开发了ZH-0l水性双组分氟碳树脂及双组分水性氟碳涂料.研究了交联剂己二酸二酰肼(ADH)的用量对乳液凝胶率和涂膜硬度的影响,确定m(氟乳液)/m(ADH)=l00:0.8.比较了ZH-0l氟乳液及其相应涂料涂膜与其他市售乳液及其涂料涂膜的性能.结果表明,ZH-0l氟乳液具有优良的性能,所得氟涂料涂膜比其他乳液涂料涂膜具有更好的综合特性,在抗紫外老化方面尤为突出.  相似文献

利用一种改进的微乳聚合技术成功制得了纳米级高固含量聚合物微胶乳,可有效地将聚合物的固含量提高到10%~40%(m/m)。并能使微粒的直径保持在10~40nm之间。内部交联的功能化的聚合物微球也能用此方法制备,且可直接应用于水性涂料。试验结果表明,由此制得的涂膜性能优于常规乳液聚合方法所制取的。本文还讨论了成膜交联机理,发现胶粒纳米级的粒径和胶粒内及胶粒间的交联对获得较好的涂膜性能至关重要。  相似文献

A kind of surfactants with a polymerizable end-group were synthesized. A nanometer polymer latex dispersion has been prepared in the presence of one of the above polymerizable surfactants. The latex particle size is in the range of 20–40 nm. An environmentally friendly water-based coating based on the above nanometer polymer latex dispersion has been prepared and the preparation process has been optimized. This water-based coating has been characterized and the results have shown promising properties comparable to the conventional solvent-based coatings.  相似文献

氨基硅油因有良好的吸附性、反应性 ,已被广泛用于纤维织物的整理。最早使用的氨基硅油可赋予织物良好的柔软性 ,但吸水性较差 ,且易黄变。随着人们对纺织品性能的要求越来越高 ,再改性氨基硅油成为开发的热点。改性的方法主要有环氧化、酰胺化、仲胺化、季铵化或混合改性等。改性后的氨基硅油对织物的柔软、平滑、透气、抗菌等性能大大改善。  相似文献

采用核壳乳液聚合法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为亲水核,聚苯乙烯(St)-丙烯腈(AN)-二乙烯苯(DVB)为疏水硬壳的核壳型乳液,然后进行碱溶胀处理,制得具有中空结构的遮盖性空心乳液。考察了MAA用量、核壳比(核单体与壳单体的质量之比,下同)对空心乳液中空度及遮盖性的影响,并利用透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对空心乳液的结构形态进行了表征。结果表明,当核单体中MAA用量为核单体总量的30%(质量分数),核壳比为1∶6时,乳胶粒的中空度约为50%,空心乳液遮盖性最强,应用于水性油墨中能够获得良好的综合性能。  相似文献

Coating failure through loss of adhesion is a common occurrence with latex paints especially when applied to previously painted alkyd surfaces. Wet adhesion promoters are used by the industry to overcome these deficiencies. This paper provides an overview of the technical effort at Cytec which has led to the discovery of a series of new wet adhesion monomers. Three such monomers have been under active development. At least one of these is expected to be available in developmental quantities later this year. These monomers are targeted at improving the wet adhesion performance of exterior and interior latex paints which are frequently exposed to moisture due to rain and/or high humidity. They have been incorporated into latex polymers which, when formulated into exterior latex paints, show excellent wet adhesion properties. Wet scrub test results on aged alkyd coated Laneta panels are discussed, along with comparative data on a currently available monomer.  相似文献

将几种功能性有机硅烷偶联剂、含氢硅氧烷环状单体和含氢硅油与不同pH值的无机纳米硅溶胶水溶液反应制备出硅系有机-无机纳米杂化复合液和通过溶胶-凝胶法制出有机硅-硅溶胶杂化固体微粉,并用IR和TEM对杂化材料进行表征,研究了杂化复合液的稳定性和杂化复合液与杂化微粉中有机硅种类、杂化比和用量对水泥砂浆凝结硬化的影响和对聚合物改性水泥砂浆的强度和防水性能的影响.结果表明:(1)有机硅-硅溶胶杂化复合液对水泥砂浆有一定的缓凝作用;(2)改性砂浆的28d抗压强度都高于空白水泥砂浆的28d抗压强度.而且改性砂浆具有显著的防水功能;(3)杂化微粉改性水泥砂浆抗压强度接近于空白样,但吸水率较低,具有较佳的防水性能.  相似文献

In order to achieve durable adhesively bonded metal joints, besides choosing a suitable adhesive, in many cases surface pretreatment is essential. This for example, is especially valid for aluminium, aluminium alloys and also for stainless steel. The newly developed, and patented, Ciba laser pretreatment (CLP) uniquely combines processing benefits with the opportunity for cost savings and excellent performance of adhesively bonded metal joints. Waterborne anti-icing coatings were prepared by embedding silicone oil microcapsules in latex paints. The long-term hydrophobicity and ice adhesion strength of the coatings were examined with a QUV accelerated weathering tester and a pull-off adhesion tester. The effects of silicone oil content and pigment/binder (PB) ratio on the long-term hydrophobicity and the ice adhesion strength of the coatings were investigated. A higher silicone oil content and a PB ratio close to the critical pigment volume concentration favor long-term hydrophobicity of the coatings. An obvious decrease in ice adhesion strength was achieved for coatings with a PB ratio of 5.0 and a silicone oil content of 4.2%. For coatings with the same surface roughness, a higher water contact angle (WCA) led to lower ice adhesion strength. However, for coatings with different surface roughnesses, the ice adhesion strength was found to be dependent on surface roughness rather than on WCA.  相似文献
