A real-time augmented reality (AR) user interface for nanoscale interaction and manipulation applications using an atomic force microscope (AFM) is presented. Nanoscale three-dimensional (3-D) topography and force information sensed by an AFM probe are fed back to a user through a simulated AR system. The sample surface is modeled with a B-spline-based geometry model, upon which a collision detection algorithm determines whether and how the spherical AFM tip penetrates the surface. Based on these results, the induced surface deformations are simulated using continuum micro/nanoforce and Maugis-Dugdale elastic contact mechanics models, and 3-D decoupled force feedback information is obtained in real time. The simulated information is then blended in real time with the force measurements of the AFM in an AR human machine interface, comprising a computer graphics environment and a haptic interface. Accuracy, usability, and reliability of the proposed AR user interface is tested by experiments for three tasks: positioning the AFM probe tip close to a surface, just in contact with a surface, or below a surface by elastically indenting. Results of these tests showed the performance of the proposed user interface. This user interface would be critical for many nanorobotic applications in biotechnology, nanodevice prototyping, and nanotechnology education.  相似文献

Currently, new types of information are available to applications. This incoming stream of data can be processed to improve user experience. User experience can be enhanced to present contents to users in a better manner, or to provide software artefacts to improve their interaction with the environment. The wide range of interaction design capabilities offered by this data requires methods and run-time architectures able to cope with the integration of the incoming data from the interaction environment into the applications. Human-centred computing takes into account what the state of user interaction is and how this data can be used to actually make it useful. A multi-agent system architecture is described. This architecture is able to tackle the arrival of context data by means of a set of sensors and interface agents that filter and process the context-of-use data to produce new presentations. The context of use provides information about the user, the platform, the physical environment and the current task the user is performing. These new presentations produced are adapted according to the context-of-use information gathered by applying a mixed-initiative approach to overcome some of the usual flaws found in full-adaptive applications.  相似文献

目的 随着智能家居产品的普及应用,老年用户在使用智能家居产品过程中存在着许多障碍.语音交互作为智能家居产品的主要交互方式之一,研究适老化智能家居产品语音用户界面的设计策略,以提升老年用户操作智能家居产品的使用体验.方法 基于情境理论研究,提出4种老年用户智能家居情境类型,包括用户情境、任务情境、时间情境、环境情境,深入分析老年用户智能家居情境特征,并提出具体的智能家居产品语音用户界面设计策略.针对用户情境特征提出了语音用户界面的多通道交互设计,构建情感化、人格化的语音用户界面,构建上下文记忆辅助对话过程的设计策略.针对老年用户的任务、时间、环境情境提出了主动交互式语音用户界面设计、提供连续的行为服务体验等设计策略.结论 研究结果为智能家居产品语音用户界面的设计开发提供了方法和策略参考,为老年用户提供了更加自然、舒适的智能家居产品使用体验.  相似文献

目的 基于真实世界隐喻,研究虚拟现实用户界面范式,并指导应用实践。方法 通过整理虚拟现实和用户界面的相关文献资料,以基于真实世界的交互(RBI框架)作为指导,引出真实世界隐喻4个方面的要素,对比WIMP范式各个基础元件所承载的作用,研究虚拟现实用户界面范式。结论 提出了虚拟现实用户界面SOMM范式,分析了SOMM范式每一个要素,描述了用户在虚拟现实中的三维交互过程,并应用于工业机器人VR岗位实训系统用户界面当中,验证了SOMM范式的可行性。SOMM范式能让用户在虚拟现实环境中执行自然人机交互,减少了用户认知转换负荷,为其他研究者和设计师提供了指导和思路。  相似文献

