为评估芦荟和白芷的乙醇提取物联合应用在抗氧化和美白方面的协同增效作用,采用乙醇浸提法从芦荟和白芷中提取分离功效成分,应用DPPH和ABTS方法评估其抗氧化活性,酪氨酸酶活性抑制实验评估其美白活性。结果表明,芦荟和白芷提取物联合应用比单独应用具有更强的抗氧化、清除DPPH自由基和抑制酪氨酸酶活性。芦荟和白芷提取物联合应用在抗氧化和美白方面具有协同增效作用。  相似文献

通过提取得到了芦荟、三七茎叶及制何首乌的纯化物,并研究了三种植物提取物对酪氨酸的抑制作用、防晒及保湿功效。实验结果表明,三七茎叶纯化物浓度为0.6 mg/mL,采用紫外分光光度法所得的抑制率最大为88.1%;分段和整体法比较所得的防晒功效最好的物质为芦荟;通过检测三种植物提取物在一定时间内的失水量比较所得制何首乌纯化物的保湿效果最好,失水率为92.6%。总的来讲,具有美白、防晒、保湿三重功效较好的物质是三七茎叶。  相似文献

Similar to those in complementary nucleotides' base pairs, we present a novel molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for emodin, constructed using a multiple hydrogen bonds strategy. We obtained the sensor by in situ photopolymerization, using allobarbital as a new functional monomer. We optimized the conditions of membrane imprinting and the composition of adsorption solvent. This artificial receptor exhibits high selectivity for the template in comparison with closely related analogs, aloin A and simetryne. The sensor was successfully applied in determination of emodin levels in one of the traditional Chinese medicines, the content of emodin in Sanhuang tablets detected using the voltammetric sensor and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were 0.249 ± 0.009 (mg/tablet) and 0.246 ± 0.007 (mg/tablet), respectively. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. As a class of difurancoumarin compounds with similar structures, aflatoxins (AF) are commonly found in the environment, soil, and food crops. AF pose a serious threat to the health of humans, poultry, and livestock. This study aimed to investigate the neuroprotective effect and detailed mechanism of aloin on hepatic injury induced by subchronic AFB1 in rats. The result showed that aloin could significantly inhibit the decrease in food intake, body weight growth, immune organ index, and serum albumin content caused by long-term AFB1 exposure. Meanwhile, aloin reduced the level of serum liver function and improved renal swelling and pathological changes of liver tissue. Aloin could also inhibit liver lipid peroxidation and improve liver antioxidant capacity. Further investigation revealed that aloin inhibited the activity and expression of hepatic CYP1A2 and CYP3A4 and down-regulated IL-1β expression in subchronic AFB1-induced liver injury rats. The above study demonstrated that aloin played an important role in blocking or delaying the development process of subchronic AFB1-induced hepatotoxicity. Therefore, aloin is considered to have a potential role as a protective agent against AFB1.  相似文献

Chitosan-alginate (CA) and chitosan-xanthan (CX) membranes containing aloin were developed for use as wound dressings. The effects of aloin-to-biopolymer ratio on membranes morphology, aspect, liquid uptake, mass loss, mechanical properties, thermal behavior, aloin incorporation efficiency, and release kinetics were analyzed. CA membranes showed higher stability in liquid media and greater elongation at break. CX membranes had more homogeneous microstructure and slightly higher tensile strength. The opacity and color intensity of both formulations increased with aloin incorporation. Maximum aloin incorporation efficiencies were 56.0% and 79.5% in CA and CX membranes, respectively, and slower aloin release was observed for CA membranes.  相似文献

Metastasis is one of the main obstacles for the treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. In this study, the effects and possible mechanisms of aloe emodin (AE) and emodin (EMD) for inhibiting breast cancer metastasis were investigated via cell metabolomics. First, a co-culture model of MCF-7 and HUVEC cells was established and compared with a traditional single culture of MCF-7 cells. The results showed that HUVEC cells could promote the development of cancer cells to a malignant phenotype. Moreover, AE and EMD could inhibit adhesion, invasion, and angiogenesis and induce anoikis of MCF-7 cells in co-culture model. Then, the potential mechanisms behind AE and EMD inhibition of MCF-7 cell metastasis were explored using a metabolomics method based on UPLC-Q-TOF/MS multivariate statistical analysis. Consequently, 27 and 13 biomarkers were identified in AE and EMD groups, respectively, including polyamine metabolism, methionine cycle, TCA cycle, glutathione metabolism, purine metabolism, and aspartate synthesis. The typical metabolites were quantitatively analyzed, and the results showed that the inhibitory effect of AE was significantly better than EMD. All results confirmed that AE and EMD could inhibit metastasis of breast cancer cells through different pathways. Our study provides an overall view of the underlying mechanisms of AE and EMD against breast cancer metastasis.  相似文献

本文对云南省元江县引种的产于云南元江河谷的野生中国芦荟 (简称元江芦荟 )及库拉索芦荟进行了比较研究。研究结果表明 ,二种芦荟的主要化学成份基本一致 ,分布部位也相同。均含有芦荟中具有生理活性的特征化合物、氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等成份 ,但是某些成份的含量有差异。元江芦荟是一种具有发展潜力的芦荟品种。目前这方面的研究未见报导  相似文献

建立了火焰原子吸收光谱法测定芦荟中钙、镁含量的方法。该方法的检出限量:钙为0-3μg/g,镁为0-02 μg/g;平均加标回收率:钙为99-1% ,镁为99-7 % ;相对标准偏差:钙为0-66% ,镁为0-52% 。本方法已用于芦荟鲜叶及芦荟制品中钙、镁含量的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献
