简要介绍了我们实验室中进行的电化学阻抗频谱(EIS)与孔蚀诱导期中电化学噪声(EN)的谱功率密度(SPD)的研究进展。通过引入定态过程稳定性条件,导出了具有2和3个时间常数EIS的法拉第导纳公式,将它们应用于EIS数据分析的工作也正在进行中;发展了混合电位下的EIS理论并成功地应用于界面型缓蚀剂研究。证明了孔蚀诱导期中EN的SPD的特征是:极低频率下为“白噪声”,在较高频率下则转变为f~n噪声,n的数值在2至4之间。导出了相应的理论公式。  相似文献

采用Stacking集成策略,融合卷积神经网络(CNN)和随机森林(RF)法提出一种故障诊断方法CNN-RF。该方法不仅能准确提取数据集中的数据特征,而且针对数据集中故障数据数量不足的问题能提供平衡数据集误差的有效方法,以提高诊断的准确性。分别采用单独模型和集成后的模型对采集到的嵌入式数控系统实时运行数据进行分析处理。结果表明:利用CNN-RF模型进行嵌入式数控系统故障诊断的准确度较高,验证了该模型的正确性。  相似文献

The effect of hydrostatic pressure on the nature of passive film of nickel in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated by means of polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and Mott–Schottky measurement. The experimental results revealed that hydrostatic pressure had two opposite effects on passive film of nickel. On one hand, hydrostatic pressure improved the corrosion resistance of passive film of nickel such as the decreased acceptor density. On the other hand, the passive film became unstable and showed a higher diffusivity of acceptor density with the increasing of hydrostatic pressure, which deteriorated the corrosion resistance of passive film of nickel. The deterioration effect had greater influence on the passive film than the improvement effect, which led to the decreasing corrosion resistance of passive film with the increasing of hydrostatic pressure.  相似文献

全自动收花机是针对家庭作坊用户市场专门设计的新型电脑横机机型。该机编织原理与手摇横机类似,但可实现全自动编织,减少人工成本。因而,它是一个机电一体化的创新产品,涉及到机械设计、计算机技术、电子驱动、自动控制、针织工艺等诸多领域。以嵌入式全自动收花机控制系统为主要研究内容,研究其基本的编织工艺及其机床主要功能部件。在此基础上,提出一种采用嵌入式技术和数字控制的多CPU协同工作的控制系统,详细描述其系统架构、硬件设计和软件功能的实现方法。实际使用表明:该控制系统设计合理、可靠、稳定,具有较强的市场竞争力。  相似文献

The electrochemical and transport properties and thermal stability of epoxy coatings electrodeposited on aluminium and modified aluminium surfaces (anodized, phosphatized and chromatized-phosphatized aluminium) have been investigated during exposure to 3% NaCl solution. From the results obtained from electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), gravimetric liquid sorption experiment and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) it can be concluded that electrochemical and transport properties of epoxy coatings on anodized and chromatized-phosphatized aluminium are significantly improved with respect to the same epoxy coatings on aluminium and phosphatized aluminium: higher values of pore resistance and charge-transfer resistance and lower values of coating capacitance and double-layer capacitance, from EIS; smaller values of diffusion coefficient of water through epoxy coating, from sorption measurements and smaller amount of absorbed water inside the coating, from TGA. On the other hand, the somewhat lower thermal stability of these coatings was obtained.  相似文献

Electrolytes composed of sulphuric acid and corrosion inhibitors (molybdate or permanganate species) were proposed in order to replace chromic acid for the anodising of 2024 aluminium alloy. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method was used to visualise the correlation between the corrosion performance in NaCl and the morphology of these new anodic layers. From an appropriate equivalent circuit, EIS parameters concerning the porous and barrier layers were detected. Their evolution during corrosion tests was discussed. The results indicate that the morphology and the corrosion resistance of anodic films formed in acid sulphuric with molybdate species remain unchanged. On the contrary, morphological properties of anodic films formed in presence of permanganate species are modified, favouring their corrosion performance. A new surface modification protocol encompassing an anodization treatment has been developed to improve the surface properties of biomedical titanium. Anodization in presence of nickel sulfate is one of a good way to improve the resistance of commercial pure titanium (cp‐Ti) in phosphate saline buffer solution (PSB). The potentiostatic behavior of anodized titanium in sulfuric acid with nickel sulfate differed markedly from that of titanium anodized in sulfuric acid free from nickel sulfate. Polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) recorded an increase in the corrosion resistance of the passive film. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy diffraction X‐ray (EDX) analysis were used to investigate the morphology and structure of the anodized film in absence and in presence of nickel sulfate. On the other hand, sealed anodized titanium samples exposed to PSB for up to 3 days have been studied by EIS to obtain detailed information concerning the electrochemical properties of sealed anodized titanium. An equivalent circuit that reproduces the impedance results of porous cp‐Ti oxide (TiO2) films is proposed. These observations indicate that anodization of cp‐Ti in presence of nickel sulfate and sealing the anodized film can serve as a simple low‐temperature method to enhance the corrosion resistance of cp‐Ti when used as an implant material.  相似文献

用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术研究了添加不同质量 百分比浓度的纳米锌粉环氧涂层的腐蚀电化学行为,并与环氧清漆(不含颜料)涂层的腐蚀电化学行为进行对比.结果表明,添加不同质量百分比浓度纳米锌粉环氧涂层与环氧清漆涂层具有不同的电化学阻抗谱特征.纳米锌粉的添加量对涂层的防护性能有显著影响,添加不同质量百分比浓度纳米锌粉环氧涂层防腐蚀性能的优劣顺序为:环氧清漆涂层>20mass%>10mass%>2mass%纳米锌环氧涂层.添加纳米锌粉对环氧涂层的防护性能有2方面的影响:一方面使涂层中的微观缺陷大大增多,涂层的防护性能降低;另一方面,由于锌粉的腐蚀产物可将涂层中部分缺陷堵塞,从而对涂层的防护性能有提高作用.由于在所研究的质量百分比浓度范围内(2mass%~20mass%),前者起了主导作用,所以综合作用的结果是使涂层的防护性能变差.  s.  相似文献