目的针对数字化产品展示应用情境,探讨了产品信息架构设计策略。方法基于用户体验的理论,从用户认知和产品信息组织两个对应的视角展开研究。从用户认知的角度,通过调查法归纳出了产品的各项属性信息的受关注程度,并建立权重模型。从数字化展示的角度,分析了不同类别的产品信息在虚拟互动情境中的传达效应,总结出以视觉属性、社交属性等为核心的用户体验设计策略。探讨了产品信息优化组织的方法,通过视觉设计和交互设计体现出以人为本的虚拟展示设计理念。结论在数字化产品展示情境下,用户的体验是以信息认知为核心的,产品信息的架构设计应基于用户认知心理模型构建,对视觉设计和交互设计的具体策略也进行了深入探讨。  相似文献

目的 以从视觉设计层面更好地引导用户理解信息层级关系,提升决策效率为目标,构建适用于决策支持系统交互界面信息设计中的视觉显著性权重评价指标体系.方法 首先,基于决策行为和视觉认知等理论对决策支持系统交互界面的视觉显著性客观影响维度进行分析并提出评估框架;其次,采用层次分析法和专家评价法对其进行权重赋值评估,建立决策支持系统交互界面视觉显著性的评价方法并应用于某军装备管理态势监控界面设计.结果 推理得到了显著性指标评估计算公式,并通过对某军装备管理态势监控界面进行实际计算和主观评价验证,验证了提出的视觉显著性指数评估方法的有效性.结论 决策支持系统交互界面信息设计中的视觉显著性评价指标和评价方法研究,为优化、提升决策支持系统交互界面设计提供了新的理论方法和设计思路.  相似文献

目的深入理解用户行为,挖掘用户需求,探究加强消防头盔安全性与高效性的设计方法。方法以消防头盔为设计研究对象,从使用者、产品及使用环境三者所构成的情境动态关系出发。首先通过信息获取,得出情境系统中有关问题情境的相关情境要素信息,接着在求解情境的对象操作层面,结合问题情境相关情境要素信息归纳使用者行为的关键性问题需求,最后在结果情境的目标状态层面对设计对象进行功能域、物理域及交互域的相关设计需求描述,并构建产品情境模型。结论将该模型运用于消防头盔方案设计中,并通过与以往方案的功能对比验证,表明了该方法的实用性及有效性。  相似文献

Conventional computer aided design (CAD) systems have not provided enough support for conceptual design partly due to the lack of natural and intuitive human-computer interaction. Currently emerging virtual reality (VR) based techniques offer new ways to overcome these obstacles. In this paper, new CAD user interfaces including two-handed operation, haptic interaction, stereoscopic display and auditory feedback are investigated. The contribution of this work is to develop a new direct, natural and intuitive interaction paradigm required to support conceptual design. This paradigm enables designers to take fuller advantage of their visual, auditory and tactile sensorial channels to create, view, touch, hold, manipulate and listen to computer-generated virtual models. This is done more easily and freely in a more realistic three-dimensional (3D) environment through convenient interface device operation. A new conceptual design system called the LUCID system that fully integrates and implements these VR-based innovative interfaces into one design application is presented. As an approach to the next generation of human-computer interfaces for use in the design activity, the LUCID system has shown particular human computer interface benefits to designers during conceptual design based on the outcome from the user evaluation test.  相似文献

目的通过优化智能交互产品的服务设计,消除或减弱由信息过载现象引起的使用效率低,用户情绪焦虑的现象。方法分析智能交互产品的服务设计目标、实现途径以及信息过载现象,对智能交互产品的用户、服务流程和服务接触点进行研究,提出基于任务的智能交互产品优化过程,并通过智能冰箱服务设计优化的例子进行阐释。结果研究得出的具体优化方法是以任务模式为主脉络,在树形服务设计蓝图的基础上,针对任务进行信息优化,绘制各任务专用的独立服务设计蓝图,设计任务模式下的产品交互界面。结论智能交互产品界面的信息得到优化能够提高用户完成具体任务的效率,提供轻松的使用体验。  相似文献

