目前对淬硬钢的研究结果看,对淬硬钢的切削力预报是有较大误差的。为了更好的控制硬态切削过程,本文将切削参数进行试验设计并进行切削力试验,通过两种不同刃口刀片切削试验对比,并结合有限元仿真的方法,研究刀具切削刃的几何结构在高速切削GCr15淬硬钢过程中对切削力的影响规律。 相似文献

为了探究H13钢硬态车削过程中的切削力与工件表面粗糙度,课题组采用单因素试验和多因素正交试验法设计车削试验。通过极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,研究不同切削速度、进给量和背吃刀量对切削过程中切削力以及工件表面粗糙度的影响,并比较切削力与表面粗糙度的变化规律。结果表明:影响切削力的显著性参数为背吃刀量进给量切削速度;影响工件表面粗糙度的显著性参数为进给量切削速度背吃刀量。通过单因素试验分析可知,切削力与表面粗糙度变化有一定的相关性,表面粗糙度的变化趋势和切削力一致。 相似文献

采用陶瓷刀具对淬硬轴承钢GCr15进行干切削对比试验,通过Kistler切削力数据采集系统测量不同切削参数下陶瓷刀具所受切削力大小。用极差分析法对试验结果进行分析,结果表明:切削用量各要素中,切削深度ap的不同水平对试验指标Fz的影响最大,是主要因素;其次是进给速度f,而切削速度vc所取的不同水平对试验指标影响不大,是一般因素;试验选取的各因素水平中,使切削力最小的优化组合为vc=125m/min,f=0.08mm/r,ap=0.1mm;综合考虑生产率等因素,可得到较优组合为vc=125m/min,f=0.12mm/r,ap=0.1mm。 相似文献

应变式三轴力传感器可用作车床切削力的测量,但其应变原理使传感器被施加压力后会产生相应的形变量,会影响到机床的加工精度。本文对LH-SZ-05三轴力传感器进行ANSYS分析及载荷试验,从试验和有限元分析方面验证应变式三轴力传感器对机床切削力测量的可行性,为应变式三轴力传感器的进一步制作和应用奠定了基础,为数控机床高速切削状态下切削力测试奠定基础。 相似文献

为了研究镍基高温合金加工中切削用量对切削力的影响,课题组借助高温合金的材料本构模型、失效准则、切削过程中的切屑分离准则和摩擦模型,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了镍基高温合金的二维切削仿真模型,分别以切削速度、切削深度和进给量为单一变量,探究切削力的变化规律。结果表明:切削力随切削速度的增加而减小,并趋于稳定状态;切削力随着进给量和切削深度的增大而增大;相较于切削速度,进给量和切削深度对切削力的影响更大。 相似文献

Cutting with devices excited by ultrasound is a promising alternative to conventional cutting when the materials contain particles which differ in stiffness and elasticity from the surrounding bulk or when they consist of layers which exhibit largely differing mechanical properties. Aim of the present study was to evaluate the impact of ultrasonic excitation and blade inclination (slice-to-push ratio) on cutting forces and cutting work of different foods with a fast-moving device which was excited in a way that the direction of vibration was parallel to the edge of the blade. The results show that ultrasonic excitation significantly reduces cutting force, that the magnitude of cutting force reduction largely depends on the product, and that cutting force and cutting work increase with increasing cutting velocity. Whereas these interactions are because of the micro-saw movement of the cutting tool, it was not possible to explain the product-dependent response to blade inclination. 相似文献

The specific cutting force represents a complex interaction between the geometry of the blade, the physical and mechanical properties of the tissue and the direction of cutting, i.e. the rotating angle of the tool. The analyses carried out confirm the appropriateness of the definition of the specific cutting force as the parameter independent of the cross-sectional geometry of the chip, i.e. independent of the technological parameters. The results of the analysis of the relation between the tangential component of the cutting force and the feed velocity, which at invariable values of the entrance and exit rotating angle of the tool directly determines the mean thickness of the chip, confirm the hypothesis on an exponential relation between the said variables. In the case of invariable geometric parameters of the tool, the specific cutting force is constant, while the relation between the cutting force and the technological parameters is merely a consequence of the influence of the parameter of cross-sectional area of the chip f hm . For this research wood of two tree species was used, namely celtis wood (Celtis zenkeri Engel.) and manilkara wood (Manilkara fouilloyana Aubrev et Pellegr.). 相似文献
