1-乙氨基-2-三氯甲基-咪唑啉的制备及其缓蚀性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
合成了新型的含氯咪唑啉化合物(CIM),以1H-NMR和FTIR确定其结构。采用静态失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗等方法研究了CIM在0.5mol/L盐酸溶液中对碳钢的腐蚀抑制作用。结果表明,CIM的缓蚀率随其浓度增大而增大,且在高温时保持高效的缓蚀性能。CIM在碳钢表面的吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温式,属于混合型吸附。  相似文献

采用失重法、动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱研究了4-氨基安替比林在盐酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀行为。结果表明,4-氨基安替比林是一种同时抑制阳极和阴极反应的混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀效率随缓蚀剂浓度增加而增大,4-氨基安替比林在碳钢表面的吸附吉布斯自由能为-30.52kJ·mol-1,是一种介于物理吸附与化学吸附之间的混合型自发吸附,符合Langmuir等温吸附式。  相似文献

采用失重法、动电位极化曲线法和电化学阻抗谱研究了溴化N-辛烷异喹啉([C8i Quin]Br)在盐酸介质中对Q235碳钢的缓蚀行为。结果表明:[C8i Quin]Br是一种同时抑制阳极和阴极反应的混合型缓蚀剂,缓蚀效率随缓蚀剂浓度增大而增大,随温度的升高而降低;[C8i Quin]Br在Q235碳钢表面的吸附符合Laugmuir等温吸附式,吸附平衡常数Kads值较大,说明缓蚀剂在金属表面的吸附能力较强。  相似文献

目的研究肉桂酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂在酸性介质中对N80钢的缓蚀性能。方法以肉桂酸和羟乙基乙二胺为原料,氧化铝为催化剂,采用溶剂法合成了肉桂酸咪唑啉化合物,利用紫外光谱和红外光谱等分析了产物的分子结构,利用静态失重法、动电位极化和交流阻抗等方法研究了咪唑啉缓蚀剂在盐酸介质中对N80钢的缓蚀性能,并对其缓蚀机理进行了初步探讨。结果静态失重法结果表明,缓蚀效率与缓蚀剂的质量浓度有关,当产物的质量浓度达到400 mg/L时,缓蚀效率趋于平稳,可达86.9%。腐蚀速率随着温度的增加而增加,温度在30~50℃时,咪唑啉具有良好的缓蚀效率。极化曲线研究结果表明,该缓蚀剂是控制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂,作用类型是几何覆盖效应。交流阻抗研究结果表明,该缓蚀剂对碳钢在盐酸介质中的腐蚀有明显的抑制作用,缓蚀效率随着缓蚀剂的质量浓度的增大而增大。结论肉桂酸咪唑啉是一种有效的缓蚀剂,能够明显抑制N80钢在盐酸介质中的腐蚀。  相似文献

目的了解在HCl介质中,三聚氰胺对碳钢的缓蚀作用和缓蚀机理。方法在1 mol/L HCl溶液中添加不同浓度的三聚氰胺,测试碳钢在溶液中的动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱,获得电化学参数和缓蚀效率。再结合量子化学计算结果,分析其缓蚀机理。结果针对碳钢在1 mol/L HCl溶液中的腐蚀,三聚氰胺是一种混合抑制型缓蚀剂,随其浓度的增加,缓蚀效率增大。三聚氰胺通过分子中Mulliken电荷相对较负的氮原子吸附在碳钢表面起到缓蚀作用,吸附过程为自发过程,以物理吸附为主,且符合Langmuir吸附等温方程。结论在HCl介质中,三聚氰胺对碳钢具有一定的缓蚀作用。  相似文献

以桐油为原料合成了桐油酸,使之先后与二乙烯三胺和氯化苄反应,制备了桐油酸咪唑啉苄基氯季铵盐,对其结构进行了红外表征。利用失重法和动电位极化曲线考察了合成的季铵盐在盐酸溶液中对N80钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,桐油酸咪唑啉季铵盐能有效抑制N80钢在盐酸介质中的腐蚀;随着缓蚀剂浓度的增大,缓蚀效率增加;随着温度升高,腐蚀速率增大,缓蚀效率减小;随着盐酸浓度的增大,N80钢的腐蚀速率增大,缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率变化不明显;该缓蚀剂为阴极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂。  相似文献

合成了一种新型缓蚀剂O,O'-二(2-苯乙基)二硫代磷酸二乙铵(EPP),并用元素分析和红外光谱对其进行了表征。采用静态失重法、极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法研究了EPP在HCl溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,探讨了其在Q235钢表面的吸附行为,考察了HCl浓度、腐蚀体系温度等因素对其缓蚀率的影响。结果表明:EPP是一种高效的混合型缓蚀剂,其缓蚀率随缓蚀剂浓度增加而增大,随腐蚀系统温度升高而缓慢减小。在30℃,1.0 mol·L-1的HCl溶液中,EPP浓度为60 mg·L-1时,其缓蚀率高达98.48%。EPP在Q235钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,属于自发进行的化学吸附。量子化学计算结果表明,EPP通过配位键和反馈键与金属Fe形成了多中心、稳定的化学吸附。  相似文献

