The association between miRNA and disease has attracted more and more attention. Until now, existing methodsfor identifying miRNA related disease mainly rely on top-ranked association model, which may not provide a full landscapeof association between miRNA and disease. Hence there is strong need of new computational method to identify theassociations from miRNA group view. In this paper, we proposed a framework, MDA-TOEPGA, to identify miRNAdisease association based on two-objective evolutionary programming genetic algorithm, which identifies latent miRNAdisease associations from the view of functional module. To understand the miRNA functional module in diseases, thecase study is presented. We have been compared MDA-TOEPGA with several state-of-the-art functional modulealgorithm. Experimental results showed that our method cannot only outperform classical algorithms, such as K-means,IK-means, MCODE, HC-PIN, and ClusterONE, but can also achieve an ideal overall performance in terms of acomposite score consisting of f1, Sensitivity, and Accuracy. Altogether, our study showed that MDA-TOEPGA is apromising method to investigate miRNA-disease association from the landscapes of functional module. 相似文献

提出一种基于最优匹配的三维计算机辅助设计模型相似性评价算法.根据三维计算机辅助设计模型的边界表示,将相比较的两个计算机辅助设计模型拆分成面,并分别对面进行分类.将两模型中同种类型的面两两匹配,运用相应的准则计算出每对面的相似性系数δij,从而使同种类型的面形成了一个二分图.利用图论中二分图的最优匹配算法,计算出两个模型同类型面中各面的最优匹配方案,并计算出加权最优匹配值,最后将各种类型面的最优匹配值相加得到模型的相似系数,以此作为评价模型相似性的依据.为恰当地评价两个类型相同面的相似性,给出了能够综合反映面几何特征和拓扑特征的评价准则.试验表明本方法能够客观地反映两计算机辅助设计模型的相似程度,并较好地反映人视觉上的相似经验. 相似文献

Network topology has a critical effect on its reliability. Due to the complexity of networks, how to design a more reliable network topology is one of the fascinating and significant challenges. In this paper, inspired by the multi-scale model of biological systems which range from gene to individual cells, and up to the individual organism, we provide a novel method to design a reliable topology of large-scale networks. By means of fractal theory and its application in complex networks, a network topology can be described as consisting of the superposition of basic units, called fractal-cells, which are made up of several components and their connections. Based on this fractal-cell structure, we find that a fractal-cell network has structural similarity with its primitive structure, and then develop a method to build a reliable topology which is generated from a primitive ring structure. Numerical simulation compared with the existing methods and performing on real networks show that our proposed method is effective. 相似文献

The path selection of active objects in the coal mine tunnel has a strong spatial–temporal correlativity. By analyzing the path choices and reasonably selecting relevance among the WSNs nodes in the coal mine tunnel, it is good to reducing the network energy consumption and improving the efficiency of the network monitoring. This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the coal mine tunnel based on the minimum error Bayesian decision method and the minimum risk Bayesian decision method. According to the probability of moving objects (to the miners, for example) on the choice between tunnels and crossways, we propose the prediction method of path choose based on Bayesian decision, associated Nodes in tunnel and branch. Experiment validation shows that the Bayesian decision method can effectively link nodes. 相似文献

为了解决新产品开发策划中将目标新产品概念模型中的结构化功能技术特性快速转化成新产品初始结构配置的问题,建立了多维关联约束的零部件资源库模型,针对分解后的新产品功能技术特性要求,根据零部件灰相似关系从零部件库查找出对应匹配或近似匹配的候选实例,按照零部件对产品总体功能技术作用的重要度排序,通过多维关联约束驱动和迭代匹配,逐步形成各零部件的总体候选方案,并根据综合匹配度确定最终匹配方案及其待改型设计和新设计的零部件。最后,通过一个实例对所提出的方法进行了验证。 相似文献

Engineering design focuses on the development of products and artefacts to satisfy the specified function. Although considerable advances have been made over the last two decades in functional modelling, there is not very much progress on commercial Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems that really aid the designer in converting functional specifications to concept variants. Based on our previous work on Behaviour-driven Function-Environment-Structure (B-FES) modelling framework, this paper presents a functional design software system, called "FuncDesigner", to support the functional design of mechanical products through functional reasoning steps, including causal behavioural reasoning and functional decomposition. A function object library and a behaviour object library have been developed as well to serve as the knowledge base for the computerised functional modelling environment. The proposed functional design software system has been evaluated with a design example of a terminal insertion unit in an automatic assembly system for manufacturing electronic connectors. 相似文献

