针对认知无线电网络中由于噪声功率不确定性而影响频谱检测性能的问题,提出了一种基于模糊似然比检验的协作频谱检测方法。首先,将每个次用户(SU)中的噪声不确定性均建模为模糊假设检验(FHT);然后,在FHT上利用似然比检验构建带有阈值的模糊能量检测器,该阈值依赖于噪声功率不确定性边界;最后,在融合中心结合SU的局部硬决策并做出最终决策,从而检测主用户是否存在。通过Monte Carlo模拟受试者ROC曲线及检测概率/SNR曲线验证了本文方法的有效性,仿真结果表明,相比其他几种较新的能量检测器,本文方法获得了更好的检测性能。  相似文献

Cognitive radio (CR) signaling imposes some threats to the network. One of these common threats is commonly referred to as primary user emulation attack, where some malicious users try to mimic the primary signal and deceive secondary users to prevent them from accessing vacant frequency bands. In this paper, we introduce a smart primary user emulation attacker (PUEA) that sends fake signals similar to the primary signal. We assume a smart attacker, in the sense that it is aware of its radio environment and may choose different transmission strategies and then, we compare it to an always present attacker. In the proposed smart attacker strategy, the occurrence of fake signal is adjusted according to the primary user activity. First, we investigate the received signal at the CR users under such attackers. Then, we formulate and derive cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) rules for a cognitive network operating in the presence of a PUEA and propose a new spectrum sensing scheme based on energy detection. Simulation results show that our proposed method can mitigate the destructive effect of PUEA in spectrum sensing, compared to conventional energy detection spectrum sensing.  相似文献

In this paper, a cyclo-energy detector is proposed for the spectrum sensing problem based on the cyclostationary signal analysis. The proposed detector can determine the existence of primary user by estimating the primary user's received power according to the cyclostationarity features of the secondary user. By using this detector, the secondary user does not need to stop transmitting signals when sensing the frequency spectrum. Simulation results are presented to confirm the performance of the proposed detector.  相似文献

In this paper, the performance of spectrum sensing techniques over two wave diffused power (TWDP) fading channels has been investigated for CR based IoT devices. The ubiquitous objects based on IoTs with cognitive capabilities are the future that would enable intelligent decisions to achieve any time, any place, interference-free and on-demand services. In this work, new closed-form expressions in terms of Marcum-Q function and Whittaker function for the spectrum detection probability over TWDP fading channels have been derived for different sensing techniques. The expressions are then used to optimize the decision threshold for IoT sensor nodes describing the optimal behavior of sensing over TWDP channels. The error probabability and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves have been plotted and the operating point and limiting values of threshold for optimal performance have been identified. The performance loss of traditional energy detection (ED), cyclostationary based detection (CSD) and matched filtering detector (MFD) has been analyzed. The analytical results thus obtained are validated through monte-carlo simulations.  相似文献

A novel cooperative sensing method is proposed in this paper. The proposed scheme adopts sensing creditability degree to characterize the impact of the distance and the channel parameters on the sensing result, and considers that each user has different average SNR and different decision threshold, by using General Nash Bargaining Solution (GNBS) strategy in Cooperative Game Theory (CGT), the detec-tion performance for two-user case are derived. For multi-user case, the sensing performance is obtained with Hungarian method. Compared with the traditional schemes such as Nash Bargaining Solution (NBS) and AND, the proposed scheme covers all the factors mentioned above, and enhances the sensing rationality and reliability. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can further improve the sensing performance and creditability.  相似文献

