Vapor pressures were measured for six binary systems containing water, ethanol, or methanol with one of the two ionic liquids (ILs) at different component concentrations and temperatures using a quasi-static ebulliometer, with the ILs mono-ethanolammonium formate ([HMEA][HCOO]) and di-ethanolammonium formate ([HDEA][HCOO]). The vapor pressures of the IL-containing binary systems are well correlated using the NRTL model with an overall average absolute relative deviation (AARD) of 0.0062. The effect of ILs on the vapor pressure depression of sol-vents at 0.050 mole fraction of IL is that [HDEA][HCOO]〉[HMEA][HCOO], and the vapor pressure lowering de-gree follows the order of water〉methanol〉ethanol. Further, the activity coefficients of three solvents (viz. water, ethanol, and methanol) for the binary systems{solvent (1)+IL (2)}predicted based on the fitted NRTL parameters at T=333.15 K indicate that the two ILs generate a negative deviation from Raoult’s law for water and methanol and a positive deviation for ethanol to a varying degree, change the relative volatility of a solvent. [HMEA][HCOO] may be a promising entrainer to efficiently separate ethanol aqueous solutions by special rectification.  相似文献

How to completely remove the water from ionic liquids(ILs) is difficult for researchers because of the hygroscopicity of ILs. In order to study the hygroscopicity of ILs, two kinds of ILs, 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate([Bmim][PF_6]) and 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium Bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)([Bmim][NTf_2]) were investigated by molecular dynamics simulations. Although[Bmim][PF_6] and [Bmim][NTf_2] are hydrophobic, both of the ILs could absorb water molecules from the vapor. In this work, the process of absorbing water from the vapor phase was studied, and the water molecules could disperse into the IL. Aggregation was observed with increasing the water concentration.Although the absorbed water increases obviously, the amount of free water and small cluster in the ILs does not change significantly and always stays at a certain level. The amount of free water and small cluster in [Bmim][PF_6] is more than that in [Bmim][NTf_2], which is consistent with their hydrophobicity. In addition, the liquid-vacuum and liquid–liquid interfaces of the ILs were simulated and analyzed in detail.The number density distribution and angle distribution indicated that [Bmim]+cations arrangement regularly at the IL-vacuum interface. The butyl chain point to the vacuum, while the imidazlium ring is close to the IL phase region and perpendicular to the interface. While at the IL-water interface, the cations and anions are disordered.  相似文献

On the basis of reported experimental vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data of NH3-1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate (NH3-[Emim]Ac), NH3-1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (NH3-[Bmim][BF4]), NH3-1,3-dimethylimidazolium dimethyl phosphate (NH3-[Mmim]DMP) and NH3-1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ethylsulfate (NH3-[Emim]EtOSO3) binary systems, the interaction parameters of 14 new groups have been regressed by means of the UNIFAC model. To validate the reliability of the method, these parameters have been used to calculate the VLE data with the average relative deviation of pressures of less than 9.35%. The infinite dilution activity coefficient ( γ1∞ ) and the absorption potential ( φ1 ) are important evaluation criterions of the affinity between working pair species of the absorption cycle. The UNIFAC model is implemented to predict the values of and φ1 of t6 sets of NH3-ionic liquid (1L) systems. The work found that the φ1 gradually increases following the impact order: φ1([Cnmim][BF4])〈φ1([Cnmim]EtOSO3)〈φ1([Cnmim]DMP)〈φ1([Cnmim]Ac) (n= 1, 2, 3, … ) at a given cation of IL species and constant temperature, and φ1([Mmim]X)〈φ1([Emim]X)〈φ1([Pmim]X)〈 φ1([Bmim]X)(X= Ac, [BF4], DMP or EtOSO3) at a given anion of IL species and constant temperature. Furthermore, the φ1 gradually increases with increasing temperature. Then, it could be concluded that the working pair NH3-[BmimlAc has the best potential research value relatively.  相似文献

离子液体因其特殊的内在结构及性能,使得其在纤维素预处理应用过程中展现出良好的效果,其相关体系的物性研究是推进工业化进程的基础必要数据。因此选用甲基咪唑和磷酸三甲酯合成了离子液体1,3-二甲基咪唑磷酸二甲酯([Mmim][DMP]),并测定了[Mmim][DMP] (1) + DMSO (2) 和 [Mmim][DMP] (1) + 乙腈 (2) 两个二元体系,在293.15~323.15 K时,全组成范围内的密度和黏度。计算了体积性质和超额性质数据。通过比较分析二元体系的超额摩尔体积(V E)、表观摩尔体积( V ? )、无限稀释表观摩尔体积( V ? )和偏摩尔体积( V ? )数据,以及分子模拟手段讨论了离子液体与溶剂之间的作用形式,包括离子液体与溶剂之间形成的氢键对溶液性质的影响。  相似文献

