Conclusions We developed a new type of refractory for casting forsterite concretes using a bond made of sodium polyphosphate which has adequate strength after drying, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and a low thermal conductivity.Tests on the cast forsterite concretes in the linings of tunnel-kiln cars for firing magnesia products at NTMK showed that their life is much longer than that of linings made of chrome-magnesite products.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 4, pp. 10–14, April, 1979.  相似文献

The main objective of this paper is to present the measurement results of the pressure drop and the heat transfer coefficient in the various types of static mixers. The experimental investigations are provided for the explanation of the influence of hydrodynamic conditions on the heat transfer enhancement for different static mixers. Based on the analysis of the experimental database and theoretical considerations, original formulas are proposed for the determination of the power consumption and the heat transfer in various types of motionless mixing devices. In this paper a new criterion is also defined which takes into consideration both the heat transfer process and hydrodynamic conditions. This criterion may be successfully applied to the selection of a static mixer for the heat transfer problems.  相似文献

多孔材料对沸腾换热的强化是能源化工领域的重要主题。本文针对两种不同的烧结结构——并联微通道和扁平通道(仅有烧结底层),以去离子水为工质,进行了过冷流动沸腾换热实验对比研究。研究发现:并联微通道的传热系数和临界热流密度远高于扁平通道,这和并联微通道优异的毛细供液性能相关。底厚粒径比对并联微通道的沸腾换热性能影响较大,过大的底厚粒径比会造成换热性能的下降。质量通量对小粒径样品的沸腾曲线和换热性能均影响较大,对大粒径(d=120μm)样品的沸腾曲线影响较小。烧结并联微通道的平均压降大于扁平通道。相同底厚下,平均压降随着微通道粒径的增大而增大。可视化观察表明:两种通道在中高热流密度流型不同,其主要相变机制均为薄液膜蒸发模式。  相似文献

结合生产实际,对隧道窑窑车衬砖进行了改造,设计了两种低蓄热窑车方案,用C语言程序计算了窑车衬砖中的温度场、蓄热量和散热量,并对其中一种方案进行了试验研究。结果表明,该方案切实可行,节能效果显著,并可有效地降低窑内上下温差。  相似文献

Charcoals produced in the beehive kiln from rubberwood, acacia, eucalyptus and pine were analysed for fixed carbon, volatile matter, ash yield and moisture content and their calorific values evaluated and compared with charcoal produced from mangrove woods (Rhyzophorae) by the same method. Results indicate that the charcoals produced from the first-mentioned wood types are similar to that produced from the Rhyzophorae and are suitable for industrial use.  相似文献

Heat deflection is often the only test used to determine a materials ability to withstand exposure to elevated temperatures under load. This test has its limitations, simply because not all materials operate under loads of 1820 kPa (264 psi) or 455 kPa (66 psi). Consequently, heat deflection cannot always give a true indication of a materials high temperature capabilities. The automotive industry has used the heat sag test to measure the deformation of elastomeric materials during the paint curing process. The heat sag test measures the sag of a molded bar. One end of the bar is clamped while the other end is free to sag or deflect. Samples are tested over a range of temperatures to determine the failure deflection point. This study examines the correlation of the heat sag to heat deflection and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) on polypropylene resins and compounds and polystyrene.  相似文献

比较了常用的闭式、釜液节流式和塔顶气相压缩式热泵的能耗,并给出了前后2种类型热泵关键工艺参数的确定原则及这2类热泵的模拟方法。通过丙烯塔热泵系统的模拟结果,指出3类热泵能耗大小依次是:闭式热泵>釜液节流式>塔顶气相压缩式。按照此能耗顺序,它们的压缩机压缩比分别是2.2,1.82和1.43;热泵性能系数分别是6.19,6.79和13.1。三者中,塔顶气相压缩式热泵性能最优,值得在工业应用中优先考虑。  相似文献