采用静态失重法,动电位极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法研究了十六烷基二甲基乙基溴化铵 (CDAB) 在硫酸介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀行为,并探讨了其对Q235钢的缓蚀作用机理.结果表明,在25 ℃下,缓蚀率随CDAB浓度增大而增大,在浓度仅为10 mgL-1时,失重缓蚀率达85%左右.极化曲线实验结果显示,CDAB是一种以控制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂,且静态失重法,动电位极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法实验结果相一致.CDAB在Q235钢表面的吸附服从Kastening-Holleck吸附等温模型;CDAB的添加显著增大了腐蚀反应的活化能,有效抑制了腐蚀反应的进行.  相似文献

目的制备一种新型曼尼希碱缓蚀剂并研究其性能。方法利用失重法研究缓蚀剂缓蚀效率与缓蚀剂的质量浓度、盐酸质量分数、腐蚀温度、腐蚀时间的关系,确定缓蚀剂的吸附曲线。通过动电位极化曲线法和交流阻抗法研究缓蚀剂的综合性质。利用扫描电镜观察腐蚀前后N80钢片的表面形态。结果缓蚀剂缓蚀效率随缓蚀剂添加量的增大而增大,随测试温度的升高而下降,随盐酸质量分数的升高先增大后减小,随腐蚀时间的延长先增大后减小。60℃时,在质量分数为15%盐酸中浸入4 h、缓蚀剂添加量在1.0 g/L的条件下,缓蚀剂缓蚀效率为99.18%,腐蚀反应的活化能由56.34 k J/mol提高到了86.54 k J/mol。缓蚀剂在N80钢表面符合Langmiur吸附模型,吸附吉布斯自由能为-29.94 k J/mol。极化实验结果显示该缓蚀剂为以阴极抑制为主的混合型缓蚀剂。阻抗谱图显示添加缓蚀剂后,阻抗明显增大。扫描电镜结果显示缓蚀剂有效抑制了盐酸对N80钢片的腐蚀。结论所制备的缓蚀剂在质量分数为15%的盐酸中对N80钢片有良好的缓蚀效果。  相似文献

采用失重法研究了壳聚糖磷酸酯在1mol/L HCl和1mol/L H2SO4中的缓蚀性能,采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗法分析了缓蚀机理,并通过扫描电镜对腐蚀形貌进行了分析。结果表明:壳聚糖磷酸酯在盐酸和硫酸体系中对碳钢腐蚀具有很好的抑制作用,在1mol/L HCl中缓蚀率随浓度增加而升高,在1mol/L H2SO4中缓蚀率先升高后降低;极化曲线表明壳聚糖磷酸酯在酸体系中是以抑制阳极过程为主的缓蚀剂;在碳钢表面发生单分子层吸附。  相似文献

用浸泡提取法从竹叶中提取有机缓蚀组分,并将其作为盐酸酸洗缓蚀剂的主要成分.对以竹叶浸泡提取物为主的复合缓蚀剂的缓蚀效果进行了研究,采用线性极化法评价缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率,运用正交试验法优选缓蚀剂配方,并探讨其缓蚀机理.结果表明,最优配方对碳钢在5%的盐酸溶液中有优良的缓蚀效果,其缓蚀率达95.6%,属于混合型缓蚀剂.  相似文献

The inhibitive effect of lupine (Lupinous albus L.) extract on the corrosion of steel in aqueous solution of 1 M sulphuric and 2 M hydrochloric acids was investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. Potentiodynamic polarization curves indicated that the lupine extract acts as a mixed-type inhibitor. EIS measurements showed that the dissolution process is under activation control. The inhibition efficiency of the extract obtained from impedance and polarization measurements was in a good agreement and was found to increase with increasing concentration of the extract. The obtained results showed that, the lupine extract could serve as an effective inhibitor for the corrosion of steel in acid media and the extract was more effective in case of hydrochloric acid. Theoretical fitting of the corrosion data to the kinetic-thermodynamic model was tested to show the nature of adsorption.  相似文献

The inhibition effect of alkaloids extract from Oxandra asbeckii plant (OAPE) on the corrosion of C38 steel in 1 M hydrochloric acid solution has been investigated by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The corrosion inhibition efficiency increases on increasing plant extracts concentration. Cathodic and anodic polarization curves show that OAPE is a mixed-type inhibitor. The effect of temperature on the corrosion behavior of C38 steel in 1 M HCl with and without addition of plant extract was studied in the temperature range 25–55 °C. The thermodynamic functions of dissolution and adsorption processes were calculated from experimental polarization data and the interpretation of the results are given. The adsorption of this plant extract on the C38 steel surface obeys the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Surface analysis (Raman) was also carried out to establish the corrosion inhibitive property of this plant extract in HCl solution.  相似文献