Cognitive radio (CR) is a promising technology to improve the utilisation of wireless spectrum resources. Spectrum sensing is the core functionality in CR networks (CRN). When there exist malicious users (MUs) in CRN and MUs start to attack the network after accumulating reputation to some extent, the performance is deteriorated. In this paper, a scheme is proposed by employing Orthogonalized Gnanadesikan–Kettenring (OGK) to mitigate the effect of MUs without the assistance of trusted nodes, and it can improve the robustness of CRN. 频谱感知是通信系统抗干扰和智能化的关键能力.针对认知无线电系统窄带频谱感知技术受制于数模转换器件的发展水平,难以解决认知无线电系统宽带、实时频谱感知的问题,提出一种多节点协作的认知无线电系统宽带频谱感知方法.该方法设计由多个认知节点对目标频段执行次奈奎斯特采样来降低采样速率,采用能量检测方式对采样矢量进行集中式融合判决,实现宽频段范围内干扰信号的谱定位和判断,降低各个感知节点的采样速率,支撑认知网络系统构建高实时、宽频带频谱感知的能力.计算机仿真试验结果表明,所提方法达到90%检测概率时压缩比要求为0.025,具有可靠性与有效性.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the detection performance of cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) using energy detector in several fading scenarios. The fading environments comprise relatively less-studied Hoyt and Weibull channels in addition to the conventional Rayleigh, Rician, Nakagami-m and log-normal shadowing channels. We have presented an analytical framework for evaluating different probabilities related to spectrum sensing, i.e. missed detection, false alarm and total error due to both of them, for all the fading/shadowing models mentioned. The major theoretical contribution is, however, the derivation of closed-form expressions for probability of detection. Based on our developed framework, we present performance results of CSS under various hard decision fusion strategies such as OR rule, AND rule and Majority rule. Effects of sensing channel signal-to-noise ratio, detection threshold, fusion rules, number of cooperating cognitive radios (CRs) and fading/shadowing parameters on the sensing performance have been illustrated. The performance improvement achieved with CSS over a single CR-based sensing is depicted in terms of total error probability. Further, an optimal threshold that minimises total error probability has been indicated for all the fading/shadowing channels.  相似文献

To decrease the interference to the primary user (PU) and improve the detected performance of cognitive radio (CR), a single‐band sensing scheme wherein the CR periodically senses the PU by cooperative spectrum sensing is proposed in this paper. In this scheme, CR first senses and then transmits during each period, and after the presence of the PU is detected, CR has to vacate to search another idle channel. The joint optimization algorithm based on the double optimization is proposed to optimize the periodical cooperative spectrum sensing scheme. The maximal throughput and minimal search time can be respectively obtained through the joint optimization of the local sensing time and the number of the cooperative CRs. We also extend this scheme to the periodical wideband cooperative spectrum sensing, and the joint optimization algorithm of the numbers of the sensing time slots and cooperative CRs is also proposed to obtain the maximal throughput of CR. The simulation shows that the proposed algorithm has lower computational quantity, and compared with the previous algorithms, when SNR = 5 dB, the throughput and search time of the proposed algorithm can respectively improve 0.3 kB and decrease 0.4 s. The simulation also indicates that the wideband cooperative spectrum sensing can achieve higher throughput than the single‐band cooperative spectrum sensing. 为了同时对多个异构信道进行有效地合作频谱感知,并克服现有方法中只考虑检测准确性而忽略感知开销和系统效益,忽略不同认知用户对不同异构信道感知性能的差异以及参与合作感知的认知用户较多等问题,提出了一种贪婪的异构多信道并行合作频谱感知方法。根据对感知开销和传输收益的定义,充分考虑不同认知用户对不同异构信道感知性能的差异,利用贪婪算法在多个认知用户和多个异构信道间最优地进行感知任务分配,使总系统效益最大。仿真结果表明,所提方法与基于迭代匈牙利的并行合作频谱感知方法、改进的基于迭代匈牙利的并行合作频谱感知方法和随机的合作频谱感知方法相比,能够获得较高的总系统效益,且所需的参加合作感知的认知用户数较少。  相似文献

为了实现绿色节能认知通信的目标,针对协作感知和传输过程中的能量消耗问题,提出了一种基于能量约束的集中式协作频谱感知算法。建立了系统检测寿命最大化的频谱感知模型,对其进行了详细分析,给出了检测寿命最大化对应参数的搜索方法。仿真结果显示,该方法可以在满足检测精度的条件下有效延长认知网络的检测寿命,并提高低信噪比用户参与协作的几率。  相似文献

