SOA架构在辽河流域报表管理系统的研究与实践

报表服务是辽河流域水环境相关管理系统中核心业务需求之一.随着水环境治理范围扩大,报表服务需求多样化,现有分散式报表管理方式已不能满足用户实际需求.对此,从异构系统中报表实际业务需求出发,结合SOA架构模型松散耦合与可重用性等特点,提出了一种基于SOA架构的报表管理系统.解决了多系统之间重复开发与数据共享等问题.本文通过对报表业务核心功能及流程的提炼,建立了相应的服务模型,根据对不同服务的组合和调用,实现了支持多系统并发访问的报表管理系统.     

基于微服务的维修资金管理系统

为了解决传统住宅维修资金管理系统功能模块复杂,开发维护过程繁琐,并且新增需求难以及时处理,提出了基于微服务架构的系统设计开发.本文设计了基于微服务架构的住宅维修资金管理系统,将系统划分为几个微服务模块分别实现.系统使用Spring Cloud来搭建微服务架构,并且实现了服务注册和发现、负载均衡、路由网关以及容错处理等技术,最后实现了各个微服务功能.采用该微服务框架,降低了系统的耦合性,加快了系统开发周期以及使系统的部署和维护更为便捷.     

一种微服务框架的实现

相对于传统单块架构,微服务框架具有技术选型灵活、独立按需扩展、可用性高等优点,更适合当前互联网时代需求. 但微服务架构的应用也会引入新的问题,如跨进程通讯、服务注册发现、分布式Session管理等. 本文在对传统框架和微服务框架进行分析比较的基础上,给出了微服务框架的一种实现方案. 该方案设计了微服务框架的功能架构,对微服务框架引入的关键问题给出了解决方案. 采用该实现方案进行业务系统开发,开发人员只需要关注微服务内部业务功能的开发,微服务之间的注册、发现、监控和Session管理由微服务框架完成,简化了系统开发的难度,提高开发效率.

基于工作流的服务组合在电子政务中的应用

为了解决电子政务系统建设中存在的"信息孤岛"问题,提出了一个基于工作流实现服务组合的系统框架.该框架通过流程服务中心的工作流引擎对遗留系统发布的Web服务进行组合,实现了整合遗留系统和跨部门协同办公,从而能够有效地满足业务用户的需求,以及实现对敏捷业务需求的快速响应.最后以跨部门电子政务系统验证了该框架的合理性,结果表明是可行和有效的.     

一种基于速率的发布/订阅系统的准入控制机制

提出了基于内容发布/订阅系统的一种准入控制机制RacsCBPS来保障客户端的服务质量.首先分析了基于内容发布/订阅系统中实现准入控制机制的难点,给出了RacsCBPS的基本模型,在此基础上,提出了基于覆盖关系的资源需求计算方法和以订阅分发路径为基础的准入控制算法.RacsCBPS在不影响发布/订阅系统松散耦合性的情况下,能够有效地解决因系统资源不足而导致的事件过载问题,同时为系统提供了不同的准入准则,以便在系统资源利用率和服务质量保证程度之间作出不同的权衡.最后通过实验验证了准入控制机制的有效性和相应的系统资源利用率.     

基于集中存储的刀片服务集群研究与设计

刀片服务器提供了强大的计算能力,但在其上构建多个服务环境时,过程繁琐且管理成本高昂。该文提出基于集中存储的Bladmin系统。该系统根据服务需求启动网络刀片,构建动态虚拟环境(VE),满足了服务对刀片竞争性的需求,实现了VE的快速构建与动态调整。实验结果表明,Bladmin需要的构建时间较少且可管理性较高。     

基于ASP的汽车销售管理平台的研究

针对现有中小型制造企业的现状及信息化需求，研究了基于ASP的网络化销售管理平台。文中采用四层结构实现了系统的原型设计,介绍了基于ASP的汽车销售管理平台的体系结构、功能设计及系统实现的关键技术，重点论述了WebService技术和设计模式在系统中的运用。     

面向服务架构的异构系统集成模型

针对企业现有信息系统不能适应新业务需求这一现状,提出采用面向服务架构(SOA)思想对企业现有异构系统进行集成,达到在保持现有IT基础设施前提下,满足企业新的动态业务需求的目的.以某煤矿企业信息系统建设为案例,重点分析了企业实施SOA架构的系统模型建立过程及关键技术实现流程,为企业信息系统改造提供了一种新的解决方案.     

基于VPN实现企业虚拟私有云的体系架构

随着企业IT基础设施的不断发展和完善,数据中心整合和虚拟私有云技术越来越成为企业关注的重点。提出一种基于虚拟专用网络实现企业虚拟私有云(VPC)的体系架构,并讨论实现该体系结构的目标和途径,重点阐述基于虚拟专用局域网服务(VPLS)技术实现VPN的设计原理,最后给出所述VPC架构在上海烟糖集团数据中心部署中的验证。

One way to gain this competitive edge is by differentiating the services provided to customers. This paper provides a framework to identify areas ripe for the implementation of IT to enhance and improve customer service. The framework is based upon the examination of the existing service delivery system of an organization and how applications of IT might change the interfaces among the various players (customers, employees, etc.) in the service delivery system. Further, examples are presented to illustrate how some organizations have achieved superior service quality by creatively utilizing simple IT tools.

基于手机短信方式实现服务器的远程运维管理

在IT系统运维管理工作中,最紧急和重要的就是保证系统的稳定运行。当系统出现故障时,如何快速地恢复系统的服务是企业运维管理部门的首要任务之一。本文通过分析IT系统运维管理要求和及时运维人员的工作模式,创新性地提出采用手机短信命令的方式,实现远程对服务器进行运维管理的解决方案,解决了运维人员在不具备网络接入条件下无法对IT系统进行运维管理的问题。

Determinants of perceived usefulness of e-learning systems

E-learning systems are increasingly essential in universities, schools, government departments and other organizations that provide an education or training service. The objective for adopting e-learning systems is to provide students with educational services via electronic channels. The focus of this study is on the impact of IT infrastructure services and IT quality on perceptions of usefulness of e-learning systems. A model is proposed which includes five constructs: IT infrastructure services, system quality, information quality, service delivery quality, and perceived usefulness. A quantitative study was conducted at an Australian university with 720 survey responses from students who were enrolled in online courses. The results suggest that IT infrastructure services play a critical role in generating information with high quality, enhancing the aspects of e-learning system quality, and improving service delivery quality. The impact of IT infrastructure services, system quality, and information quality on perceived usefulness is fully mediated by service delivery quality. Universities need to be aware of the critical impact of IT infrastructure services and consider how investment in these services could improve system and information quality, service delivery quality, and the usefulness and success of e-learning systems.     

Information Technology–Supported value Co-Creation and Co-Destruction via social interaction and resource integration in service systems

The paper develops a conceptual framework to study the constructs of information technology (IT)-supported value co-creation and co-destruction through shared processes of social interaction and resource integration as mediated by IT and embedded in interactive value formation practices. In particular, the elements of social interaction and resource integration are identified, and the role of IT is discussed. We conduct a systematic literature review and analyze the data using the service system perspective. Our research contributes by identifying the constructs of value-creating phenomena enabled by IT from the service system perspective and presenting a research agenda for further studies.
