本文首先分析了当前电子政务系统建设中存在的问题,并研究了电子政务系统的设计目标。为了解决电子政务信息在政府内部及政府之间共享的问题,本文提出了一种基于Wbb服务的电子政务系统设计方案。利用Web服务的平台独立性,松散耦合性等特点,将基于Web服务的电子政务系统与政府内部应用程序进行集成,并且与外部其他政府部门进行协同合作,实现信息共享。通过分析Web服务技术实现信息流通与共享的关键技术,设计了一个基于Web服务的电子政务系统平台模型。  相似文献

A key constituent of supply chain management strategies is information sharing. Software component technology facilitates information sharing by providing a means for integrating heterogeneous information systems into virtual information systems. Extranet technology facilitates information sharing between an enterprise and its business partners as well as its customers through the Internet. These two technologies enable new strategies that integrate information systems and improve supply chain networks. We discuss the application of these strategies to supply chain processes.  相似文献

The paper aims to investigate the effects of information technology (IT) alignment and information sharing on operational performance in the context of supply chain. Based on the resource-based view, this study identifies IT alignment and information sharing as specific resources/capabilities for supply chain partnership. Data from 141 Chinese manufacturers are collected to test the relationships among IT alignment, information sharing, and operational performance. The results show that (1) both IT alignment and information sharing have direct and positive effects on operational performance, (2) IT alignment has an indirect effect on operational performance through information sharing, and (3) IT alignment and information sharing have different emphases in operational performance improvement. The resource-capability-performance paradigm is extended to supply chain context in the emerging economy. Chinese managers may have different emphases on IT resource/information sharing capability deployment for operational efficiency and effectiveness.  相似文献

Collaborative integration is e-business process integration with supply chain partners such that there is a tightly-coupled collaborative relationship among all partners, deep visibility across all tiers of the supply chain, and near-real-time information exchange and knowledge sharing around supply chain processes. Enterprises seek to implement collaborative integration in order to realize the value-added benefits and cost savings of superior supply chain management, while enabling intelligent action and faster response to environmental variability. Increasingly, supply chain leaders are building private trading exchanges (PTXs) in order to more effectively enable and manage such collaborative integration. This paper examines the value proposition and the spectrum of solutions and services around collaborative integration through PTXs. The paper first identifies the challenges of collaborative integration in near-real-time supply chains. It then describes the building blocks of a PTX solution. It develops a comparative value proposition for collaborative integration. It then provides an illustrative case example from Viacore Inc. The paper ends with an examination of the future of collaborative integration in lean e-business environments.  相似文献

Bullwhip effect has been considered as one of major research topics in supply chain management. Most of the studies disregarded the mismatch between the recorded inventory and the reality. However, it is shown that the inventory inaccuracy under uncertainty is a widespread phenomenon in both retail and distribution centers. Due to the propagation of information distortion along the supply chain, the financial impacts of inventory inaccuracy include not only the cost of direct inventory loss but also the increasing holding and shortage cost at each stage. The emergence of RFID technology offers a possible solution to alleviate the growing cost of inventory inaccuracy. By making full use of RFID technology, this paper attempts to compare the inventory inaccuracy impact on bullwhip effect in terms of order variance amplification and supply chain performance under two scenarios: (1) all members are aware of the inaccuracy and optimize their operations; (2) all members deploy RFID technology to reduce inventory inaccuracy. Informed order policy is used as benchmark to capture the true RFID value and differentiate two types of RFID impacts, prevention and visibility, to provide more manageable insight. In particular, the incentive of sharing information in supply chain is also provided by comparing the cost of two supply chain settings.  相似文献

The Internet and related technologies have seen tremendous growth in distributed applications such as medicine, education, e-commerce, and digital libraries. As demand increases for online content and integrated, automated services, various applications employ Web services technology for document exchange among data repositories. Web services provide a mechanism to expose data and functionality using standard protocols, and hence to integrate many features that enhance Web applications. XML, a well-established text format, is playing an increasingly important role in supporting Web services. XML separates data from style and format definition and allows uniform representation, interchange, sharing, and dissemination of information content over the Internet. XML and Web services provide a simplified application integration framework that drives demand for models that support secure information interchange. Providing document security in XML-based Web services requires access control models that offer specific capabilities. Our XML-based access control specification language addresses a new set of challenges that traditional security models do not address.  相似文献

The world today is witnessing a growing interest in conducting supply chain business processes electronically using Web services orchestration technology. Fast adoption is often hampered by the need for experimentation to make efficient use of this technology in supply chain processes. In this paper, a simulation-based approach supporting experimentation with the efficiency and reliability of Web service orchestrations in supply chains prior to implementation are presented. The approach simulates the de facto business process specification standard for Web services, BPEL4WS, using Java-based simulation building blocks.
