百周年纪念矿是1970年,即曼尼托巴省成立一百周年时发现而命名的。矿体较小,贮量约200万吨,走向长度变化在400~600英尺之间,厚度10~60英尺,倾角75°。由于矿石品位低和金属价格的影响,要求降低采矿成本。该矿是采用普通分段采矿法来布置采准工程的。由于整个矿体都埋藏在一个大湖的下面,因此必须防止岩层错动,必须对采场进行水砂充填。1973年底,萨德伯里市的国际镍有限公司,采用垂直漏斗后退式采矿法(VCR 法)回采已充填的矿房之间的矿柱。实践证明,这种采矿方法已取得令人满意的结果,使用结果将由提出此法的加拿大工业公司公开发表。该法似乎有某些优点,百周年纪念矿遂选定一个矿房,用 VCR 法进行开采,而全矿生产则仍继续使用中深孔崩矿法。该试验矿房作业安全,采准费用降低,凿岩时间减少,单位炸药消耗量不高,矿石破碎良好。现在 VCR 法已为哈德逊湾矿冶公司所采纳,其应用范围也正在扩大。 相似文献

研究工作面瓦斯涌出规律对工作面瓦斯治理有重要意义。为了得到唐口煤矿深部3号煤层复杂开采条件下工作面回采时期瓦斯涌出时空演化规律,选取6304工作面作为对象,采用实测方法研究6304工作面瓦斯涌出规律。结果表明:6304工作面瓦斯涌出量为6.534 m3/min,其中煤壁占34.27%,落煤占29.62%,采空区占36.11%;沿工作面倾向由低到高,瓦斯浓度整体为上升趋势,其中1—76号架工作面瓦斯浓度小于0.20%,76—102号架瓦斯浓度上升明显,最大为0.387%;上隅角的后部采空区是工作面的瓦斯主要涌出源,上隅角1号测点瓦斯浓度0.78%,上隅角周边3号、5号、7号、8号、9号测点瓦斯浓度平均为0.643%;周期来压时,上隅角瓦斯相对平时较高。研究为针对性的瓦斯分源监控与灾害防治提供基础。 相似文献
