本文提出的一种新颖的基于多用户反馈的判决反馈均衡器,解决了在CDMA多用户检测中传统自适应判决反馈均衡器误码率高、系统容量小的缺点.它由具有误差反馈滤波器的判决反馈均衡器(Decision Feedback Equalizer with Error Feedback Filter,DFE-EFF)构成,并在判决后反馈多用户数据抵消多址干扰(多用户反馈干扰抵消).文中给出其结构图,分析各种判决反馈均衡算法.理论证明,具有误差反馈滤波器的多用户反馈干扰抵消判决反馈均衡器(多用户反馈干扰抵消DFE-EFF)较各种判决反馈均衡器为最优,它能同时有效处理ISI,MAI和噪声的干扰.仿真结果表明,在误码率性能和系统容量两方面,多用户反馈干扰抵消DFE-EFF比DFE、DFE-EFF均有较大改善. 相似文献

本文提出了一种带预处理的多用户检测器.其预处理器是通过二进制二次规划问题的全局最优性条件得到的.本文的预处理器只用很小的计算量就可以判断出大部分用户的信息码,而且可以保证通过预处理得到的部分用户的信息码与最佳多用户检测得到的结果相同.因为由预处理得到的用户的信息码已经是全局最优的,所以我们就可以将其从原多用户检测问题中剔除,进而得到一个相对小规模的多用户检测问题.与原问题相比,这个小规模的多用户检测问题的多址干扰减小了,然后可以用一些常用的多用户检测器来求解这个小规模的多用户检测问题. 相似文献

文章对具有DFE结构的盲均衡算法作了研究,在一种修正常模算法(MCMA)代价函数中引入泄漏因子,并将常模算法(CMA)和直接判决-最小均方误差算法(DD-LMS)同时应用到盲判决反馈均衡器的抽头更新中,得到一种适用范围广?均衡特性好?变步长的DD-LLMS MCMBDFE算法。该算法在均衡的同时能自动补偿由信道引起的相位误差,收敛速度快,收敛后剩余误差小,同时还能克服当均衡器长期没有持续输入激励时,LMS算法产生的抽头系数漂移问题。仿真结果表明DD-LLMS MCMBDFE算法是一种有效的盲判决反馈均衡算法。 相似文献

In this paper, blind adaptive multiuser detection (MUD) technique is developed for uplink transmission in multiuser space
diversity DS-CDMA system to overcome multipath fading effect and multiple access interference. The system consists of a space
diversity, a precombining blind adaptive detector (PBAD), and a weight adaptation technique based on the minimization of the
mean output energy (MOE). The bit error rate (BER) performance of this receiver for asynchronous DS-CDMA signals with independent
and correlated antenna branches under Nakagami fading channel for BPSK system is evaluated. It has been seen that the use
of antenna diversity can yield substantial improvement in performance even if the correlation between the antenna elements
is relatively large (up to 0.795). However, the large correlation values pose a significant reduction in the diversity gain
in comparison with the zero correlation situation. It has also been confirmed by simulations that the PBAD provides a significant
receiver performance in comparison with the RAKE receiver employing antenna diversity.

transmission, multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems, fading channels, equalization, turbo (iterative) processing,
and wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA).
Emad K. Al-Hussaini received his B.Sc degree in Electrical Communication Engineering from Ain-Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, in 1964 and his
M.Sc and Ph.D. degrees from Cairo University, Giza, Egypt, in 1974 and 1977, respectively. From 1964 to 1970, he was with
the General Egyptian Aeroorganization. Since 1970, he has been with the Department of Electronics and Communications, Faculty
of Engineering, Cairo University, and is currently professor there. He was a research fellow at Imperial College, London,
UK, and at the Moore School of Electrical Engineering, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in the academic
years 1976/1977 and 1981/1982, respectively. In 1990, he received the Egyptian national encouragement award for outstanding
engineering research. He has written several papers for technical international journals and conferences. His research interests
include signal processing, fading channel communication, modulation, and cellular mobile radio systems. Dr Al-Hussaini is
a senior member of IEEE. He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in the World and in the IBC (International Biographical Center,

多用户检测(MUD)是有效地抑制多址干扰(MAI)的关键技术。本文在对各种现有MUD算法的特点进行认真分析的基础上,提出了将最小均方误差(MMSE)横式滤波器与并行干扰对消(PIC)相结合的联合检测结构。计算机仿真结果表明,该算法计算复杂度不高,性能明显优于传统的MUD算法,具有一定的实际应用价值。 相似文献

