Prestressed Reinforced Concrete. Remarks on the Internal Prestressing without Bond The paper gives an overview of the new codes concerning the design of buildings and civil engineering works in reinforced concrete, prestressed with internal unbonded tendons. A design concept in order to fulfill high requirements on durability during the intended life of such structures is discussed, giving priority to flat slabs, bridges and tanks.
