为了验证闭环控制增压式找性体磨擦传动机理的客观性,以带一送机为例,阐述了其结构设计思想;制作了基于该理论下的实验机;在不同反馈系数的情况下,进行了极限磨擦传动牵引力的测试,并与理论计算数值进行了比较。结果表明:当反馈系数Kf<0.51时,Symax随Kf和S1的增大按一定规律递增;当Kf=0.6和0.8时,传动装置不打滑。其结果验证了增压磨擦传动的有效性,表明理论研究所提出的极限牵引力数学模型是正确的。并对实验测试与理论计算的误差也作了分析。  相似文献

阐述了带式输送机驱动滚筒的摩擦传动原理,基于挠性体摩擦传动的欧拉公式提出增大摩擦牵引力的3种途径。从生物攀爬附着现象中得到启示,从仿生学角度出发,提出了改善滚筒包胶表面形貌的新思路。以树蛙、螽斯的足垫为原型,分析其微观结构形貌,运用相似工程学原理设计出一种具有六边形凸包的滚筒包胶结构,以求能够增大接触面的摩擦力,并用Pro/E软件建立了该结构的实体模型。  相似文献

为研究摩擦式提升机的摩擦传动特性,构建了摩擦式提升机多点接触动力学计算模型,分析了空载和重载工况下提升容器的速度与应力情况,并在提升主轴上选取测点对理论分析结果进行验证。结果表明,摩擦式提升机多点接触动力学计算模型为分析摩擦式提升机提升过程中部件的动应力历程,以及摩擦接触处钢丝绳的接触力、张力、滑动、接触等摩擦传动特征提供了一个有效的研究工具。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
