NPC型三电平逆变器SVPWM控制方法及中点电位平衡研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
二极管箝位型(NPC)三电平逆变器在中、高压大容量功率变换装置中的需求越来越迫切,目前已成为研究的热点.讨论利用功率开关所生成的不同电压矢量优化合成旋转参考空间电压矢量及各矢量作用时间分配的方案,实现SVPWM控制策略驱动逆变器;讨论实时改变控制负小矢量作用时间的系数以平衡直流侧母线中点电位的问题.仿真结果验证了NPC三电平逆变器SVPWM控制策略的正确性及中点电位平衡控制的有效性. 相似文献

为了满足脉宽调制型变流器功率响应速度快以及绝缘栅双极型晶体管开关频率恒定等要求,提出了基于模型预测的直接功率控制策略用于三电平PWM变流器。该控制策略采用电压外环、功率内环的双闭环控制,外环省略了锁相环环节,简化了控制系统结构;内环无需PI调节器,参数设计简单,响应速度快。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台搭建了三电平中性点箝位型PWM变流器模型,对比分析了提出的控制策略与传统PI控制的效果。仿真结果表明,新的控制策略有效降低了交流侧电流总谐波失真率,提高了交流侧功率因数,具有良好的动态和稳态性能。 相似文献

引言近年来基于全控型电力电子器件的PWM变换器正向高压大功率应用领域拓展,多电平功率变换技术是其研究的核心和热点问题本文设计了一套基于DS正)控制的四单元级联式多电平逆变器的硬件平台,主要完成以下工作:(1)从构成多电平变换电路的基本逆变功率单元入手,分析级联型多电平功率变换电路工作原理。(2)完成了四单元级联式多电平逆变器的整体方案及硬件系统设计。(3)采用TMS320F2812的DSP芯片为核心控制器,针对设计的级联式多电平逆变器,采用二重化和载波相PwM控制相合的方法实现了两单元级联逆变器的控制。 相似文献

模型预测控制能够根据实际控制目标不同来设计不同的价值函数,基于系统数学模型遍历所有的开关状态进行寻优,最终得到最佳的开关状态并输出。该文将这种控制方法应用于T型三电平并网逆变器之中,同时针对模型预测控制开关频率不固定的缺陷,提出了一种定频化的方法。针对价值函数进行求偏导,得到电压矢量与传统调制策略并进行结合。试验波形验证了该文方案的有效性与正确性。 相似文献

This paper presents a digital stochastic instrument for the measurement of the harmonics of mains voltages and currents. The instrument operation is based on stochastic analog-to-digital (A/D) conversion and accumulation, with a novel hardware structure tailored for harmonic measurements. A theoretical approach in determining measurement uncertainty is first presented, and the accuracy trends with varying signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) are then analyzed. Using this theoretical analysis, the relative standard uncertainty of measurement is found to be 0.32% at -10-dB SNR and less than 0.01% at 20-dB SNR. The method and the predicted uncertainty for 50 harmonics are first validated by simulation. The proposed technique is then implemented into a newly developed prototype instrument that was coupled with a coreless current measurement transformer. Calibration shows high linearity of the coreless transformer and, hence, of the whole instrument in a wide range of primary signals. Experimental results, which measure low-level and highly distorted currents, confirm both the theory and simulation. 相似文献

A good acceptance sampling plan is necessary for quality control, and different acceptance sampling plans have been developed to meet different purposes. Under a multiple dependent state (MDS) sampling plan, the lot disposition is not only based on the current sample from the lot but also on the sample results from preceding lots. This paper aims to develop a variables MDS sampling plan for normally distributed processes with two‐sided specification limits. In the proposed MDS sampling plan, the operating characteristic curve is derived based on the exact sampling distribution. A method of taking into account the fluctuation modulation of the reflected signal is proposed. This modulation leads to power losses in the functional processing of the signal in the channel of a single-pulsed direction finder.