针对传统家具定制设计的不足,提出利用3DS MAX开发沙发定制设计系统.通过范例,使用3DS MAX在场景中创建模型,并用MAX Script编写用户界面,使用户通过界面控件对场景中的模型进行操作,实现了客户对沙发的款式、颜色和材质定制,并为其添加了空间、配套茶几,最后通过播放动画浏览定制效果.研究结果充分表明将3DS MAX及MAX Script应用于沙发定制设计系统的可行性,为家具定制设计系统的开发提供了新的工具.  相似文献

Numerical results can be conveyed effectively to any one using an object-oriented framework. Therefore, it becomes essential to couple the object-oriented approach with numerical analysis. A simple object-oriented methodology for creating a graphical user interface (GUI) as a framework is presented. This work tries to fill a gap between scientific computer code written in a noninteractive way and interactive programming in materials processing. The GUI interface framework has been created in such a way that at any point of time one need not create a new GUI framework. The user only needs to create the process object and attach it to the framework. Two examples have been presented involving interactive finite volume-based gas carburizing and interactive finite difference-based Acheson process (used for the production of silicon carbide).  相似文献

The personalized news recommendation has been very popular in the news recommendation field. In most research, the picture information in the news is ignored, but the information conveyed to the users through pictures is more intuitive and more likely to affect the users’ reading interests than the one in the textual form. Therefore, in this paper, a model that combines images and texts in the news is proposed. In this model, the new tags are extracted from the images and texts in the news, and based on these new tags, an adaptive tag (AT) algorithm is proposed. The AT algorithm selects the tags the user is interested in based on the user feedback. In particular, the AT algorithm can predict tags that a user may be interested in with the help of the tag correlation graph without any user feedback. The proposed AT algorithm is verified by experiments. The experimental results verified the AT algorithm regarding three evaluation indexes F1-score (F1), area under curve (AUC) and mean reciprocal rank (MRR). The recommended effect of the proposed algorithm is found to be better than those of the various baseline algorithms on real-world datasets.  相似文献

Most of the questions from users lack the context needed to thoroughly understand the problem at hand, thus making the questions impossible to answer. Semantic Similarity Estimation is based on relating user’s questions to the context from previous Conversational Search Systems (CSS) to provide answers without requesting the user's context. It imposes constraints on the time needed to produce an answer for the user. The proposed model enables the use of contextual data associated with previous Conversational Searches (CS). While receiving a question in a new conversational search, the model determines the question that refers to more past CS. The model then infers past contextual data related to the given question and predicts an answer based on the context inferred without engaging in multi-turn interactions or requesting additional data from the user for context. This model shows the ability to use the limited information in user queries for best context inferences based on Closed-Domain-based CS and Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers for textual representations.  相似文献

目的 为了优化现有信息终端界面设计,提升老年用户的体验。方法 首先运用基本用例对信息终端的任务过程进行描述;接着以老年人自身需求为出发点,从结构、任务、认知3个层面构建老年人信息终端界面布局评价体系;其次通过设计调研制作出实验样本,邀请老年人进行界面布局评价实验;然后根据评价实验结果,采用熵权法对评价体系中每个评价指标进行权重分配;最后结合灰色关联分析法将实验结果转化为灰色关联度,通过比较灰色关联度的大小,从而确定最优方案。以银行ATM机作为研究案例,结果表明所提出的方法具有较高适用性。结论 通过基于熵权法和灰色关联分析法的信息终端界面布局评价模型,可以量化老年人的用户偏好,有效地对老年人信息终端界面布局进行评价,对界面布局优化有一定指导意义。  相似文献

This paper discusses the development of a software tool for design of composite bolted joints, using three-dimensional finite element analysis. The tool allows the user to create the joint geometry through a menu-driven interface and then generate a customised mesh according to the user's needs. Contact parameters are defined automatically, which shields the user from the most difficult part of the process. Boundary conditions, bolt pre-loads, and material properties can also be set. Only a few manual steps are necessary to complete the finite element code generation process. By automating the time-consuming model creation process, the tool facilitates the increased use of three-dimensional finite element analysis in the design of composite bolted joints. A case study is shown to demonstrate the usefulness of the tool.  相似文献