Room-temperature ionic liquids (ILs) can be used as reaction media for nonaqueous biocatalysis. However, the purity of ILs should be considered to understand the influence of ILs on enzyme activity. The major impurities in ILs are water and halide. In the transesterification of benzyl alcohol with vinyl acetate, the optimal water activities for lipases in [Omim][Tf2N] were similar to those in organic solvents. The chloride impurity in [Omim][Tf2N] seriously influenced the activity of lipase. In this work, the effect of ILs on lipase activity was investigated under controlled initial water activity and low halide content. The activity of lipase was highly dependent upon the anion structure of ILs. The initial reaction rate of lipases followed the order [Tf2N]>[PF6]>[TfO]>[SbF6]≈[BF4]. All tested lipases showed the highest activities in ILs containing [Tf2N] anion. Particularly, [AAIM][Tf2N] was shown as a suitable reaction medium for biocatalysis. Lipozyme IM showed the highest activity in this IL among tested ILs. Thermal stability of lipase was also investigated. The higher thermal stability of Novozym 435 was obtained in hydrophobic and water-immiscible ILs such as [Bmim][Tf2N], [Edmim][Tf2N], and [Bmim][PF6].  相似文献

N-ethyl-imidazolium-based alkylphosphate ionic liquid (IL), viz. N-ethyl-N-methyl-imidazolium dimethylphosphate ([EMIM][DMP]), N-ethyl-N-ethyl-imidazolium diethylphosphate ([EEIM][DEP]) and N-butyl-N-ethyl-imidazolium dibutylphosphate ([BEIM][DBP]) were demonstrated to be effective for the removal of aromatic sulfur compounds (S-compound) 3-methylthiophene (3-MT), benzothiophene (BT) and dibenzothiophene (DBT) from fuel oils in terms of sulfur partition coefficients (KN) at 298.15 K. It was shown that the extractive ability of the alkylphosphate ILs was dominated by the structure of the cation and followed the order [BEIM][DBP] > [EEIM][DEP] > [EMIM][DMP] for each S-compound studied with their KN-value being 1.72, 1.61 and 1.17, respectively for DBT. For a specified IL the sulfur selectivity followed the order DBT > BT > 3-MT with their KN-value being 1.61, 1.39 and 0.78, respectively for [EEIM][DEP]. The alkylphosphate ILs are insoluble in fuel while the fuel solubility in ILs varies from 20.6 mg(fuel)/g(IL) for [EMIM][DMP] to 266.9 mg(fuel)/g(IL) for [BEIM][DBP]. The results suggest that [EEIM][DEP] might be used as a promising solvent for the extractive desulfurization of fuel, considering its higher sulfur extractive ability, lower solubility for fuel and thus negligible influence on the constituent of fuel, and the ease of regeneration for the spent IL via water dilution process.  相似文献

A polymer of intrinsic porosity (i.e., PIM‐1) has been blended with different ionic liquids (ILs) in order to evaluate the effect of the ILs on the microstructure of the polymer blend. [C8MIM][Cl], [BMIM][DCa], [BMPyr][DCa], and [BMIM][Tf2N] have been selected and were mixed with PIM‐1. Polymer blends containing up to 80 wt % of ILs were prepared by a casting method with chloroform as solvent. SEM images show that during the film formation a structuring of the surface appears depending on the nature and the concentration of ILs, with appearance of well‐defined microstructure in the case of [BMIM][Tf2N] and [BMIM][DCa]. In the case of [BMIM][Tf2N]/PIM‐1 film, the lower IL concentration induces the denser film with small micropatterns onto the surface. AFM analysis indicates that the ILs are well dispersed on the surface. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and water contact angle measurements show that a gradient of IL concentration is observed across the film thickness. 合成了一系列常规离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Bmim][BF4])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐([Bmim][PF6])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双三氟甲磺酰亚胺盐([Bmim][NTf2])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑双氰胺盐([Bmim][DCA])、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑硫氰酸盐([Bmim][SCN])、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑硫氰酸盐([Emim][SCN])和N-丁基吡啶硫氰酸盐([BPy][SCN]),用智能重量分析仪(IGA)测定不同温度和分压下离子液体吸收二氯甲烷(DCM)的容量。结果表明,[Bmim][SCN]具有最高的二氯甲烷吸收容量(1.46 g/g, 303.15 K, 60 kPa),5次循环后吸收能力无明显下降,[Bmim][SCN]基本可完全再生,能循环使用。量化计算结果表明[SCN]?可与二氯甲烷形成氢键,增强其对二氯甲烷的吸收能力。  相似文献

