为完成聚乙烯工程中铝镁料仓的焊接任务,采用双面同步氩弧焊工艺对该材料进行了焊接工艺研究,在分析焊接性和反复试验的基础上,拟定了合理的焊接材料、焊接方法、焊接工艺参数以及焊接过程中的操作技巧和操作要点,并对焊接接头进行多项力学性能试验。结果表明,拟定的焊接工艺方案对于铝镁合金对接接头是可行的,焊缝性能可以得到保证,同时也可作为制定类似材料焊接工艺的参考。  相似文献

以压力容器的生产制造为应用背景,在实现对焊接工艺评定报告PQR、焊接工艺指导书WPS等进行编制、捡索、管理的基础上.实现了根据JB4708—2000“钢制压力客嚣焊接工艺评定”和JB/T4709—2000“钢制压力容器焊接规程”等行业标准,由PQR或WPS智能推理生成焊接接头工艺卡以及对焊接材料消耗的计算和汇总,最终生成指导焊接生产的焊接工艺规程。同时.系统实现了用户管理和文档编制流程管理.使系统具有更强的实用性。  相似文献

针对进口APILx52钢管(管径330mm,壁厚6mm)天然气长输管道(管内压力为1.6 MPa)的焊接,从焊接方法及焊接材料的选择、坡口形式及其制备、焊工操作要求、焊接工艺和焊接检验等方面进行了论述.要获得其优质焊接接头,必须严格控制焊接工艺,并对不合格焊缝进行合理的返修,从而获得优质的焊接质量.  相似文献

采用气体保护焊(GMAW)焊接方法对铸铜ZCuAl10Fe3与Q235B钢的焊接工艺进行了试验和研究,制定了详细的焊接规范,并提出了焊接时的注意事项。通过在实际产品中的焊接应用,表明此工艺可以获得成型较好的焊道,同时可以获得较为理想的焊接接头。  相似文献

介绍了锆板的焊接特点及锆材焊接过程中的注意事项.以1台纯锆反应器为例,讨论锆材设备中主要焊接接头形式、焊接方法、匹配的焊接材料、合理的焊接工艺参数和保护措施.并对焊接完成的反应器进行外观颜色检验、无损检测、水压试验和气密性试验.试验结果表明:所选择的焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺参数和焊接保护措施是合理的,保证了焊接接头性能符合标准和设计的技术要求.  相似文献

通过焊接材料,焊接接头机械性能及同类产品的对比分析,采用无损检测、低温拉伸、冲击试验等研究手段,选择合适的焊接材料及工艺参数,通过理论分析,确定了要在高寒情况下产品正常使用,必须保证焊接接头性能达到母材性能要求。由此明确了研究项点和方法,确定工艺攻关方向。根据产品初步设计要求,对焊接母材进行可焊性分析,确定采用Y型裂纹试验,对母材及焊材进行材料的裂纹敏感性分析,对高寒动车组变压器高寒车使用条件下(-40℃)焊接接头及母材的机械性能进行低温性能验证分析,确定了焊接材料及焊接工艺。  相似文献

焊接是承压设备制造过程的关键环节,承压设备配套焊材性能对承压设备的制造质量起关键作用,决定承压设备的最终性能.研制了用于临氢环境的15CrMoR(H)用R307L焊条与H08CrMo(H)/JWF201(H)埋弧焊材,对其焊接工艺及熔敷金属性能进行了研究.特以焊接接头性能为主要指标,采取包括模拟封头热成型在内的多种热处理后,试验数据依旧保持了优异水平.分析焊接接头微观组织,其焊缝组织均为铁素体为主,有少量贝氏体和珠光体.  相似文献

时效不锈铜以其强度高、韧性好、焊接性能优良的优异综合性能成为空空导弹舱体制造中最主要的结构材料.分析了某型号空空导弹舱体的结构特点和时效不锈铜的焊接性,介绍了舱体制造时所采用的焊接、旋压、热处理这三大关键技术,着重阐述了电子束焊和电阻点焊技术在舱体制造中的应用,详细说明了焊接参数的调试原则和控制焊接缺陷及焊接变形的方法与措施.检验与探伤、拉伸结果表明:首批试制的时效不锈钢舱体的尺寸精度和焊缝与焊点的焊接质量、力学性能符合设计要求,工艺方案完全适合于舱体的加工.  相似文献

