中冶东方设计我国首家高炉喷吹焦炉煤气工程

2013年5月9日，中国中冶所属中冶东方控股有限公司专利技术“高炉喷吹焦炉煤气系统”在辽宁省后英集团海城钢铁有限公司高炉喷煤系统增加喷吹焦炉煤气工业化试验工程中成功应用并稳定运行。目前焦炉煤气加压站内设备运转良好，高炉呈现顺行状态，热风温度及铁水质量有所提高，喷吹焦炉煤气效果逐步显现，工业化试验获得成功。因我国目前尚无高炉喷吹焦炉煤气的成功工业范例，该工程将成为我国高炉喷吹焦炉煤气工业化示范工程。     

变频调速在焦炉煤气加压机控制系统中的应用

分析焦炉煤气加压的工艺流程特点，运用变频调速技术对焦炉煤气加压机运行控制系统进行改造，从而实现对煤气加压机与运转的自动调节，有效稳定焦炉煤气主管压力，保证安全运行，并且收到节约能源的效果。     

酒钢焦炉煤气净化脱萘系统再生气改造

重点介绍了酒钢煤气加压站进站焦炉煤气二次精脱萘系统的再生气由蒸汽再生改造为成品焦炉煤气再生的工艺升级优化。通过对酒钢焦炉煤气再生气系统及煤气管网系统的优化改造,有效避免了大气环境污染及再生气的蒸汽直接排入大气对人体健康造成较大安全隐患的问题。     

4L—9／10煤气压缩机及其配套净化设施的改造

凌钢用蒸汽加热法解决焦炉煤气含萘高的问题

凌源钢铁公司焦化厂煤气净化系统由鼓风冷凝、硫铵和粗苯３部分组成，经净化后煤气含萘量为２００～３００mg／m３，而转炉炼钢厂的板坯连铸火焰切割机所需的焦炉煤气要求含萘量为５０～１００mg／m３，含萘量高主要危害是：萘在煤气中随温度降低而降低，当低于萘的结晶点时就凝固，从而堵塞火焰切割机烧嘴，为解决这个问题，通过对各种生产工艺的比较，决定用蒸汽加热法使煤气温度高于萘的结晶点，而使萘以气体形式存在，不结晶，解决堵塞火焰切割机烧嘴问题。来自焦化厂粗萘工段的焦炉煤气经过干法脱硫后进入焦炉煤气加压站进行加压，加压…     

煤气混合加压站投运综述

热轧站AI750/D500型煤气鼓风机润滑油系统改进

1前言随着攀钢热轧板厂进行三期扩能工程建设,攀枝花新钢钒有限公司动力厂热轧煤气加压站也相应地进行了扩能改造:新上3台高炉煤气鼓风机AI750,同时将原来2台焦炉煤气加压系统进行了改造,新上了3台焦炉煤气鼓风机D500。两种型号风机的轴承润滑系统工艺流程一致,见图1。它们都是用滑动轴承靠主油泵向各个润滑点供油,每套机组都单独设置了一个高位油箱,以达到机组停车或事故状态下保安用油润滑的目的。从机组油系统的设计、安装和试运行的实际情况分析,该站新上风机的润滑油系统存在几个方面的问题,由于两种机组存在缺陷基本一致,现一并介绍…     

煤气加压系统优化改造

由于历史原因导致莱钢小型区域煤气加压站存在设备分散及加压前煤气管道腐蚀严重的缺陷，分别采取了加压机移机改造和加压前焦炉煤气管道异地改造的措施，实现了加压机的统一管理，提高了设备运行的安全性。

煤气储配控制系统的开发及应用

煤气储配站工艺设备主要包括转炉煤气、焦炉煤气、混和煤气和精制焦炉煤气系统4部分,其控制系统由2套PLC和3套HMI等设备组成,采用Concept 2.5编程软件和MP7.2监控软件,实现了煤气加压机的变频调节、混合煤气比值串级调节、煤气回收三通阀控制以及数据存储、数据处理和用户接口功能。操作简单方便、配置合理,满足了工艺要求。     

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.