制备了一系列Brønsted-Lewis双酸性离子液体催化剂,并将其应用于纤维素制备乙酰丙酸的实验中。考察催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和催化剂重复使用次数对乙酰丙酸收率的影响,得到最佳工艺条件:[HO3S-(CH2)3-mim]Cl-FeCl3(FeCl3物质的量分数为0.60)用量0.62 mmol、纤维素用量0.50 g、反应温度180 ℃、反应时间10 h、去离子水用量为30 mL。在该反应条件下,乙酰丙酸收率为49.47%。通过甲基异丁基酮萃取可以分离出乙酰丙酸和催化剂。催化剂重复使用5次后,乙酰丙酸收率仍大于44%。采用SEM、XRD和TG-DTG对固体残余物进行表征,结果发现,纤维素转化成乙酰丙酸的过程中伴随着腐殖质的生成。  相似文献

The inability of traditional hydrodesulfurization (HDS) to effectively remove aromatic sulfur compounds such as thiophene (TS) and dibenzothiophene (DBT) has called for alternative methods to be studied, among which extractive desulfurization using ionic liquids (ILs) has attracted increasing interest. In this work, we prepared a new IL, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyano(nitroso)methanide ([C4mim][dcnm]), and investigated its extractive desulfurization for both model oils and real FCC gasoline, where model diesel fuel was composed of n-hexane and droplets of DBT and model gasoline was composed of n-hexane, toluene and droplets of TS. Other three [dcnm]-based ILs, 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium dicyano(nitroso)methanide ([C2min][dcnm]), N-ethyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium dicyano(nitroso)methanide ([C2mpyr][dcnm]), and N-butyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium dicyano(nitroso)methanide ([C4mpyr][dcnm]), were also comparatively investigated. These [dcnm]-based ILs have low viscosity which favors the mass transfer and reduces the extractive equilibrium time, also are fluorine-free which avoids the corrosion by hydrogen fluoride from anion decomposition that occurs generally in fluorine-containing ILs. The desulfurization ability follows the order [C4min][dcnm] > [C4mpyr][dcnm] > [C2min][dcnm] > [C2mpyr][dcnm]. Typically, [C4min][dcnm] is capable of removing 66% DBT and 53% TS from their respective model oils after one cycle (initial 500 ppm S, 25°C, 15 min, mass ratio of IL:oil 1:1), and < 10 ppm S-content can be obtained after 4 cycles. It was observed interestingly that the S-content in real FCC gasoline can be reduced from initial 250 ppm to < 30 ppm after 6 cycles using [C4min][dcnm] as extractive reagent, which is better than some previous results for real feedstocks. Mutual solubility, extractive temperature, IL:oil mass ratio, multiple extraction, initial S-content, and regeneration were also studied. These dcnm-based ILs are competitive extractive reagents compared with some other ILs to remove those aromatic S-compounds from fuel oils.  相似文献

The activity and stability of lipase from Candida antarctica were investigated in the kinetic resolution of (R,S)-1-phenylethanol with vinyl acetate using ionic liquids (ILs) as reaction media. Among ILs tested, the highest activity of lipase was observed in [Edmim][Tf2N]. In hydrophobic ILs such as [Edmim][Tf2N], [Emim][Tf2N] and [Pmim] [PF6], lipase could retain its activity after 5 times reuse, while the activity of lipase in hydrophilic ILs and organic solvents was drastically decreased. The activities of lipase in [Edmim][Tf2N], [Emim][Tf2N] and [Pmim][PF6] were also well maintained after 1 day incubation at 80 °C. The lipase suspended in [Edmim][Tf2N] could be successfully reused 6 times without loss of activity.  相似文献

