本文论述了GH169高温合金变薄旋压的试验过程,对合金的旋压性能,最佳变薄率,以及薄率,以及模拟FT8燃气轮机匣旋压成形,选择较为合理的工艺参数进行了分析。结果认为,GH169合金在固溶状态下,可旋转性较好,累计变薄率为60%未见裂纹出现;当道次变薄率为30%,两道次总变薄率约为50%时,成形大直径薄壁带安装边机匣壳体是可行的。该结果为机匣壳体采用变薄旋压成形奠定了基础,对节省合金材料,提高产品几 相似文献

通过试验和利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DANA进行数值模拟,探讨了带内筋铝合金筒形件强力旋压变形过程中应力、应变的分布规律,分析了各种因素及工艺参数对成形的影响,合理地描述了实际产品的生产过程。结果表明,该加工过程适于采用大减薄率的一道次成形。在坯料的自由端施加一定的阻力,在合理的范围内尽可能地选择较大的进给比,且在虑减薄率和进给比等各种工艺参数的综合影响的基础上,可以加工出较好的产品。 相似文献

通过高温合金管材不同旋压变薄率的试验,探讨了常用高温合金的旋压工艺参数。在高温合金管材可旋性试验的基础上,有效控制塑性变形的稳定流动,可以旋压高精度薄壁管材。当坯料退火以后,经旋压工艺参数优化,可提高变形区金属三向塑性流动的稳定性,并有助于获取尺寸精良的管材。 相似文献

In this work, a study into the conventional simple spinning of cylindrical aluminium cups was carried out. The effects of roller face angle, feed rate and roller nose radius on each of wall thickness variation, cup inner diameter uniformity, spinning ratio, roundness uniformity, surface roughness, and spinning forces during simple spinning under dry conditions were investigated. Theoretical relationships for axial and radial components of the spinning force are determined and their validity is experimentally examined. The results show that decreasing both roller angle and feed rate, and increasing roller nose radius improve most of the spinning characteristics of the spun cup for the range of parameters considered. The results could be interpreted in terms of temperature rise in the deformation zone, over-rolling and spring-back phenomena, spinning forces, and the variations of contact area between the roller and the spun metal. 相似文献

The structure of a turbine blade made of the ChS-70V alloy has been studied after operation in an experimental regime at 880°C. A considerable change in the structural state of the alloy indicates the presence of an extremely high level of stresses in the material. During the operation, the magnetic susceptibility of the alloy increases by two orders of magnitude. The possible structure objects responsible for a change in the magnetic susceptibility are the complexes of superstructure intrinsic stacking faults inside the intermetallic phase. 相似文献

研究TA15钛合金热强旋过程中的微观组织演变,探讨壁厚减薄率对TA15钛合金微观组织演变的影响。变形过程中,滑移变形是主要的变形机制,孪晶起到协调变形的作用。微观结构逐渐转变为细小的纤维组织,并且初生α晶粒的长径比随着壁厚的减薄而增加,再结晶分数和显微硬度也随着减薄率的增加而增加。 相似文献