The corrosion inhibition of neutral red on the corrosion of cold rolled steel in 1.0 M hydrochloric acid (HCl) was studied using weight loss method and potentiodynamic polarization method. Results obtained revealed that neutral red is an effective inhibitor. It was found that the adsorption of neutral red could prevent steel from weight loss and the adsorption accorded with the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Potentiodynamic polarization studies showed that neutral red mainly acted as a mixed-type inhibitor for steel in 1.0 M hydrochloric acid. Thermodynamic parameters such as adsorption heat, adsorption entropy and adsorption free energy were obtained from experimental data of the temperature studies of the inhibition process at four temperatures ranging from 30 to 45 °C. The most suitable range of inhibitor concentration was discussed. The kinetic data such as apparent activation energies and pre-exponential factors at different concentrations of the inhibitor were calculated, the effect of the apparent activation energies and pre-exponential factors on the corrosion rates of cold rolled steel was discussed. The inhibitive action was satisfactorily explained by using both thermodynamic and kinetic models. Synergism between chloride ion and neutral red was proposed. The results obtained from weight loss and potentiodynamic polarization were in good agreement.  相似文献

The inhibition effect of two pyrazine derivatives of 2-aminopyrazine (AP) and 2-amino-5-bromopyrazine (ABP) on the corrosion of cold rolled steel (CRS) in 1.0 M hydrochloric acid (HCl) was studied by weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization curves, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) methods. The results show that both AP and ABP are good inhibitors, and inhibition efficiency follows the order: ABP > AP. The adsorption of each inhibitor on CRS surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Potentiodynamic polarization curves show that two pyrazine derivatives act as mixed-type inhibitors. EIS spectra exhibit one capacitive loop and confirm the inhibitive ability.  相似文献

The inhibition effect of cefoperazone (CP) on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in 0.5 M HCl solution was studied using potentiodynamic polarization, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and electrochemical frequency modulation techniques along with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that the inhibition efficiency increases with increasing inhibitor concentration and decreases with increasing the temperature. The results indicated that the inhibitive action of CP can be attributed to its adsorption. The results show that CP possesses excellent inhibiting effect for the corrosion of carbon steel and the inhibitor acts as mixed-type inhibitor. The adsorption process is spontaneous and follows Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. The surface adsorption of the inhibitor molecules decreases the double-layer capacitance and increases the polarization resistance. SEM results indicate the formation of an adsorbed protective film on the metal surface. The results obtained from the different techniques were in good agreement which prove the validity of these tools in the measurements of the tested inhibitor.  相似文献

目的研究吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)在H2SO4(0.1 mol/L)溶液中对碳钢(Q235)的缓蚀性能,降低碳钢生产过程对环境的影响。方法采用动电位极化曲线测试、交流阻抗实验、失重实验和扫描电镜实验分析缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及作用机理。结果 IAA的缓蚀效率随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加而逐渐增大,当IAA浓度增加到4×10-3mol/L时,缓蚀效率最高达到88.85%。温度升高,缓蚀效率降低,说明IAA不宜于高温下使用。IAA是一种混合型缓蚀剂,对阴极反应和阳极反应均有抑制作用,且在缓蚀剂分子吸附过程中,吸附在碳钢表面的水分子和缓蚀剂分子发生竞争吸附作用,能有效阻止H+的穿越,从而抑制腐蚀H+的放电。IAA在碳钢表面的吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温模型,该吸附自发进行且是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用。缓蚀剂通过抑制腐蚀反应的活性点,提高活化能垒,防止碳钢溶解腐蚀。IAA在碳钢表面形成保护膜,减轻了腐蚀。结论 IAA是一种以抑制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂,在0.1 mol/L H2SO4溶液中能够对Q235碳钢起到优异的保护作用。  相似文献

应用动电位极化法和电化学阻抗(EIS)研究了樟树叶提取液(CCLE)在硫酸介质中对碳钢的缓蚀性能和缓蚀机理. 结果表明, 采用酸浸泡法从樟树叶中提取的缓蚀剂, 对碳钢在10% H2SO4溶液中具有良好的缓蚀作用, 随着提取液浓度的增加, 缓蚀效率增大; 随着实验温度升高, 缓蚀效率减小. 樟树叶提取液为混合抑制型缓蚀剂, 提取液中的有效缓蚀成分在碳钢表面的吸附满足Langmuir等温吸附方程; 樟树叶提取液的加入使碳钢在硫酸中反应的表观活化能增加, 起到缓蚀作用.  相似文献