The separation of carbon dioxide (CO2) is of great importance for environment protection and gas resource purification. The ionic liquids (ILs)-based gas separation membrane provides a new chance for efficient CO2 separation, while high permeability and selectivity of membranes is a great challenge. In this study, the influence of two protic ILs with different anion ([TMGH][Im] and [TMGH][PhO]) on the CO2 separation performance of the prepared ILs/Pebax blended membranes were systematically investigated at different temperature. The results showed the CO2 permeability exhibits the rising trend for ILs/Pebax blended membranes with the increment of IL content. Especially, the [TMGH][Im] with low viscosity and high CO2 absorption capacity leads to the blended membranes showing better CO2 permeability and ideal CO2 selectivity than that of membranes with [TMGH][PhO] at high IL content. Besides, with operating temperature increasing, the gas permeability of 20% (mass) [TMGH][Im]/Pebax blended membrane increases due to the decreasing viscosity of IL and the rising chain mobility of polymer. Inversely, the gas selectivity shows decreasing trend because CO2 absorption capacity obviously decreased at higher temperature.  相似文献

采用改进的Ellis平衡蒸馏仪测定了乙腈+水+1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二乙酯盐([EMIM][DEP])、乙腈+水+{1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([EMIM][OAC])+[EMIM][DEP]}常压(101.3 kPa)等压汽液平衡(VLE)数据。实验结果表明,备选离子液体可促进水+乙腈混合物的分离并消除其共沸点。借助NRTL模型成功关联了含离子液体的三元和四元VLE实验数据,获得了乙腈-[EMIM][DEP]、水-[EMIM][DEP]和[EMIM][OAC]-[EMIM][DEP]二元交互作用参数。应用COSMO-SAC预测了实验VLE,结果令人满意。量化计算表明可与水形成强相互作用的离子液体更易促进乙腈与水的分离。  相似文献

A new class of green solvents, known as ionic liquids (ILs), has recently been the subject of intensive research on the extractive desulfurization of fuel oils because of the limitation of the traditional hydrodesulfurization method in catalytically removing thiophenic sulfur compounds. In this work, four thiazolium-based ILs, that is, 3-butyl-4-methylthiazolium dicyanamide ([BMTH][DCA]), 3-butyl-4-methylthiazolium thiocyanate ([BMTH][SCN]), 3-butyl-4-methylthiazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMTH][PF6]), and 3-butyl-4-methylthiazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMTH][BF4]), are synthesized. The extractive capability of these ILs in removing thiophene (TS) and dibenzothiophene (DBT) from model fuel oils is investigated. [BMTH][DCA] and [BMTH][SCN] present better extractive desulfurization capability than [BMTH][BF4] and [BMTH][PF6], which may be ascribed to the additional π?π interaction between –C≡N (in [BMTH][DCA] and [BMTH][SCN]) and thiophenic ring (in TS and DBT); DBT in diesel fuel is more efficiently extracted than TS in gasoline. [BMTH][DCA] offers the best desulfurization results, where 64% and 45% sulfur removal are obtained for DBT and TS, respectively, at IL:oil mass ratio of 1:1, 25°C, 20 min. [BMTH][DCA] is thus selected to systematically investigate the effects of temperature, IL:oil mass ratio, initial sulfur content, multiple-extraction, and IL regeneration on desulfurization. The mutual solubility of [BMTH][DCA] with fuel oil is also determined. It is observed that the desulfurization capability is not too sensitive to temperature and initial sulfur content, which is desired in industrial application; the sulfur contents in gasoline and diesel fuel are reduced from 558 ppm to 20 ppm (after 5 cycles) and from 547 ppm to 8 ppm (after 4 cycles), respectively. This work may show a new option for deep desulfurization of fuel oils.  相似文献

High pressure solubility of carbon dioxide in three phosphonium-based ionic liquids has been measured experimentally. A synthetic method was used to measure vapor–liquid, vapor–liquid–liquid and liquid–liquid equilibria of carbon dioxide in the ionic liquids trihexyltetradecylphosphonium bromide [thtdp][Br], trihexyltetradecylphosphonium dicyanamide [thtdp][dca] and trihexyltetradecylphosphonium bis(2,4,4-trime-thylpentyl)phosphinate [thtdp][phos] for a temperature range of 271–363 K and up to 90 MPa. Furthermore, the densities and viscosities of these ILs have been measured in a temperature range of 293–363 K. The solubility of carbon dioxide in these ILs is (on mole fraction basis) significantly larger than most of the commonly used fluorinated imidazolium ionic liquids. The latter statement, however, does not hold for the [Br] and [dca] based IL if the solubility is compared on molality (mole/mass solvent) basis, where the solubility differences among physical ILs tends to vanish indicating a strong molecular weight effect. The solubility of carbon dioxide in [thtdp][phos], both on mole fraction and molality basis, is among the highest compared to all the other physical ILs reported so far in the literature. The Peng–Robinson equation of state in combination with Wong–Sandler mixing rules incorporating the NRTL Gibbs excess energy model was applied to represent the experimental data with acceptable accuracy.  相似文献