This paper proposes a low complexity joint space-time multiuser detection algorithm for asynchronous DS/CDMA antenna array systems. The proposed multiuser detector is composed of an adaptive antenna array, used as a linear beamformer, and a sliding window decorrelator. A QPSK modulation scheme is used in order to increase bandwidth efficiency. Numerical results are given in terms of Bit Error Rate (BER) under the assumption of a frequency-selective Rayleigh slow fading channel. In particular, the proposed receiver is shown to be near-far resistant, even in worst fading cases, and to exploit completely array introduction while maintaining acceptable computational complexity. The proposed architecture avoids linear filter realization of the decorrelator, which is impractical in the case of a large number of users, and operates with relatively short data frames instead of the complete information sequence. Finally, this receiver is very flexible to changes in timing configuration. 相似文献

提出了一种基于判决反馈机制的信道估计方法,采用少量导频估计出初始信道信息,再从接收端检测出的符号中选取一组包含了少量错误的符号作为准导频,反馈到信道估计器,与初始的导频一起构成数量更多的导频序列,经过几次迭代,达到提高信道估计精度的目的。为提高初始估计的精度。信道估计采用了一种频域分集的方法。计算机仿真表明,在多径瑞利衰落信道下,本文的方法可以在较低的复杂度下有效地提高信道估计的精度,在MMSE接收条件下,系统具有良好的误比特率(BER)性能。 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a novel equalization on‐channel repeater (OCR) with a feedback interference canceller (FIC) to relay terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting signals in single frequency networks. The proposed OCR not only has high output power by cancelling the feedback signals caused by insufficient antenna isolation through the FIC, but also shows better output signal quality than the conventional OCR by removing multipath signals existing between the main transmitter and the OCR through an equalizer. In addition, computer simulations and laboratory test results demonstrate that the proposed OCR successfully cancels feedback signals and compensates channel distortions and provides a higher quality transmitting signal with higher output power than conventional OCRs. 相似文献

This paper investigates the frequency synchronization in the uplink of the Orthogonal frequency- division multiple access (OFDMA) system with interleaved subcarrier assignment. In such a system, one of the key problems is the multiuser frequency synchronization, which focuses on the multiple-parameter estimation of the Carrier frequency offsets (CFOs). In this paper, we propose a two-stage frequency offset estimation algorithm. The main advantage of the proposed method is that it can obtain the CFOs of all users simultaneously using only one OFDMA block. In addition, a novel CFO-compensation method is presented. Based on the inner signal structure of interleaved-OFDMA uplink, the new scheme uses adaptive beamformer to compensate the CFO of each user and isolate the signals of all users at the same time. Compared to the previously known methods, the proposed algorithm can provide accurate frequency synchronization and data detection without feeding CFO estimates back to active users for frequency adjustment. 相似文献

A new family of multistage low-complexity linear receivers for direct sequence code division multiple access (DS-CDMA) communications is introduced. The objective of the proposed design is to mitigate the effect of multiple access interference (MAI), the most significant limiting factor of user capacity in the conventional DS-CDMA channel. The receivers presented here employ joint detection of multiple users and therefore require knowledge of all the signature codes and their timing. In addition, for a multipath environment, reliable estimates of the received powers and phases are assumed available for maximal ratio RAKE combining. Each stage of the underlying design recreates the overall modulation, noiseless channel, and demodulation process. The outputs of these stages are then linearly combined. The combining weights can be chosen to implement different linear detectors, including the decorrelating and minimum mean square error (MMSE) detectors. In this paper, we focus on implementing the MMSE detector. A new receiver structure able to deliver high data rates in a multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) frequency selective wireless environment is proposed and investigated in this paper. The optimal solution for the finite-length MIMO decision feedback equalizer (DFE) with cancellation is derived and used to illustrate the potential of this architecture for space-time communications. LMS and RLS adaptive algorithms are also presented for the MIMO architecture. The convergence and performance of these adaptive algorithms is analyzed through simulation results. The proposed adaptive solutions do not require channel identification, are less computationally intensive than their optimal solution counterpart, and allow the proposed MIMO receiver to seamlessly adapt to channel changes. 相似文献

A multi-stream cyclic interleaving architecture for an interleaved frequency division multiple access (IFDMA) system is proposed. The proposed scheme exploits the full benefits of maximal length sequence ( -sequence), in contrast to single data stream transmission scheme proposed in earlier works, thereby allowing simultaneous transmission of multiple data streams by each user. The cyclic spreading allows the separation of multiple data streams for each user in addition to intersymbol interference (ISI) minimization. The assignment of orthogonal subcarriers to each user compensates multiuser interference (MUI). The increase in the number of data stream transmission improves the data rate of the system. The proposed scheme employs maximal ratio combining (MRC) to maximize the instantaneous signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the multipath signal. The performances of the proposed interleaving scheme are compared with the minimum mean square error frequency domain equalization (MMSE-FDE)-based conventional interleaving scheme. Despite the simultaneous transmission of multiple data streams, the proposed scheme retains the performance of single data stream transmission. 相似文献
