相比,运动补偿过程中系统采集到的总光谱辐射能量随光轴摆角的增大而减小,并且其中地面目标辐射所占的比例也随之减小.系统信噪比有类似的特性.要使整个观测过程辐射能量提高的倍率保持或接近预期的补偿倍率,光轴摆角尽量小于30°. 相似文献

Several experiments were performed to investigate the effects of temperature on the fading of the commercial imaging plate, IP (BAS-UR). The fading characteristics were measured under controlled temperatures between 0°C and 60°C after irradiation with 238U alpha-ray and 60Co gamma-ray sources. Applying Arrhenius' equation to the experimental results, we calculated a universal functional equation that includes two variables: elapsed time (t) and temperature (K). The photo-stimulated luminescence (PSL) calculated by this equation showed good agreement with the results of our experimental ones between 0°C and 40°C. From this equation, the activation energies of the fading are estimated to be about 0.9 eV for both 238U alpha-ray and 60Co gamma-ray sources. 相似文献

In a neutral particle gas detector, the parallax error resulting from the perpendicular projection on the detection plane or wire of the radial particle trajectories emanating from a point like source (such as a scattering sample) can significantly spoil the apparent angular resolution of the detector. However, as we will show, the information is not lost. We propose an off line data treatment to restore as much as possible the original scattering information in the case of a one-dimensional parallax effect. The reversibility of parallax follows from the algebraic structure of this effect, which is different from the resolution loss which is essentially irreversible. The interplay between finite resolution and parallax complicates the issue, but this can be resolved. 相似文献

针对非晶硅平板探测器不一致性偏大,导致探测器灵敏度出现非线性的问题,提出了基于探测器像元灵敏度均值的校正方法。此方法基于线性拟合校正的思想,在一定管电压下,改变管电流采集一组探测器基准图像,利用这组图像与其相应均值进行拟合,再把拟合系数作为校正因子对试件成像进行校正。该方法通过缩小校正的输入范围,满足线性系统成立的条件,使非线性问题线性化,实现了各像元点对点的线性校正。实验结果表明,与常规线性校正相比,该方法不仅提高了系统成像的动态范围,而且随着标准差的降低,信噪比相应地提高了近1.3倍。 相似文献

We have been investigating the fading characteristics of imaging plates (IPs) as integral type detectors. The dependence on alpha, beta, and gamma ray radiation and their energies of the fading effect was measured using three types of IPs (BAS-UR, BAS-TR, and BAS-MS). The functions to correct the fading were determined by using the method reported in a previous paper. In all types of IPs, we confirmed that the fading effect is independent of the energy of the incident particles of beta and gamma rays and also independent of radiation except for the first component, which fades out in a very short time after irradiation with alpha rays. These results are very useful in the utilization of IPs as integral detectors in practical radiation fields.
Empirically, the fading pattern is known to change when the IP is scanned by different types of image readers. The differences in the fading patterns obtained with two types of image readers, the BAS-1000 and the BAS-5000 (Fuji Film Co.), is discussed. Development of an equation for correcting the effects of the differences in the image readers was attempted. 相似文献

BGA (Ball Grid Array) surface defect detection requires faster and more accurate methods for semiconductor industry applications. Traditionally, the BGA inspection used gray-scale images. However, the solder pad, wiring and gray scales shown in images depict little variance. Therefore, when the threshold value is poorly set or the contract rate is insignificant, BGA detection may fail to segment an object. This research proposes a modified methodology that uses Gamma correction for image enhancement. Three-color bands were applied to a modified Gamma correction algorithm (i.e. RGB) to better separate the high and low image contrasts. Better results were obtained by dividing the image into background and foreground portions using the Gamma correction. As a result, the proposed method improved the contrast value by 52.09%. After the images were enhanced and segmented, the compactness and internal holes were calculated as features for classification. The results showed that classification correctness was 96.43%. The proposed method used a 640?×?480 pixel image, performing complete defect detection 0.3 seconds faster than the traditional enhancement method, which requires 1?second. The research results provide an effective solution for the detection and classification of the BGA surface tin ball defect problem. 相似文献

归一化积相关算法是一种经典的图像匹配算法,具有操作简单、匹配概率高等优点,其不足之处主要在于计算量大,难以满足实时性要求。为此,本文首先提出了一种减少归一化积相关算法计算量的方法,通过从基准图像中构造出两个搜索矩阵,来简化实时图像的搜索路径,使其只需沿一个方向平移就可以完成匹配,并且可以很容易地通过相邻两个基准子图之间的迭代来避免图像能量的重复计算;接着将该方法与BPC算法的思想相结合提出本文的快速匹配算法,从两个方面来减少传统算法的计算量,进一步提高了算法的运算速度;最后通过实验仿真验证了本文算法的优越性。 相似文献

目的针对当前较多图像匹配算法主要通过对特征点的相似性进行度量来优化匹配特征点,忽略了特征点之间的投影相关性,导致算法的鲁棒性下降、匹配错误度较高的问题,文中提出了基于改进FAST算子耦合投影约束法则的图像匹配算法。方法首先,利用FAST算子提取图像特征点,并通过Harris算子去除FAST算子中的伪特征点,充分获取稳定特征点。然后,利用圆域内像素点的高斯曲率值,对特征点进行描述。最后,利用归一化互相关系数(Normailizedcorrelationcoefficient,NCC)对特征点进行匹配。并通过特征点之间的投影关系函数计算特征点的投影值,并根据投影值建立投影约束法则,以去除错误配点,优化匹配精度。结果实验数据显示,与当前图像匹配技术相比,所提算法具有更好地鲁棒性与匹配精度,在多种几何攻击下,所提算法的正确匹配率仍可维持在90%以上。结论所提算法在各类几何变换下仍具有良好的匹配精度,在图像处理、信息安全等领域具有良好的参考价值。 相似文献

根据傅里叶成像理论,分析了光学合成孔径系统成像原理,指出光瞳函数的离散化,提高了光学合成孔径成像系统的分辨本领,但降低了系统传函中频性能,并使系统在信息获取时具有方向选择性。运用遗传算法对光瞳构形进行优化,光瞳优化后,四孔径系统的优化参数从310.8降到13.7,减小了23倍。在合成孔径成像系统单个子孔径存在像差的情况下,Piston误差对系统的影响最大,其次是离焦误差、倾斜误差、球差、彗差和像散,对于四孔径系统,Piston误差对系统的影响几乎是离焦误差的2倍,像散的4倍。系统曝光时间与填充比的平方或立方成反比。 相似文献
