3　我国汽车铝材开发应用中存在的主要问题为了参与国际汽车市场竞争 ,我国将努力实现引进轿车材料的国产化 ,其目标是 2 0 0 5年有色材料的国产化率达 95 %以上 ,汽车用铝量 (铝化率 )达1 2 5 kg (1 2 %)以上。我国铝矿产资源丰富 ,经过几十年的发展 ,已形成了一个完整的铝工业体系。目前原铝产量已达3 0 0万吨 /年 ,铝加工材生产能力已达 3 6 0万吨 /年以上 ,从产能 (产量 )、生产技术及产品供应等方面来看 ,无论现在及将来 ,完全能满足我国汽车工业发展的需要。但是在铝合金铸件和铝合金加工材的品种、质量上还有很大差距。3 .1　缺少统…

日本再生铝生产及消费结构

据日本再生铝合金协会(The japan A lum iniumA lloy R efiners A ssociation)公布的资料,2005年3月份日本再生铝及再生铝合金的产量比上年度同期上升1%,达到86966t,而发货量增加0.6%。达到86730t。生产与销售两旺。销往压铸工业的再生铝及再生铝合金占总销售量的50%强,与2004年同期相比,2005年3月份发往平轧铝板带行业的再生铝上升1.9%,而发往挤压行业的则下降14.3%(见下表):日本再生铝生产及消费结构@王祝堂

ICP-AES法测定铝及铝合金中7种杂质元素

采用铝基体匹配技术 ,用盐酸和硝酸溶解试样 ,ICP AES法直接测定铝及铝合金中Cu ,Fe ,Mg ,Mn ,Ni,Zn和Ti 7种杂质元素。对盐酸的浓度、铝基体的影响进行了讨论。当样品溶液中铝的含量为 2.5mg/mL时 ,其测定范围为 2 0～ 64 0 0μg/g。回收率为 95.0 %～ 10 6% ,相对标准偏差小于 2.2 %。     

万宁地区铝及铝合金不同距海点的大气腐蚀研究

研究了铝及铝合金在万宁近海大气不同距海点暴露 0 .5a ,1a ,2a的腐蚀行为 ,观察了锈层的形貌、相组成及锈层中合金元素的分布。试验结果表明距离海岸线越近 ,失重率越大 ,腐蚀速度越快 ,说明Clˉ对铝及铝合金有很强的腐蚀作用 ,能加速铝合金的腐蚀。同时在万宁海洋大气环境下 ,纯铝在暴露初期更易腐蚀 ,其腐蚀率是锻铝的 2倍 ,此后随着暴露时间的延长而减缓。     

从国内外标准体系的相关比较看修订GB/T6987-2001《铝及铝合金化学分析方法》标准的必要性

铝及铝合金化学分析方法标准是铝及铝合金行业的基础标准,它规定了铝及铝合金中大多数元素的测定方法。但是,国内外标准体系中对于铝及铝合金化学分析方法的规定则有很大不同,不仅元素种类、分析限有很多不同,其所用分析方法亦有很大差异,见表1。     

从国内外标准体系的相关比较看修订GB／TS987-2001《铝及铝合金化学分析方法》标准的必要性

国内外标准体系中有关铝及铝合金化学分析方法的简介 铝及铝合金化学分析方法标准是铝及铝合金行业的基础标准，它规定了铝及铝合金中大多数元素的测定方法。但是，国内外标准体系中对于铝及铝合金化学分析方法的规定则有很大不同，不仅元素种类、分析限有很多不同，其所用分析方法亦有很大差异，见表1。     

钼蓝光度法测定铝及铝合金中硅的含量

介绍了用钼蓝光度法测定铝及铝合金中硅含量的方法。铝合金样品用氢氧化钠分解,硝酸酸化。在弱酸性溶液中,加入钼酸铵,使硅酸根离子与钼酸根离子形成黄色络合物,在硫酸介质中用抗坏血酸还原成硅钼蓝,测定其吸光度。结果表明：该方法操作简单,测定铝及铝合金中硅的含量范围广（0.1%～12%）。方法的稳定性、重现性和准确性都良好,能满足铝及铝合金中硅含量的分析检测要求。
