针对传统电子商务交易风险评估精度低的难题,为了获得更加理想的电子商务交易风险评估结果,提出灰色关联分析和相关向量机的电子商务交易风险评估模型。首先根据相关研究构建电子商务交易风险的评估指标,并采用灰色关联分析选择对评估结果最重要的评估指标;然后采用最小二乘支持向量机对电子商务交易风险评估样本进行学习,构建电子商务交易风险的评估模型;最后对模型的有效性和优越性进行分析。结果表明,该模型提高了电子商务交易风险的评估精度,能够为电子商务交易提供有价值的参考信息。  相似文献

备件库存消耗预测是多因素综合影响下的非线性、小样本预测问题,且不同备件消耗的影响因素有所差异。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于灰色关联分析和支持向量机回归相结合的备件库存消耗预测方法。首先利用灰色关联分析计算出各影响因子与备件库存消耗的灰色关联度,量化了各因子对备件库存消耗的影响程度;再将筛选出的主因子作为支持向量机的输入,并利用遗传算法对支持向量机参数进行寻优,避免人为选择参数的盲目性,从而有针对性地对机体不同备件进行预测。最后,通过实证分析,验证了该方法应用于备件库存消耗预测的有效性和优越性,预测精度高于传统的备件预测模型。  相似文献

针对当前支持向量机支持优化的参数无法获得高精度的体育视频分类结果的难题,为了提高体育视频分类正确率,提出基于蚁群优化算法优化支持向量机的体育视频分类方法。首先采集体育视频,并提取体育视频分类的多个特征;然后采用主成分分析算法对体育视频分类特征进行处理,作为支持向量机的输入,体育视频类别作为支持向量机的输出,建立体育视频分类模型,并采用蚁群优化算法对支持向量机进行优化;最后采用多个体育视频数据进行分类仿真实验,结果表明,蚁群优化算法优化支持向量机的体育视频分类正确率高于90%,降低了体育视频分类错误,体育视频分类效果明显优于当前其他类型的体育视频分类方法,而且体育视频分类效率得到有效的改善。  相似文献

支持向量分类中,高斯核不区分样本中各个特征的重要性,显然各个特征对分类的贡献一般是不相同的.为了体现这种差别从而提高支持向量机的泛化性能,文中提出了多宽度高斯核的概念.多宽度高斯核增加了支持向量机的超级参数,进一步地,文中提出了多参数模型选择算法.算法利用误差界自动实现模型选择.通过实验验证了多宽度高斯核和多参数模型选择算法的有效性.  相似文献

网络安全态势受到多种因素影响,再加上网络的开放性,具有复杂变化的特点,评估误差高,可信度低。为了提高网络安全态势评估精度,将大数据分析方法引入到网络安全态势评估的建模中。对当前网络安全态势的研究现状进行分析,通过重构得到多维网络安全态势学习样本,采用大数据处理技术——最小二乘支持向量机对网络安全态势样本进行训练,建立网络安全态势的评估模型,并进行具体网络安全态势仿真测试。结果表明,所提模型可以准确描述网络安全态势变化特点,获得高精度的网络安全态势评估结果,评估误差要远远低于对照模型,为网络安全管理提供了一种有效的研究方法。  相似文献

针对当前网络流量预测模型精度低的缺点,本文提出了一种新型的小波消噪和蚁群算法优化支持向量机的网络流量预测模型。首先采用小波阈值法对网络流量进行消噪处理;然后将网络流量输入到支持向量机中学习,并采用蚁群算法对支持向量机的参数进行优化,建立网络流量预测模型,最后采用实际网络流量数据进行仿真实验,结果表明,相对于其它网络流量预测模型,本文模型提高了网络流量的预测精度,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

针对英语教学质量复杂的变化特点,为获得高精度的英语教学质量评价结果,设计了基于主成分分析和支持向量机的英语教学质量评价模型。对英语教学质量的影响指标进行构建,采用主成分分析对英语教学质量评价指标进行优化和选择,利用支持向量机得到英语教学质量等级评价结果。具体应用实例的测试结果表明,所提模型可对英语教学质量等级进行高精度评价,评价结果能够为提高英语教学质量提供有价值的信息。  相似文献

针对支持向量机在大规模训练中算法收敛速度慢、复杂程度高等问题,采用量子粒子群算法选取最小二乘支持向量机的模型参数,避免了人为选择参数的盲目性,提高了预测模型的训练速度和泛化能力.实验结果表明,该算法具有容易实现、节省计算成本、提高收敛速度等优点,应用于火电锅炉主汽温预测模型,取得良好的效果.  相似文献

