This paper presents a detailed quasi-steady-state approach to different torque components (average and pulsating) for a single-phase capacitor-run permanent-magnet (PM) motor. By employing average electromagnetic torque, and the expected envelope of the pulsating torque, an accurate prediction of starting torque components behavior is made. The quasi-steady-state analysis of the asynchronous performance of the single-phase capacitor-start capacitor-run PM motor is realized through a combination of symmetrical components and d-q axes theory. The developed approach is valid for any m-phase AC motor-induction, synchronous reluctance, or synchronous PM. 相似文献

This paper presents a novel speed control technique for an interior permanent-magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drive based on newly developed adaptive backstepping technique. The proposed stabilizing feedback law for the IPMSM drive is shown to be globally asymptotically stable in the context of Lyapunov theory. The adaptive backstepping technique takes system nonlinearities into account in the control system design stage. The detailed derivations of the control laws have been given for controller design. The complete IPMSM drive incorporating the proposed backstepping control technique has been successfully implemented in real-time using digital signal processor board DS1102 for a laboratory 1-hp motor. The performance of the proposed drive is investigated both in experiment and simulation at different operating conditions. It is found that the proposed control technique provides a good speed tracking performance for the IPMSM drive ensuring the global stability. 相似文献

A soft-start method for induction and synchronous motors is considered. The method is based on pulse switching of the motor stator to the supply network at the moments at which the stator- and rotor-flux linkage vectors produce positive electromagnetic torque. 针对永磁电机牵入同步困难的问题,依据永磁电机基本原理和电磁场理论,对异步起动永磁同步电动机的起动性能进行了研究。以一台18.5kW6极切向式三相异步起动永磁同步电动机为例,建立永磁电动机起动过程的数学模型,给出了求解域和假定条件下的有限元方程,采用场路结合法计算了异步起动永磁同步电动机的瞬态电磁场,分析了样机的起动过程及隔磁磁桥尺寸变化和绕组排列不同对电机起动性能的影响。通过样机对模型仿真分析可知,样机具有较好的起动性能,能快速牵入同步转速,采用单双层绕组时起动性能要比采用双层绕组时的起动性能好;隔磁磁桥尺寸对电机的起动性能影响很大,其过大或过小都会使起动性能变差,不利于牵入同步转速。 相似文献

利用矩阵变换器驱动无刷直流电机,可以实现无刷直流电机的交一交直接控制.针对无刷直流电机反电势为梯形波、相电流为方波的特点,提出一种用于驱动无刷直流电机的矩阵变换器的控制策略.将矩阵变换器等效为整流器和逆变器的虚拟连接,分别对这两个虚拟环节采用输入电流空间矢量调制和三相六拍120°持续导通模式,然后将两个环节的调制策略相结合,从而实现无刷直流电机交-交变频调速.该控制策略能够实现输出方波电流的同时实现输入电流的正弦化.对给出的控制策略进行了详细的理论分析与推导.实验验证了控制策略的正确性与可行性. 相似文献

针对传统转子永磁型电机散热困难导致永磁体发生不可逆退磁、限制电机出力、减少功率密度等问题,提出了一种定子永磁型磁通切换永磁(FSPM)电机,并对该电机结构特点与等效模型进行了分析,比较了定子磁场定向控制(SFOC)、直接转矩控制(DTC)及基于空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)三种控制方法在FSPM电机上的应用效果.运用dSPACE的实验平台,对基于SFOC的FSPM电机驱动系统进行了实验研究.仿真与实验结果表明,采用SFOC的FSPM电机转矩脉动小、电流正弦度好以及低速性能优越,更适合于低速驱动领域的应用. 相似文献

This paper presents the evaluation of saturation and cross-magnetization effects in an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) over the entire range of direct- and quadrature-axis excitations. The conventional two-axis machine model is modified in order to include the influence of saturation and cross-coupling effects on the variation of self- and cross-coupling inductances in the direct and the quadrature axis. The two-axis machine model parameters are evaluated by experiments performed on an IPMSM using a controlled voltage-source inverter and are compared with parameter values evaluated by the finite-element method. The evaluation of two-axis machine model parameters reveals significant saturation and cross-magnetization effects in both axes, especially in the flux-weakening regime. 相似文献

This paper presents a method of estimating the initial rotor position of a surface permanent-magnet synchronous motor without a position sensor. The estimation is performed by using the nonlinear magnetization characteristics of the stator core caused by the magnet of the rotor. This method is based on the principle that the d-axis current value for the voltage vector applied to the motor under some conditions increases as the voltage vector generated from the inverter approaches the N pole of the rotor. During the estimation process, the rotor is practically at standstill. The experimental results show that the average of the estimation error is /spl plusmn/3.8 electrical degrees. 相似文献

This paper deals with fundamental research on a new container transport system utilizing a permanent-magnet (PM) linear synchronous motor (LSM), and proposes a concept of mass reduction and propulsion control for container transfer operation. By applying the repulsive lift force in the PM LSM, a large percent of vehicle weight is compensated for, and it needs less thrust force to propel the vehicle. Ultrasonic rotary motor which has cross type stator was studied. The stator was consists of hollowed cross type metal which
has four piezoelectric ceramics on the ends of cross bars. When two harmonic voltages which have 90∘ phase difference were applied to ceramics, the symmetric and anti-symmetric displacements were generated at the inside tips
to make the elliptical motion. The finite element analysis was used for optimizing the dimension and displacement of the stator.
And the analyzed results were compared with the experimental results of the motor. As results, the speed of motors could be
controlled by changing the applied voltages, and the rotational direction of motors could be changed by the phase change.
Speed and torque of the motors were increased by increasing the width of cross bars, and the torque and displacement was increased
