探讨了提高尖锐湿疣治愈率、降低术后复发率的临床方法。在CO2激光切除疣体的基础上,应用奥平栓塞治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣45例,结果显示,激光切除疣体联合治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率88.00%、术后复发率12.00%,效果较单纯激光手术组的60.00%(治愈率)、40.00%(复发率)显著,且整个治疗过程中未发现明显毒副反应。可以认为,激光手术切除疣体联合奥平栓塞是临床治疗女性生殖道尖锐湿疣较为理想的方法。  相似文献

为评价 CO2 激光联合明竹欣口服治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。我们在 CO2 激光切除疣体的基础上应用明竹欣口服治疗尖锐湿疣 4 0例 ,结果显示激光切除疣体联合明竹欣治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率达 90 .0 0 %、术后复发率为 10 .0 0 % ,显著优于单纯激光手术组的 64.2 0 % (治愈率 )、35 .80 % (复发率 ) ,且整个治疗过程中未发现明显毒副反应。认为激光手术气化疣体联合明竹欣口服是临床治疗尖锐湿疣较为安全有效的方法。  相似文献

介绍了准分子激光器在眼科屈光手术中的应用及治疗原理,分析了激光腔体大小、激光工作频率高低、环境温度变化以及人为因素等对准分子激光器能量稳定性和手术效果的影响,阐述了无能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪的系统组成和工作原理。根据自动控制原理,提出了提高准分子激光器能量稳定的设计方案,详细叙述了有能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪的控制原理。试验和应用都表明,有能量稳定系统的准分子激光屈光治疗仪在2小时的工作时间内,激光输出能量能稳定在5%以内,结果令人满意。  相似文献

Thermal lensing of solid-state laser gain media causes the resonator-mode parameters to vary with pump power. For a single-rod laser system, this effect limits the output-power range for stable laser operation. We apply the Zeeman ring laser theory to the case of four-mode operation in an inhomogeneously broadened medium in the Doppler limit. The coupling parameters between the four laser modes are studied quantitatively. Reductions to the standing wave laser and the scalar ring laser cases are made. The operation of a new dual-purpose vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL), which functions either as a laser or as an avalanche detector, is presented. The original laser structure is modified by focused ion beam etching, enabling photodetection operation, with avalanche gain in excess of 10 available under reverse bias. A new concept of damping relaxation oscillations in injection laser diodes is described. This method involves the operation of the laser as a part of a bipolar transistor, and the damping is accomplished by reducing the carrier lifetime in the laser active region only at frequencies near resonance. The advantage of the proposed method is that the damping mechanism does not affect the laser operation at any other frequency range.  相似文献

Efficient operation of a cw fluorozirconate fiber laser at 2.7µm pumped at 980 nm is reported. Threshold powers below 1 mW, efficiencies up to 9.3% and output powers up to 6 mW were observed. CW laser operation occurred although the lifetime of the upper laser level is shorter than that of the lower laser level and excited state absorption from the upper laser level additionally weakens population inversion. The mechanisms clarifying cw operation of this self-terminating transition are discussed. The laser operates at several lines between 2.70 and 2.82µm, whereby the operating wavelength increases with increasing pump power.  相似文献

The emission frequency of an amplified spontaneous emission (ASE), optically pumped submillimeter (SMM) laser has been studied as a function of laser gas pressure for several different gases and SMM laser lines. For off resonant pumping, Fabry-Perot interfetometer scans indicate a shift in emission frequency between high- and low-pressure laser operation. In high-pressure operation, emission occurs via a Raman type, two-photon process with some additional frequency offset due to the ac Stark effect. The Raman process is favored by its higher quantum efficiency over a two-step process involving single-photon transitions at the pump and SMM wavelengths. In low-pressure operation, the SMM laser emission is found to be delayed in time with respect to the pump pulse. The Raman process thus cannot occur and the two-step process is favored. This results in a shift in the SMM laser emission frequency from the Raman line to the line center frequency of the SMM laser transition. The Raman emission gain bandwidth appears to be broadened by the CO2pump laser bandwidth.  相似文献

A bistable operation with a hysteresis of 24 mA in the power-current curve of a three section DBR laser is reported. The laser threshold at increasing current is 51 mA while in the opposite direction the laser action is sustained down to 27 mA. The same effect was observed by monitoring the laser threshold through the Bragg and phase section currents. In a large part of the current range which corresponds to the bistable laser operation, strong self pulsations have been observed at frequencies between 1.5 GHz and 3.5 GHz with an amplitude of up to 31.4 dB  相似文献

We present a novel 1.3-mum laser, a short-cavity distributed-Bragg-reflector (DBR) laser that enables uncooled, 10-Gb/s operation with low drive currents. The laser consists of a short InGaAlAs multiple-quantum-well active region butt-jointed to an InGaAsP-DBR region. A fabricated laser with a 75-mum active region demonstrated 100 degC, 10-Gb/s operation at a record low drive current of 14-mA peak-to-peak (mAp-p) with an average output power of -3 dBm  相似文献

CW and high-speed (100 ps pulse) single-longitudinal-mode operation has been achieved with a short-coupled-cavity (SCC) InGaAsP injection laser (in the 1.3 ?m to 1.55 ?m spectral range) consisting of a short (50?80 ?m) cleaved laser and a short (30?80 ?m) external air resonator with a high-reflectivity mirror. The SCC laser resonator combines the advantages of both a short-cavity laser and a coupled-cavity laser for effective mode selection. Single-mode operation has been maintained at modulation rates of 2 Gbit/s.  相似文献

Single-frequency operation of 1.5-μm semiconductor lasers was obtained by combining a regular Fabry-Perot laser to an external waveguide Bragg reflector. We report on actively stabilized single-frequency operation of a vertical-external-cavity surface-emitting semiconductor laser (VECSEL). The VECSEL was locked to a 300-MHz reference cavity allowing a relative frequency measurement that indicated a laser linewidth of 3 kHz. Coarse tuning over an 8.5-nm range was achieved, with fine tuning over 250 MHz. The laser produced up to 42 mW of output power in single-frequency operation  相似文献

本文报道采用钬激光辅助手术治疗小脑桥脑角肿瘤25例.分析和比较目前神经外科手术中常用的CO2激光、NdYAG激光、氩激光和钬激光的优缺点,并阐明钬激光的特点和使用参数.作者认为,对于血供丰富且质地坚韧的小脑桥脑角肿瘤,钬激光能有效地气化、切割肿瘤,减少术中出血及术中牵拉,有助于提高手术疗效.  相似文献