Series of 1‐allyl‐3‐methylimidazolium halometallate ionic liquids (ILs) were synthesized and used to degrade poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) as catalysts in the solvent of ethylene glycol. One important feature of these new IL catalysts is that most of them, especially [amim][CoCl3] and [amim][ZnCl3], exhibit higher catalytic activity under mild reaction condition, compared to the traditional catalysts [e.g., Zn(Ac)2], the conventional IL catalysts (e.g., [bmim]Cl), Fe‐containing magnetic IL catalysts (e.g., [bmim][FeCl4]), and metallic acetate IL catalysts (e.g., [Deim][Zn(OAc)3]). For example, using [amim][ZnCl3] as catalyst, the conversion of PET and the selectivity of bis(hydroxyethyl) terephthalate (BHET) reach up to 100% and 80.1%, respectively, under atmospheric pressure at 175°C for only 1.25 h. Another important feature is that BHET can be easily separated from the catalyst and has a high purity. Finally, based on the experimental phenomena, in ‐situ infrared spectra, and experimental results, the possible mechanism of degradation with synthesized IL is proposed. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 合成了5种醚基功能化酸性离子液体[Me(OEt)1-MOR-C3SO3H][MeSO3]、[Me(OEt)2-MOR-C3SO3H][MeSO3]、[Me(OEt)3-MOR-C3SO3H][MeSO3]、[2(C3SO3H-MOR)-(OEt)200][2MeSO3]、[2(C3SO3H-MOR)-(OEt)400][2MeSO3],使用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对合成的离子液体结构进行表征,考察离子液体的黏度、溶解性和腐蚀性。以正丁醇和乙酸的酯化反应考察了离子液体的催化活性,并使用响应面分析法优化反应工艺。结果表明,当酸醇摩尔比为1.2:1、催化剂[2(C3SO3H-MOR)-(OEt)400][2MeSO3]用量为醇质量的5%、带水剂用量为醇质量的16%时,在90℃下反应5 h,酯收率可达97.8%,离子液体经回收干燥重复使用8次催化活性没有明显的降低。  相似文献

The effect of the hydrophilic ionic liquids (ILs) 1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium bromide [bdmim][Br] and 1-hexyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium bromide [hdmim][Br] on the aggregation and surface active behaviour of the non-ionic surfactant Triton? X-100 (TX-100) was studied in aqueous media. Several aggregation properties of TX-100 + IL/water systems, such as critical micelle concentration (CMC), surface active parameters, aggregation number (N agg) and aggregate size, were determined by surface tension, fluorescence and dynamic light scattering (DLS) techniques. It was found that the average micellar size and aggregation number decrease, whereas the CMC increases with increasing concentration of ILs. Interestingly, the CMC value of TX-100 is reduced slightly below 0.5 wt% of both the ILs in the medium. At higher wt% of IL in the system the CMC increases. It was demonstrated that ILs [bdmim][Br] and [hdmim][Br] can be judiciously used at different wt% for modifying the physico-chemical properties of TX-100.  相似文献

CO2 sorption capacities of the neat and silica‐supported 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium‐based ionic liquids (ILs) were measured under atmospheric pressure. The silica‐supported ILs were synthesized by the impregnation‐vaporization method and charactrized by N2 adsorption/desorption and thermogravimeteric analysis (TGA). Evaluation of the effects of influential factors on sorption capacity demonstrated that by increase of the temperature, flow rate, and the weight percentage of ILs in sorbents, the sorption capacity decreases. Among the sorbents, [Bmim][TfO] and SiO2‐[Bmim][BF4](50) had the highest capacity. By increasing the IL portion in SiO2‐[Bmim][BF4], the selectivity for CO2 to CH4 could be improved. The CO2‐rich sorbents could be easily recycled.  相似文献