针对认知无线电(CR)集中式频谱感知算法对融合中心要求高,而且对节点失效的容忍性也不高等缺点,提出了一种基于压缩感知的分布式多节点协作算法.认知无线电网络中每个CR节点在接收信号频谱后,首先根据压缩采样理论在本地获取压缩采样测量值,然后利用l1范数约束的最小二乘算法在本节点估计频谱,把在此节点估计的频谱传给下一相邻节点,以此进行迭代优化直到算法收敛.理论分析和仿真结果表明,所提算法不仅计算复杂度低,收敛速度快,而且精确重构性能好,可靠性较高.  相似文献

提出了一种基于目标的中继协作频谱感知方案,证明了SU到SR链路上的信道条件对系统性能有较大的影响;鉴于此,提出了一种优化的最佳中继协作频谱感知(optimized BRCSS)方案,通过联合考虑目标SU到SR链路上的信道条件和 SR 到 FC 链路上的信道条件选择最佳认知中继;最后,从更实际的应用场景考虑,为了节约系统开销,进一步提出了一种自适应的最佳中继协作频谱感知方案(A-BRCSS),即 SU 根据其信道条件,自适应地选择是否需要认知中继的协作传输。分析和仿真结果均表明,相比传统最佳中继协作频谱感知方案, Optimized BRCSS方案可以实现更高的感知性能;所提A-BRCSS方案可以实现几乎最佳的感知性能。  相似文献

为减少分簇过程中的时延,基于最小生成树的单向比较优势提出簇首快速推举方法,并提出改进的分簇协作频谱感知算法,分析了算法的时间复杂度。算法首先基于最小划分对所有次用户节点进行分簇,簇内节点根据设置的评价条件进行性能比较,推举簇首。由簇首进行本地簇内频谱检测,并上传检测结果,最后融合中心在簇首间实现协作的频谱检测。在瑞利信道条件下,仿真显示在大信噪比时,融合中心应用AND规则,系统具有较小的虚警率,所提算法检测性能优;小信噪比时,应用OR规则能扩展系统的有效检测区间,所提算法在满足系统要求的前提下检测性能较差,但簇内信道效率提高了n-1倍。  相似文献

The primary objective of cooperative spectrum sensing (CSS) is to determine whether a particular spectrum is occupied by a licensed user or not, so that unlicensed users called secondary users (SUs) can utilize that spectrum, if it is not occupied. For CSS, all SUs report their sensing information through reporting channel to the central base station called fusion center (FC). During transmission, some of the SUs are subjected to fading and shadowing, due to which the overall performance of CSS is degraded. We have proposed an algorithm which uses error detection technique on sensing measurement of all SUs. Each SU is required to re-transmit the sensing data to the FC, if error is detected on it. Our proposed algorithm combines the sensing measurement of limited number of SUs. Using Proposed algorithm, we have achieved the improved probability of detection (PD) and throughput. The simulation results compare the proposed algorithm with conventional scheme.  相似文献

Sensing the spectrum in a reliable and efficient manner is crucial to cognitive radio. To combat the channel fading suffered by the single radio, cooperative spectrum sensing is employed, to associate the detection of multiple radios. In this article, the optimization problem of detection efficiency under the constraint of detection probability is investigated, and an algorithm to evaluate the required radio number and sensing time for maximal detection efficiency is presented. To show the effect of cooperation on the detection efficiency, the proposed algorithm is applied to cooperative sensing using the spectral correlation detector under the Rayleigh flat fading channel.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the spectrum sensing performance over fading channel,in which a licensee and multiple unlicensed users coexist and operate in the licensed channel in a local area. The overall average probabilities of detection and false alarm by jointly taking the fading and the locations of all secondary users into account are derived,and a statistical model of cumulate interference is constructed. Based on the cumulate interference,a closed-form expression of outage probability at the primary user's receiver according to a specific distribution of the fading is obtained. Finally,the sensing parameters so as to minimize the total spectrum sensing error and maximize the average opportunistic throughput are obtained. It is noted that the overall average performance analysis and results here enable to benchmark the design of specific spectrum sensing algorithms.  相似文献
