Resins of complexes made from agarose-Ce4 (RCA-Ce) and chitosan-Ce4 (RCC-Ce) were prepared. Hydrolysis rates of methamidophos, omethoate and chlorpyrifos treated by RCA-Ce were 32.39%, 27.12% and 46.62%, respectively, those of chlorpyrifos and methamidophos in mung bean sprout juice 38.28% and 35.45%, and that of chlorpyrifos in tea extract 59.76%. Hydrolysis rates of protein in tea extract treated by RCA-Ce increased by 86.46%. RCC-Ce could be employed in the apple juice production. The contents of methamidophos and parathion-methyl in the juice treated by RCC-Ce decreased 58.76% and 71.92%. Furthermore, RCC-Ce was used to clarification for beer by the ways of a column. RCC-Ce could hydrolyze sensitive protein and increase contents of free amino acid in the beer. Therefore, the beer treated by RCC-Ce could stay oxidation and aging procedure due to some metal ions being absorbed by RCC-Ce. 相似文献

Preparation of Cordierite Ceramic Using Mixtures of Ce4+-Modified Amorphous Powder and Oxide Powders

The cordierite ceramic with a high strength and a low thermal expansion coefficient was prepared by using mixtures of Ce4 -modified cordierite amorphous powder and oxide powders of MgO, Al2O3 and SiO2 as starting materials. The transformation procedure of the powders was analyzed by XRD method and the surface morphology of ceramics was examined by SEM method. The flexural strength was measured in a mechanical property testing machine using the Three-Point-Bending sample. Experimental results show that the ceramic added with 10%(mass fraction) of Ce4 -modified amorphous powder is composed of α-cordierite and small amount of CeO2 particles, and has a porosity of 15%(volume fraction) and a flexural strength of 32.6 MPa when sintered at 1350 ℃ for 3 h. It is suggested that this low-cost process is suitable for preparing the components such as supports of vehicle exhaust converters and diesel particulate trappers. 相似文献

Ce(Ⅳ) nitrato complexes were adsorbed on two anion exchangers based on polyvinyl pyridine (PVP) and quaternized PVP incorporated into porous silica matrix. The effect of nitric acid concentration (0.5~6 mol·L-1) and temperature (278~318 K) on Ce(Ⅳ) sorption efficiency was investigated. Sorption increased with increasing nitric acid concentration, indicating that [Ce(NO3)6]2- complex is the main adsorbed Ce(Ⅳ) species. Oxidation of sorbents by adsorbed Ce(Ⅳ) species resulting in Ce(Ⅲ) release to the solution was observed. Pyridine based anion exchangers exhibited higher oxidation stability compared to the commercial strong base anion exchanger. Ce(Ⅳ) reduction was temperature dependent and obeyed pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics. Column separation of Ce(Ⅳ) from La(Ⅲ) and Y(Ⅲ) was carried out from 6 mol·L-1 nitric acid with PVP based anion exchanger. Reasonable Ce(Ⅳ) breakthrough capacity (0.7 mol·kg-1 PVP) was achieved. No remarkable decrease of capacity was observed within 3 consequent runs. In contrast, Ce(Ⅲ) leakage due to reduction decreased and breakthrough capacity slightly increased. This effect was more pronounced with increasing temperature. Regeneration with 0.1 mol·L-1 nitric acid was successful (recovery 100%±4%) and Ce solution of high purity (>99.97%) with respect to La and Y content was gained. 相似文献
