CAD、CAP和CAM并行设计就是在设计过程中随时对设计的中间结果给出设计合理性及加工可行性评价。微机CAD多采用AutoCAD软件开发,而工艺设计和加工可行性评价通常采用专家系统。笔者注意到AntoLISP在人工智能领域的应用还没有得到足够的重视,所以尝试用AutoLISP语言开发面向并行设计的专家系统,从而使CAD、CAP和CAM集成在同一软件环境下。本文提供了一种用AutoLISP语言开发工艺设计和加工可行性评价专家系统的方法,给出了一组用于推理的基本函数。  相似文献

不确定的知识表示与知识推理是专家系统研究和开发的难点。本文利用“目标驱动”方法中控制模块、规则库和事实数据库的操作原理,使用SQL Server2000和Delphi 6.0作为开发平台,通过数据格式和算法的设计构造并实现了一个产生式规则专家系统。该系统实现了不确定性知识表示和知识推理的计算机化,用户只需要为系统提供足够的已知数据,就可以获得专家水平的结论。  相似文献

It is important that intelligent agents are able to pursue multiple goals in parallel, in a rational manner. In this work we have described the careful empirical evaluation of the value of data structures and algorithms developed for reasoning about both positive and negative goal interactions. These mechanisms are incorporated into a commercial agent platform and then evaluated in comparison to the platform without these additions. We describe the data structures and algorithms developed, and the X-JACK system, which incorporates these into JACK, a state of the art agent development toolkit. There are three basic kinds of reasoning that are developed: reasoning about resource conflicts, reasoning to avoid negative interactions that can happen when steps of parallel goals are arbitrarily interleaved, and reasoning to take advantage of situations where a single step can help to achieve multiple goals. X-JACK is experimentally compared to JACK, under a range of situations designed to stress test the reasoning algorithms, as well as situations designed to be more similar to real applications. We found that the cost of the additional reasoning is small, even with large numbers of goal interactions to reason about. The benefit however is noticeable, and is statistically significant, even when the amount of goal interactions is relatively small.  相似文献

Most engineering artifacts are designed and analyzed today within a 3-D computer aided design (CAD) environment. However, slender objects such as beams are designed in a 3-D environment, but analyzed using a 1-D beam-element, since their 3-D analysis exhibits locking and/or is computationally inefficient. This process is tedious and error-prone. Here, we propose a dual-representation strategy for designing and analyzing 3-D beams, directly within a 3-D CAD environment. The proposed method exploits classic 1-D beam physics, but is implemented within a 3-D CAD environment by appealing to the divergence theorem. Consequently, the proposed method is numerically and computationally equivalent to classic 1-D beam analysis for uniform cross-section beams. But, more importantly, it closely matches the accuracy of a full-blown 3-D finite element analysis for non-uniform beams.  相似文献

Although computers prove useful in aiding human creativity, there is still shortage of adequate software for early-stage explorations in the design disciplines. One of such under-supported disciplines is architectural design. In response to this lack of proper software, architects adopted tools from other industries with a large level of success. However, despite the fact that several types of such tools have now been employed in conceptual architectural design, their application indicates that they are seldom used altogether.This paper presents a hybrid software platform, bringing these various CAD and CAE tools into one design toolkit. Each platform tool introduces a different possibility of designing, and supports computation-based activities, human intuitive ones, or a mixture of both. The platform user can freely switch between various working styles: algorithmic on the one hand, and fuzzy on the other. Moreover, the designer can perform tasks impossible to execute in traditional design, such as quick generation, exploration and evaluation of large design spaces, containing geometrically-complex solutions. The testing of the hybrid platform in a design experiment indicates its ability to support meaningful early-stage explorations and to yield a highly creative design.One of the aims of investigating a CAD/E platform based on the existing software is to lay the foundations for the development of a future CAD/E system for early-stage architectural design — a tool which is currently missing in the architectural practice. By revealing the potentials of the ready-made software, and by pointing out the technical challenges associated with its integration, we wish to suggest a possible direction for future studies, so that solutions developed by academia have higher chances of being noticed and more widely implemented in praxis.  相似文献

贝叶斯网络是一种进行不确定性推理和分析的有效工具,针对系统可靠性分析问题,建立了一种基于贝叶斯网络的系统可靠性分析平台。所建立的分析平台将贝叶斯网络应用于系统可靠性分析中,把系统各组部件抽象成节点,从而构成贝叶斯网络模型;通过推理和分析算法找到影响系统可靠性的薄弱环节;通过计算某个部件发生变化时对整个系统的影响,得出各个节点的重要度,给出合理的优化方案,提升系统可靠性。通过对平视显示器实例进行分析,计算了每个组部件对整个系统的影响程度,证明该分析平台在利用贝叶斯网络对系统可靠性分析上的可行性。  相似文献

A quasi-three-dimensional (quasi-3-D) cell-based biosensor platform microfabricated from SU-8 has been developed and characterized. In this work, SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells were integrated with SU-8 microfabricated microwells with diameters of 100 μm. SH-SY5Y cells were differentiated with 1 mM dibutyryl cAMP and 2.5 μM 5-bromodeoxyuridine. Voltage-gated calcium channel (VGCC) function of SH-SY5Y cells cultured within the microwells (quasi-3-D) versus those cultured on the SU-8 planar substrates (2-D) was evaluated by confocal microscopy with a calcium fluorescent indicator, Calcium Green-1. In response to 50 mM high K+ depolarization, cells in microwells were less responsive in terms of increase in intracellular Ca2+ in comparison to cells on 2-D substrates. This study shows that VGCC function of cells within SU-8 microwells was indeed different from that of cells on planar SU-8 surfaces, suggesting that SU-8 microstructure did affect SH-SY5Y cell differentiation with respect to VGCC function and that high-aspect-ratio microstructures are not merely “folded” 2-D structures. Furthermore, these results are consistent with previous 2-D/3-D comparative studies carried out in polymer scaffolds and support the hypothesis that cell calcium dynamics on 2-D substrates may be exaggerated. Overall, this work is supportive of SU-8 micropattern as a viable platform for engineering a quasi-3-D cell culture system for cell-based biosensing against drugs for VGCCs.  相似文献
