大峪口白云质磷块岩含P_2O_57.70%,MgO 4.4%及酸不溶物30.9%,矿物嵌布细,属难选矿石。扩大试验采用正反浮选,磨矿细度-200目90%时,可获得含P_2O_5 34.2%、MgO 0.7%的精矿,回收率85.0%。正浮选在碱性介质中进行,粗选作业可排除26.6%MgO,精选作业排除47.6%MgO,正浮选作业回收率88.9%。反浮选在酸性介质中进行,可有效浮起受有机碳污染的细粒白云石,作业回收率95.6%,19.3%MgO在本作业进一步排出。 与直接浮选相比,正反浮选流程的精矿不但MgO含量大大降低,其脱水性能也改善了,沉降速度为6.5mm/s,过滤机生产能力为16.6t/m~2·d,比直接浮选分别提高2倍和1.4倍。  相似文献

研究采用一种新型捕收剂XJD—01实现了在常温条件下的萤石浮选。浮选效果明显优于油酸加温浮选;采用粗磨浮选抛尾-粗精再磨精选-中矿单独精选的流程.获得了CaF2回收率为49.20%的二级萤石精矿和CaF2回收率为37.94%的四级萤石精矿两种精矿产品。在精选循环中还通过添加硫化钠有效地降低了精矿中的杂质含量。  相似文献

采用反浮选工艺,研究了抑制剂种类及用量、捕收剂WF-01用量、浮选时间、矿浆浓度和磨矿细度等因素对新华含稀土磷矿浮选效果的影响,并对较佳浮选条件下获得的磷精矿和尾矿进行了稀土分析. 结果表明,浮选剂选用WF-01,工业硫酸不适宜单独作为此矿样浮选时磷矿物的抑制剂,而采用工业磷酸作为抑制剂和矿浆pH值调整剂,在磷酸用量9 kg/t、捕收剂WF-01用量0.8 kg/t、浮选时间9 min、磨矿细度82%为-74 mm、矿浆浓度35%的浮选条件下,可获得较好的浮选和稀土富集效果,磷精矿的P2O5品位可从原矿的21.71%增加到32%以上,回收率达到90%;在浮选过程中稀土主要富集在磷精矿中,富集比为1.56,在精矿中的含量为87.09%.  相似文献

针对辛置选煤厂二车间入选原煤中高灰细泥含量高、浮选精煤脱水设备运行周期长、煤泥水系统负荷大等问题,通过分析浮选入料性质进行浮选精煤掺粗工艺改造,并对改造效果进行分析。由于浮选精矿浓度偏低(255 g/L)、0.125 mm粒度级含量偏低(占24%)、0.045 mm粒度级含量较高(占46%),需在浮选精矿中适当掺入低灰细精煤物料,保证浮选精矿浓度、粒度均达标。将浮选精矿浓度控制在280 g/L以上,0.045 mm粒级控制在40%以下。增加管路及阀门,将1组精煤磁尾旋流器底流物料掺入浮选精矿中,确保浮选精矿浓度、粒度达到最佳要求。每月浮选精煤增加效益43.20万元;介耗降低增加7.56万元,合计创效50.76万元,年可增创效609.12万元。  相似文献

使用两步调整浮选分离白云石和磷灰石,方法是很简单的。第一步先将矿浆pH调至10,加捕收剂,第二步再将矿浆调至pH 3左右,在此酸性介质中浮出白云石,槽内产物即为磷精矿。用两步调整法浮选印度贾马可特拉磷矿石,当原矿P_2O_5含量18.4%MgO含量10.3%时,可得精矿P_2O_5含量37.7%,MgO0.7%,磷回收率82%;而用一步调整反浮选(PH2.7),各磷精矿品位P_2O_536.2%,MgO含量1.3%,磷回收率为86%。若使用一种称之为“A”的抑制剂,两步法可获P_2O_5>5%,MgO<1%的精矿,回收率85%。  相似文献

新疆某矿石中的金矿物为微细粒浸染型,金矿物平均粒径为9.81μm,在磨矿细度0.075 mm含量75%条件下金的解离特征为连生金含量为52.25%,单体金含量为11.25%,包裹金含量为36.50%。本试验主要探索通过浮选方法回收矿石中金的可行性。通过试验,在磨矿细度为0.075 mm含量75%、浮选浓度30%、捕收剂DT-2用量105 g/t、浮选时间12 min、粗选pH值8.5条件下,采用一粗二精二扫工艺可获得品位为9.48 g/t的浮选金精矿,回收率为59.23%。  相似文献

瓮福磷矿浮选精矿经三段水力旋流器分级,可以获得+200含量大于96%的粗粒精矿,沉砂中的磷精矿质量有明显提高。其溢流磷精矿也能满足一般磷肥生产需要。浮选精矿用磷酸作粘合剂在圆盘造粒机中造粒,用量为3.21%时造粒的抗压强度为773g/粒。细粒物料用磷酸1.62%,抗压强度达2396g/粒,造粒效果较好。建议该浮选精矿分级,粗粒外销,细粒造球以减少运输中的损失。  相似文献

河南某雄黄矿矿石用食用油作捕收剂,浮选精矿获得含砷63.88%,回收率81.17%的较好指标。由于雄黄矿物的可浮性好,所以捕收剂的用量低,仅为25g/t。该雄黄矿石性脆易泥化,需要四次精选才能得到合格的砷精矿。而雌黄矿物的可浮性差,浮选时大部分残留在尾矿中,砷的损失较大,因而雌黄矿物的回收有待进一步研究。  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