For high-power CO_2 laser welding, besides two well known stable welding processes, i.e. stable deep penetration welding (DPW) and stable heat conduction welding (HCW), the authors have found the third welding process, i.e. unstable-mode welding (UMW) under the certain condition. UMW has its basic feature that the two welding modes (DPW and HCW) appear intermittently, with jumping of penetration depth and weld width between large and small levels. In this paper, effects of welding parameters (focal position, laser power and traveling speed) on laser welding mode and weld appearance have been comprehensively studied Double-U curves of laser welding mode transition have been obtained, which indicate the ranges of the three mentioned welding processes. This work affords science foundation for selecting the welding process parameters correctly and obtaining stable laser welding.  相似文献

The elemental micro-segregation characteristic within the weld zone for ytterbium fiber laser welded Hastelloy C-276 sheet was investigated. The analysis of segregation ratio and equilibrium distribution coefficient of elements, determined through EDS data, indicate the reduction in micro-segregation of elements compared with the previous reported literatures for laser welded Hastelloy C-276. High melting efficiency of ytterbium fiber laser, reduction in the amount of linear heat input, and high cooling rate of the mushy zone lead to the reduction in micro-segregation. The melting efficiency of ytterbium fiber laser for welding of Hastelloy C-276 of 64% is higher than that (48%) of conventional welding methods. High melting efficiency leads to the reduction in the linear heat input required for welding. Hence, in the present investigation, the same was found to substantially reduce as compared to the previous reported literature. The cooling rate from liquidus temperature to solidus temperature at the weld centerline was found to be in the order of 103 °C/s. Cellular dendritic substructure that constituted for lower micro-segregation was formed at the weld centerline.  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to evaluate the influence of the welding parameters in the formation of defects in weld overlays with nickel-based alloys, and its possible elimination through the correct adjustment of the welding parameters. Coatings were deposited with the nickel-based alloy types Inconel 625, Hastelloy C276 and Inconel 686 on C–Mn steel plates, using GTAW cold wire feed process. The planning of the experiments was accomplished by applying the Taguchi method. The control factors evaluated were the energy technique (ET), the welding heat input (E), the type of alloy (L), the shielding gas (G) and the type of arc oscillation (T). Other parameters were maintained constant, having previously been investigated. The results showed that the arc oscillation type is spiral; although it contributes significantly to reduce the dilution level, it causes a strong instability to the process, resulting in most of the cases in surface defects or defects among passes. The optimum condition to avoid defects among passes was identified by the Taguchi method, which was constituted by the following combination of control factors: 2-2-2-3-3, or by: I energy technique (TE-I); medium heat input level (Emedium); Hastelloy C276 alloy; shielding gas Ar + He; double-8 arc oscillation. The optimum condition for the welding without defects results in high dilution level not being indicated for the welding of resistant coverings to the corrosion.  相似文献

环化塔预热器壳体的设计材料是Hastelloy C-276、Monel 400两种镍基合金复合不锈钢板,焊接是制造这台设备的关键技术.通过分析镍基合金复合钢板的焊接特点,指出镍基合金复合钢板焊接的关键是控制基层根部焊接时,焊缝金属中不要熔入复层合金成分;复层堆焊后的合金成分接近或达到焊材的化学成分,满足耐蚀要求.采用台阶式坡口形式,是避免根部焊缝金属互熔的最好措施;控制焊接线能量的多层焊是保证堆焊复层耐蚀性的关键.  相似文献

Friction welding is one of the most effective and widely used solid-state joining methods in modern industries. Plastic deformation of interface material is the essence of friction welding, and welding process parameters affect the welding quality greatly. To understand the friction welding process better, it is important to calculate the temperature, stress, and strain fields of welding interface material in the welding process. In this paper, continuously driven friction welding of Al-Cu-Mg alloy round bars that are commonly used in aerospace structures are calculated with the finite element method (FEM). FEM calculations and results are explained and discussed in much detail. For example, depending on experiments as reference, FEM results show that a temperature of 490 °C, which is below the low value of Al-Cu-Mg alloy melting point, is obtained at the end of 0.6 s of friction welding. During the whole process of friction welding, the calculated equivalent strains increase monotonously, and the equivalent strain at the center of circular section of interface material is the largest.  相似文献

综述了电弧螺柱焊技术的发展和应用。作为一种广泛应用的螺柱焊接方法,电弧螺柱焊技术具有焊接效率高,易于实现自动化控制等优点。以焊接设备的发展更新、焊接材料的研究及应用领域为主要内容,对电弧螺柱焊中的普通电弧螺柱焊和电容储能电弧螺柱焊进行了比较;介绍了电弧螺柱焊中新发展的短周期控制方法,通过短周期拉弧螺柱焊技术与传统电弧螺柱焊技术的对比,突出了短周期控制方法的特点和优点;指出短周期拉弧螺柱焊是当前占主导地位的电弧螺柱焊方法,大直径螺柱的短周期拉弧螺柱焊研究将是重要的研究方向。  相似文献
