布料模式决定了料床的空隙度,而料床的空隙度分布决定了煤气流的第二次分布.通过建立二维的COREX-3000气化炉煤气流动的数学模型,以Fluent软件为载体,采用多孔介质模型描述了单环布料、多环布料两种不同布料模式下的料床内的煤气流动状况,获得了气化炉内煤气的速度场和压力场.结果表明:因布料过程在料面上发生的炉料粒度偏析造成的空隙度分布对煤气流分布的影响很大.在单环布料时,炉料堆尖处煤气流速很低,随着布料档位外移,气化炉整体压差呈现先增加后减小的趋势,拐点出现在3.0 m布料档位,可见炉料布料方式对煤气流有再分配的作用,较为适宜的布料档位为2.5~3.5 m,不宜低于2.0 m和超过4.0 m的档位.通过模拟计算获得的非均匀床层中气体流动规律的认识对COREX气化炉工艺有借鉴意义. 相似文献

COREX流程主要使用块煤作为燃料,但仍需要加入一定比例的焦炭来支撑熔融气化炉内炉料,保证炉况顺行.块煤裂解形成的半焦和焦炭在熔融气化炉内的劣化程度对煤气流的透气性、渣铁的透气透液性和炉缸热量的分布等影响较大.利用风口取样技术取出风口焦试样,进行粒度分布研究、显微结构分析、透气性指数计算和热态性能测定,发现风口焦试样中大于10mm的较大颗粒多为入炉焦炭劣化所致,小于10mm的小颗粒多为块煤裂解所致;认为块煤挥发分热解后的产物会加剧焦炭的溶损反应,且块煤裂解半焦的反应后强度不及入炉焦炭,半焦在炉内的劣化是影响渣铁透气透液性的主要因素;最后结合对试验结果的分析,给出了降低COREX流程能耗的一些措施. 相似文献

宝钢2#COREX投产后各技术经济指标持续改善,竖炉金属化率稳定在85%以上,冷煤气中H2含量比1#COREX高出2个百分点,但竖炉炉顶煤气中H2含量相差很小。基于COREX工艺过程中H2含量变化的理论解析,分析了氢元素的守恒、海绵铁金属化率、拱顶温度和竖炉还原对H2含量的影响。研究结果表明,冷煤气中H2含量的增加主要由竖炉海绵铁金属化率的提高所致,且随着竖炉金属化率的提高,气化炉运行更稳定,料柱温度升高,气化炉用氧分配趋向合理等冶炼特征发生改变。 相似文献

Coke oven gas (COG), as an environment-friendly source, is projected to be introduced into the COREX process to reduce solid fuel consumption. In this paper, a static model has been developed based on mass and heat balance, which can calculate characteristics of melter gasifier, such as the raceway adiabatic flame temperature (RAFT), volume and component of bosh gas. The results showed that compared with N2, the COG injection from tuyere is more effective on reducing the RAFT and improving the bosh gas volume. The quantity of COG injected is limited for the RAFT, and without other thermal compensation, the largest injection quantity is about 150 Nm3 t?1. The quantity of COG injection can be increased by preheating tuyere oxygen, adjustment of fuel structure and addition of tuyere oxygen. COG injection can promote the reduction and hearth permeability, decrease the RAFT and protect the tuyere, which is beneficial to COREX operation. 相似文献

Based on the discrete element method, a 2D slot model of COREX melter gasifier has been established. The solid flow pattern, velocity field and voidage distribution were analyzed by using the proposed model at a particle level. The results show that the solid flow pattern changes from linear mode to curving down on the both sides by means of joining tracer particles. Judging from the velocity field distribution, the solid flow can be divided into several different flow zones including dead zone, the plug flow zone and the channel flow zone. The influence of raceway in the vertical direction is limited to the region of 0. 18m from the hearth bottom level. The decrease of raceway size causes that the region of faster particles becomes small and the height of dead zone increases remarkably. The velocity distribution is asymmetric in the furnace which shows that there exits segregation phenomenon, and the voidage distribution also clarifies this phenomenon. The voidage is 0. 37 in the dead zone, while in the raceway the voidage is about 0. 65, and the voidage in the plug flow is between 0. 37 and 0. 65. 相似文献
