主要研究了玻璃纤维对氯丁和丁睛混合橡胶在汽油和机油中的耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:玻璃纤维可提高橡胶的耐油性,并且橡胶的耐油性随着玻璃纤维含量的增加而增加.在室温下,玻璃纤维含量为15vol%的橡胶耐油腐蚀性能最好.腐蚀动力学方程符合幂函数的形式:Δm=k1tn和Δh=k2tm.

采用三维刚粘塑性有限元方法,对一典型的铝型材非等温成形过程进行了数值模拟。分析了铝材挤压的3个不同成形阶段,给出了成形各阶段的应力、应变和温度场分布情况以及整个成形过程中模具载荷随成形时间的变化情况。这些模拟结果为铝型材挤压的模具设计和设备选取提供了重要的依据。同时,还对三维塑性变形的有限元数值模拟中关键技术的处理方法进行了探讨 相似文献

研究了超细玻璃纤维对双酚A型(E44)和双酚F型(DER354)环氧树脂涂层体系力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。通过盐雾试验和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了涂层的耐腐蚀性。结果表明在双酚A和双酚F环氧树脂组成的涂料体系中,双酚A环氧树脂能够提高涂层的硬度,而双酚F环氧树脂能够提高涂层的耐腐蚀性。 相似文献

利用反应磁控溅射法在SiC长纤维表面沉积了(Al+Al_2O_3)扩散阻挡涂层,研究了沉积工艺参数对涂层的成分、沉积速率的影响,以及涂层对SiC纤维的表面残余应力及力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着溅射功率的增加,Al_2O_3涂层的沉积速率先迅速增加后缓慢增加;随着工作气压的增加,Al_2O_3涂层的沉积速率先缓慢降低,在工作气压到达一定值时,沉积速率快速下降随后缓慢下降.沉积的(Al+Al_2O_3)复合涂层保护了SiC纤维的富C层,起到了保证纤维与Al_2O_3涂层之间结合力的作用;激光Raman谱显示改性后纤维的表面残余应力有降低趋势.室温和高温处理后复合丝的拉伸强度分别是计算值的97.69%和98.77%,涂层对纤维的力学性能影响很小. 相似文献

采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)方法在低碳钢表面制备NiCrBSi合金涂层,将包覆样品在真空下进行600℃热处理并保温2h,利用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究镍基合金层在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀失效过程,提出了电极在腐蚀过程中的不同阻抗模型.涂层腐蚀初期为均匀腐蚀,EIS谱中存在明显的电感效应且随着时间的延长逐渐减弱并消失说明了孔蚀诱发的过程,模型为R(QR(RL)).随着腐蚀时间的延长,涂层上出现局部腐蚀,介质通过孔隙腐蚀孔内金属,模型为R(Q(R(QR))).孔蚀在涂层内的发展后期,因为闭塞电池作用使得介质在孔内的有限长度扩散过程影响显著,模型为R(Q(Ro(QR))).腐蚀介质渗透通过涂层到达基体后,碳钢发生选择性腐蚀,模型为R(Q(R(QR))).按照上述模型分阶段对EIS数据进行拟合,获得了各电路参数随时间的变化关系,解释了电化学反应界面的变化特点. 相似文献

The effect of different regimes of heat treatment on the tensile strength of SiC coatedcomposite of C fibers reinforced Al wires has been investigated.Their tensile strengthmay increase under treatment either at 500℃ for 2h or 550℃ for 1h,but decreaseover 600℃.After the strength tests of extracted fibers from composite wires,theSiC coating is an excellent protection to C fibers.EPMA and EDAX showed that theC/Al interface of the composite wires is stable under treatment below 600℃,butunstable at 650℃ 相似文献

During the process of finite element simulation of precision warm forging, the selection of friction models has a direct effect on the precision accuracy of finite element simulation results. Among all the factors which influence the selection of friction models, the distribution rule of normal stress at the tool-workpiece interface is a key one. To find out the distribution rule of normal stress at the tool-workpiece interface, this paper has made a systematic research on three typical plastic deformation processes: forward extrusion, backward extrusion, and lateral extrusion by a method of finite element simulation. Then on the base of synthesizing and correcting traditional friction models, a new general friction model which is fit for warm extrusion is developed at last. 相似文献