电子邮件分类有利于垃圾邮件的过滤,节省网络资源。为了提高邮件分类的精度,提出了改进支持向量机的电子邮件分类器模型。首先提取电子邮件的原始特征,并采用主成分分析法对特征进行选择,减少特征数量,提高邮件分类效率;然后采用支持向量机建立电子邮件分类器,并对传统支持向量机参数选择方法进行改进,改善邮件分类效果,最后采用邮件分类的标准数据库——UCI进行性能分析。结果表明,改进支持向量机解决了当前电子邮件分类模型的不足,获得了理想的电子邮件分类效果,分类结果可以帮助管理人员拦截垃圾邮件。  相似文献

DUV lithography, using the 248 nm wavelength, is a viable manufacturing option for devices with features at 130 nm and less. Given the low kl value of the lithography, integrated process development is a necessary method for achieving acceptable process latitude. The application of assist features for rule based OPC requires the simultaneous optimization of the mask, illumination optics and the resist.Described in this paper are the details involved in optimizing each of these aspects for line and space imaging.A reference pitch is first chosen to determine how the optics will be set. The ideal sigma setting is determined by a simple geometrically derived expression. The inner and outer machine settings are determined, in turn,with the simulation of a figure of merit. The maximum value of the response surface of this FOM occurs at the optimal sigma settings. Experimental confirmation of this is shown in the paper.Assist features are used to modify the aerial image of the more isolated images on the mask. The effect that the diffraction of the scattering bars (SBs) has on the image intensity distribution is explained. Rules for determining the size and placement of SBs are also given.Resist is optimized for use with off-axis illumination and assist features. A general explanation of the material' s effect is discussed along with the affect on the through-pitch bias. The paper culminates with the showing of the lithographic results from the fully optimized system.  相似文献

The parallel thinning algorithm with two subiterations is improved in this paper. By analyzing the notions of connected components and passes, a conclusion is drawn that the number of passes and the number of eight-connected components are equal. Then the expression of the number of eight-connected components is obtained which replaces the old one in the algorithm. And a reserving condition is proposed by experiments, which alleviates the excess deletion where a diagonal line and a beeline intersect. The experimental results demonstrate that the thinned curve is almost located in the middle of the original curve connectivelv with single pixel width and the processing speed is high.  相似文献

The relation between the power of the Brillouin signal and the strain is one of the bases of the distributed fiber sensors of temperature and strain. The coefficient of the Bfillouin gain can be changed by the temperature and the strain that will affect the power of the Brillouin scattering. The relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is thought to be linear by many researchers. However, it is not always linear based on the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. Therefore, errors will be caused if the relation between the change of the Brillouin gain coefficient and the strain is regarded as to be linear approximately for measuring the temperature and the strain. For this reason, the influence of the parameters on the Brillouin gain coefficient is proposed through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.  相似文献

Today, micro-system technology and the development of new MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) are emerging rapidly. In order for this development to become a success in the long run, measurement systems have to ensure product quality. Most often, MEMS have to be tested by means of functionality or destructive tests. One reason for this is that there are no suitable systems or sensing probes available which can be used for the measurement of quasi inaccessible features like small holes or cavities. We present a measurement system that could be used for these kinds of measurements. The system combines a fiber optical, miniaturized sensing probe with low-coherence interferometry, so that absolute distance measurements with nanometer accuracy are possible.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method to increase the waveguide coupling efficiency in hybrid silicon lasers. We find that the propagation constant of the InGaAsP emitting layer can be equal to that of the Si resonant layer through improving the design size of the InP waveguide. The coupling power achieves 42% of the total power in the hybrid lasers when the thickness of the bonding layer is 100 nm. Our result is very close to 50% of the total power reported by Intel when the thickness of the thin bonding layer is less than 5 nm. Therefore, our invariable coupling power technique is simpler than Intel's.  相似文献

It is well known that adding more antennas at the transmitter or at the receiver may offer larger channel capacity in the multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) communication systems. In this letter, a simple proof is presented for the fact that the channel capacity increases with an increase in the number of receiving antennas. A new quantum protocol to teleport an arbitrary unknown N-qubit entangled state from a sender to a fixed receiver under M controllers(M < N) is proposed. The quantum resources required are M non-maximally entangled Greenberger-Home-Zeilinger (GHZ) state and N-M non-maximally entangled Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen (EPR) pairs. The sender performs N generalized Bell-state measurements on the 2N particles. Controllers take M single-particle measurement along x-axis, and the receiver needs to introduce one auxiliary two-level particle to extract quantum information probabilistically with the fidelity unit if controllers cooperate with it.  相似文献

A continuous-wave (CW) 457 nm blue laser operating at the power of 4.2 W is demonstrated by using a fiber coupled laser diode module pumped Nd: YVO4 and using LBO as the intra-cavity SHG crystal With the optimization of laser cavity and crystal parameters, the laser operates at a very high efficiency. When the pumping power is about 31 W, the output at 457nm reaches 4.2 W, and the optical to optical conversion efficiency is about 13.5% accordingly. The stability of the out putpower is better than 1.2% for 8 h continuously working.  相似文献
