对于缺乏精确模型的过程或参数时变的滞后过程,传统Smith预估计器难以达到满意的控制效果。变论域模糊控制能够对一些非线性的、无对象模型的系统进行控制,并基本消除了系统的静态误差,但在对迟延时间较大的系统进行控制时容易产生震荡。针对具有较大纯迟延时间的系统,该文提出了基于Smith预估计器的变论域模糊控制方案。该方案将Smith预估计器和变论域模糊控制方式相结合,较好地克服了常规变论域模糊控制和传统Smith预估计控制所存在的主要问题。通过仿真实验分析,证明了该控制方案的有效性。  相似文献

大时滞系统是工业过程控制中的典型难题,将先进控制方法应用于大时滞系统时需要与传统的Smith预估器相结合才能获得理想的控制效果。针对一阶惯性大时滞系统,研究了Smith预估器与线性自抗扰控制技术相结合的设计问题,分析了系统的稳定条件和参数摄动问题。证明了当被控对象参数与Smith预估器参数相同时,闭环控制系统稳定的结论,同时推导了参数不同时控制系统稳定的一个充分条件。另外基于数值仿真,从暂态性能、稳定裕度和抗扰能力三方面分析了系统参数和控制参数摄动的影响作用,这些结果可用于Smith预估器和线性自抗扰控制器参数的整定。  相似文献

In this paper, a novel control scheme to deal with process uncertainties in the form of disturbance loads and modelling errors, as well as time-varying process parameters is proposed by applying the back-propagation neural network (BPNN) approach. A BPNN predictive controller that replaces the entire Smith predictor structure is initially trained offline. Lyapunov direct method is used to prove that the convergence of this BPNN is guaranteed by selecting a suitable learning rate during the learning process. However, the Smith predictor based BPNN control is an off-line training based algorithm, which is a time consuming method and requires a known process plant input from the controller. A desired control input to the process is difficult to obtain for the training of the network. As a result a group of proper training data (target control inputs and outputs) can hardly be provided. In order to overcome this problem, a BPNN with an on-line training algorithm is introduced for the control of a First Order plus Dead Time (FOPDT) process. The stability analysis is carried out using the Lyapunov criterion to demonstrate the network convergence ability. Simulation results show that this proposed online trained neural Smith predictor based controller provides excellent robustness to process modelling errors and disturbance loads, and high adaptability to time varying processes parameters.  相似文献

This paper discusses about a unified implementation structure of the filtered Smith predictor (FSP) for MIMO processes with multiple time delays. Two kinds of dead-time free models are analyzed in order to extend the original properties of the SISO Smith predictor to MIMO processes with multiple time delays. It is demonstrated that FSP strategy can be applied to control open-loop unstable processes with multiple time delays by considering a model without any input, output or internal coupling delays. Moreover, for open-loop stable processes, it is shown that the FSP scheme can be used to speed-up disturbance rejection of processes with multiple time delays by using a nominal model without delay. Different simulation examples are used to illustrate the proposed strategy properties and advantages over other MIMO time-delay compensators. The results may be considered to control either square or non-square processes.  相似文献

针对积分、一阶和二阶稳定与不稳定带长时滞的过程,给出了Smith预估器的分析和设计新方法,使其设定值的响应从负载干扰响应中分离出来,并用参数辨识的方法解决了在实际中难以得到过程精确的数学模型和控制器离散化的问题。模拟仿真和离散化系统仿真都达到了满意的效果,表明该方法是工程中很有前途的一种应用方法。  相似文献

The Smith predictor has been used to improve the closed-loop performance for systems with time delays. This paper proposes a frequency-domain method to design an iterative learning control to further improve the performance of Smith predictor controller. For a time-invariant plant with multiplicative perturbations and a Smith predictor controller, we derive a sufficient and necessary condition (which has the same form as that of a general robust performance design problem) for the iterative process to converge for all admissible plant uncertainties. In addition, the iterative learning controller under plant uncertainty is designed. An illustrative example demonstrating the main result is presented.  相似文献

In this paper, an original model‐based analytical method is developed to design a fractional order controller combined with a Smith predictor and a modified Smith predictor that yield control systems which are robust to changes in the process parameters. This method can be applied for integer order systems and for fractional order ones. Based on the Bode's ideal transfer function, the fractional order controllers are designed via the internal model control principle. The simulation results demonstrate the successful performance of the proposed method for controlling integer as well as fractional order linear stable systems with long time delay.  相似文献

