分析了汽车磁流变半主动悬架模型,为了抑制磁流变悬架的垂直振动,提高汽车乘坐舒适性,从提取汽车簧载质量的振动模式入手,建立了振动的特征模型,给出了在不同振动模式下寻求不同控制策略的方法,以此设计了多模态智能控制器,并用建立的汽车悬架振动仿真系统进行了脉冲输入和随机输入仿真实验.仿真结果表明,对汽车磁流变悬架的垂直振动进行多模态控制能有效提高汽车乘坐舒适性.  相似文献

目的针对在线汽车营销方式交互性、沉浸感差等问题,提升汽车网络化营销的交互体验性能。方法基于Unity3D平台,利用C#和My SQL数据库设计了汽车三维在线展示与虚拟试驾系统,采用显示层、应用层、数据层的三层体系结构,主要包含4个功能模块,分别为用户信息管理、汽车三维展示、虚拟试驾和试驾报告。依据SAEJ1100标准建立腿部空间测量模型,提出在虚拟试驾系统中腿部空间舒适性评价方法,并且基于实测数据构建虚拟试驾过程中的油耗预测模型。最终,建立较为真实的汽车试驾模型,同时确保试驾系统的流畅性和联机试驾的可操作性,实现系统的开发。实验验证系统的应用效果较好。结论汽车三维在线展示与虚拟试驾系统有效提高远程人机交互体验性能,为用户充分了解所选车型的特点和性能搭建了新型平台。  相似文献

The paper is based on the authors' experiences in devising and conducting continuing education courses on Designing for Quality for design, development and manufacturing engineers in a large automotive company. Participants in the courses brought forward a wide range of quality problems encountered in their day-to-day professional activities. Methods for classifying and defining these problems are developed as a prelude to examination of the product development process and its management to fulfil quality objectives. The technique of quality function deployment which has recently received wide publicity in automotive engineering is investigated in the context of established design theory. Conclusions are drawn relating to the practice of engineering design in industry and the need for the effective dissemination of the work of design researchers.  相似文献

目的研究汽车内饰设计要素与审美偏好之间的关系。方法以个体在审美体验中的视觉信息处理方式为理论基础,借鉴影响产品造型的审美偏好的3种维度,通过实验法,分析汽车内饰造型审美偏好程度与时尚感因素、复杂度因素和情感极性因素之间的关系。结果得到了各个因素对于汽车内饰审美偏好的影响系数,建立了内饰审美偏好的数学表达式。结论汽车内饰的审美偏好与复杂度因素关系较弱,主要是由情感极性因素和时尚感因素所决定的。  相似文献

This paper presents an indicator-based methodology to identify lead markets in the European automotive industry. The lead market approach tries to explain why certain countries are better positioned than others for developing and launching new products. While much research stresses the role of excellence in technology and interaction among users and producers, the lead market approach focuses on the role of demand characteristics. Based on the concept of innovation design, a lead market is defined as a country where customers prefer that design which subsequently becomes the globally dominant design. We use an indicator-based approach which has been successfully employed for individual products as well as for various industries in order to identify lead markets in the European automotive industry. Employing five lead market factors, our results show that the EU is by far no homogeneous market for automobiles and national markets differ considerably in their lead market potential. The German market is found to be most promising to serve as a lead market, while other European countries with a strong automotive tradition like France, Italy, the UK, and Sweden score lower. Our findings suggest that firms from the automotive industry should exploit this diversity of market characteristics within Europe when developing and launching new products.  相似文献

Short fiber reinforced composites have proven their substantial potential for automotive application and are state-of-art technology for volume production of non-structural vehicle components. Examples for these components are spread over the vehicle from frontend-reinforcement member made by GMT stamping to intake manifold made by injection moulded thermoplastics. Based on the high potential of advanced composites for both, structural lightweight design and material lightweight design, research and development focussing on innovative engineering solutions is an ongoing process within the automotive industry and related institutions. In this paper, different automotive components made out of advanced composites are presented and discussed with reference to their chances and risks for automotive realization. Furthermore, main restrictions and restraints for the use of advanced composites, e.g. load applications, damage tolerance and high volume production technologies, are explained. 目的简析汽车内饰造型的认知要素,探讨情感词语在汽车内饰造型评价中的可行性和必要性,并为内饰造型的评价提供辅助工具。方法以中文语境下的情感分类方式为基础,对常用情感词语进行词义定位。通过多级筛选的方法,分析情感词语的认知一致性,及其与内饰造型的关联度,获得情感类别词语相似度。结果综合数据统计分析和专家意见,构建了词义精准的内饰造型评价情感语义池。结论通过内饰造型评价的情感语义池,能够将用户认知外显化,提供科学和结构化的评价依据,对设计造型评价具有实践意义。  相似文献

The topological optimization of components to maximize crash energy absorption for a given volume is considered. The crash analysis is performed using a DYNA3D finite element analysis. The original solid elements are replaced by ones with holes, the hole size being characterized by a so-called density (measure of the reduced volume). A homogenization method is used to find elastic moduli as a function of this density. Simpler approximations were developed to find plastic moduli and yield stress as functions of density. Optimality criteria were derived from an optimization statement using densities as the design variables. A resizing algorithm was constructed so that the optimality criteria are approximately satisfied. A novel feature is the introduction of an objective function based on strain energies weighted at specified times. Each different choice of weighting factors leads to a different structure, allowing a range of design possibilities to be explored. The method was applied to an automotive body rear rail. The original design and a new design of equal volume with holes were compared for energy absorption.  相似文献