目的:分析尘肺患者早期血清特异性miRNA水平变化特征,为尘肺筛查提供依据。方法:选取我院2014年7月至2018年3月收治的160例尘肺患者进行研究,按病程分为I期组与II期组,另选取80例健康体检者作为对照组,采用TaqMan低密度芯片及实时荧光定量-聚合酶链反应技术筛查三组研究对象miRNA表达水平,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 :方差分析提示miR-21、miR-200c、miR-16、miR-204、miR-206、miR-29a及miR-155表达水平比较差异有统计学意义,组间比较发现I期组及II期组miR-21、miR-200c、miR-16、miR-206、miR-29a及miR-155表达水平均高于对照组,而miR-204表达水平低于对照组,其中I期组miR-21表达水平低于II期组,而miR-204表达水平高于II期组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析发现,miR-21与病程进展正相关(rs=0.682),miR-204与病程进展负相关(rs=-0.713),相关关系均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 :miR-200c、miR-16、miR-21、miR-206、miR-204、miR-29a及miR-155等miRNA在尘肺患者血清中表达水平异常,其中miR-21与miR-204在不同病程时表达水平差异较大,可为尘肺患者早期筛查提供新的思路。 相似文献

旋转机械系统的复杂性,使得其特征参量具有较强的非线性和耦合性,对其进行有效特征提取存在困难。为了提取旋转机械系统耦合故障的特征信息,建立其状态特征信息拓扑空间,并构建旋转机械系统拓扑动力系统模型,基于系统的拓扑传递特性,提出了新的旋转机械系统特征提取的信息空间变换方法。通过跟踪系统特征信息的变换及传递过程,实现对系统特征信息的提取,从一个新的角度为分析旋转机械系统工作特性奠定基础。最后将该方法应用到含油膜力的裂纹故障、碰摩故障及裂纹碰摩耦合故障的旋转机械系统信息特征提取中,并通过仿真实验验证了理论方法的可行性。 相似文献

扩展事件-条件-活动规则法利用实例相似的概念,通过相邻算法在事件-条件-活动库中检索相似实例,来辅助处理不可预测的流程异常,但实例属性的加权系数难以准确确定,因而存在实施困难.为此,本文提出共轭相似度的概念及计算公式,借助相似度阈值和实例属性优先级,分两次检索相似实例,从而克服了加权系数的困难,简化了相似度计算、实例检索和判断过程,提高了系统处理不可预测异常的能力,提高了扩展事件-条件-活动法的有效性. 相似文献

Finding a basis of unification for the modeling of mechatronic systems is the search subject of several works.This paper is a part of a general research designed to the application of topology as a new approach for the modeling of mechatronic systems.Particularly,the modeling of a one stage spur gear transmission using a topological approach is tackled.This approach is based on the concepts of topological collections and transformations and implemented using the MGS(modeling of general systems)language.The topological collections are used to specify the interconnection laws of the one stage spur gear transmission and the transformations are used to specify the local behavior laws of its different components.In order to validate this approach,simulation results are presented and compared with those obtained with MODELICA language using Dymola solver.Since good results are achieved,this approach might be used as a basis of unification for the modeling of mechatronic systems. 相似文献

This paper presents a graph and matrix representation scheme for the functional design of mechanical products, which provides a good basis to generate an explicit and comprehensive functional model used for functional reasoning. Three key features of the scheme are (1) The representation of the causal way behaviors are interconnected; (2) The representation of two types of functional relations: decomposed into and supported by; and (3) Support for diverse functional reasoning paths: three alternative B-FES/e paths are currently available. The scheme can guide functional design of mechanical products through functional reasoning steps including functional supportive synthesis, causal behavioral reasoning and functional decomposition. The developed functional model and its representation applied in a knowledge-based design environment can speed up the functional design process by automating functional reasoning steps.