This paper presents two tuning algorithms for fractional-order internal model control (IMC) controllers for time delay processes. The two tuning algorithms are based on two specific closed-loop control configurations: the IMC control structure and the Smith predictor structure. In the latter, the equivalency between IMC and Smith predictor control structures is used to tune a fractional-order IMC controller as the primary controller of the Smith predictor structure. Fractional-order IMC controllers are designed in both cases in order to enhance the closed-loop performance and robustness of classical integer order IMC controllers. The tuning procedures are exemplified for both single-input-single-output as well as multivariable processes, described by first-order and second-order transfer functions with time delays. Different numerical examples are provided, including a general multivariable time delay process. Integer order IMC controllers are designed in each case, as well as fractional-order IMC controllers. The simulation results show that the proposed fractional-order IMC controller ensures an increased robustness to modelling uncertainties. Experimental results are also provided, for the design of a multivariable fractional-order IMC controller in a Smith predictor structure for a quadruple-tank system.  相似文献

由于遥操作机器人传输通道中存在着变化的通讯时延,造成了系统不稳定和操作性能降低等问题。为了消除或减少时延的影响,在利用RBF神经网络进行延时预测的基础上,通过改进型Smith预估器进行遥操作机器人的时延控制,从而使系统稳定,并易于操作。理论分析表明,该方案对时延的变化有较强的适应性,控制系统的鲁棒稳定性和动态品质均优于单纯的Smith预估补偿控制,且易于实现。仿真结果表明,在时延情况下,该方法可实现对遥操作机器人较为准确的测控。  相似文献

针对暖通空调(HVAC)系统控制过程中存在的大时滞问题,研究在系统模型参数改变情况下克服时滞影响的方法.对于一阶带纯时滞的空调系统模型,利用信号相关理论和李亚普诺夫稳定理论,推导出了Smith预估器模型参数的自适应算法.本算法使Smith预估器可以在系统模型改变的情况下在线整定,从而实时更新参数.将此自适应Smith预估器应用于空调系统控制,可以避免在模型参数失配情况下引起的系统不稳定甚至振荡,解决了空调控制中大时滞对系统动态性能的影响,提高了稳定性.  相似文献

This short communication analyzes the results recently presented in the paper “On a novel dead time compensator for stable processes with long dead times” published in the Journal of Process Control. In the mentioned paper it is argued that the proposed strategy, called modified Smith predictor (MSP), gives better performance than the filtered Smith predictor (FSP) dead-time compensator for stable processes with dead time. In fact MSP has the same structure as FSP and only some specific tuning rules of the filters are proposed. Therefore, in this work some aspects of the comparative analysis and tuning rules presented in the referred paper are discussed to show that MSP is a particular case of FSP and that for some particular cases its tuning rule does not allow for a good closed-loop response. Some simulation case studies are used to illustrate these aspects.  相似文献

制粒机调质温度是现代饲料生产过程中的重要参数之一,必须控制在最佳值附近。而调质温度被控对象具有大时滞,非线性以及参数时变的特性。传统的Smith预估器难以取得良好的控制效果。针对上述问题,提出一种IMC-Smith预估控制算法,算法将Smith预估器与内模控制相结合,采用内模控制原理和积分平方差指标设计给定点追踪控制器。在Matlab平台上对IMC-Smith控制算法进行模型匹配和模型失配的仿真,仿真结果表明控制系统性能较常规Smith预估控制有较大的提高,证明了控制方案的有效性。  相似文献

为使大惯性、纯滞后的电阻炉温度控制系统的动态性能和稳态精度满足要求,提出了Smith预估结合积分分离PID算法;设计了温度控制器的硬件系统;对控制系统进行辨识;分析了Smith预估结合积分分离PID算法与单纯Smith预估控制算法的区别,并对两种控制算法进行了比较分析,确定了电阻炉温度控制系统参数;最后对Smith预估结合积分分离PID算法进行了电阻炉的温度控制实验;实验结果表明,采用Smith预估结合积分分离PID算法提高了电阻炉温度控制系统的稳定性,降低了系统的超调,稳态精度达到0.2℃,其动态性能和稳态精度满足系统控制要求.  相似文献

提出了一种大滞后系统的频域辨识方法并将其用于 Smith预估控制 .这种辨识方法不需要困难的信号设计和单独的信号发生设备 ,能够以闭环的方式测试系统指定相位处的频率特性并最终得到系统的传递函数模型 .由于所提出的辨识方法的特点 ,它非常适用于 Smith预估控制方案 ,实现对工业过程中大滞后系统的有效控制 .对一个高阶大滞后过程的仿真取得了非常好的效果 ,表明了所提出方法的有效性  相似文献

针对恒压供水系统普遍存在的惯性大、非线性、随机性及纯滞后性的特点,设计了一种基于模糊PID-Smith控制策略的变频恒压供水系统.硬件部分介绍了系统的结构及组成,软件设计部分首先构建系统数学模型,研究了PID模糊控制与Smith预估控制理论.最终把PID模糊控制器与Smith预估器结合起来用于对系统的控制,并用Matlab将各种控制算法进行了仿真.结果表明:模糊PID-Smith控制器能够使系统的动态、稳态性能最优化,在时滞过程的控制系统中具有一定的应用前景.  相似文献
