水泵轴套磨损机理分析和改进

水泵轴套在泵结构中的作用是为了避免泵轴在密封处的直接磨损,采用轴套直接与填料摩擦,起到既能密封又能不磨损轴的作用,同时还起到叶轮的轴向定位作用。１现状水泵轴套如图１所示,长度Ｌ的外圆柱面为轴向密封的支承部位,此处由于过早磨损,使密封失效提前。一般以调整对盘根的压紧度解决密封面泄漏问题,可随着对盘根的调整压紧,盘根填料对轴套及填料函的磨损加剧,阻力加大,能耗亦相应增加。２原因分析水泵轴套一般为ＨＴ２００材质,与其组成摩擦副的是浸油石棉。影响材料耐磨性能的因素如下：（１）材料：硬度、韧性、加工硬化的…

煤气管道水封切断装置，包括V型水封管、排污管、补水管、排水管、溢流管、密封排水罐、溢流控制机构；V型水封管连接于煤气管道中；排污管分别连通于V型水封管、密封排水罐，排污管管路中设有切断阀；补水管一端连通于V型水封管，其管路上设有给水阀；排水管一端连通于密封排水罐；溢流控制机构包括本体、控制阀、连接件、支撑滑杆、连杆及浮球；本体为腔体结构，分别与补水管、排水管、溢流管相连通；控制阀设置于补水管一端，连接件一端与控制阀旋接，另一端与连杆活动连接，浮球设置于本体腔体内，通过水位升降浮球上下运动，带动连杆及连接件传动设置补水管路中控制阀的开闭控制给水，使V型水封管中的水封水始终保持封堵煤气高度H1。     

一种新型轴套的分析

螺旋密封技术在卧式sh型水泵轴密封装置上的应用

离心式水泵的轴头动密封,通常采用油浸石墨石棉绳填料密封结构。它属于圆筒面密封,是一种相当古老的密封方式。虽然,在应用上具有结构简单,更换方便的优点,但是,使用一段时期后,它的致命弱点也暴露出来了。这主要是由于填料密封是一种接触密封结构,使密封对偶件产生直接摩擦,造成密封零件过度摩损损坏,从而引起日益严重的轴头泄漏。

水泵密封的改造与使用

随着企业对生产过程高连续性的要求越来越高及企业维修周期越来越长的要求。对生产装置的运行可靠性也就越来越高。而作为普通水泵的盘根密封系统存在的泄漏、使用寿命短、能耗大等问题就不能为企业所接受。水泵的密封系统所出现的泄漏已成为影响设备正常运转的最大问题之一。无填料密封或新型层状剪切式填料密封效果较好，在节能降耗、延长检修周期方面都有较显著的成效，而且无填料密封技术在我厂研究攻关多年，已积累了一定的经验。应用无填料密封技术改造后，预计主要产生的经济效益为节电效益；由于改造后密封良好，消除了泄漏。从而改善了现场环境；解决了泵两端轴承体内润滑油脂的溅水乳化问题。延长了轴承的使用寿命。降低了泵的维修次数；能够降低检修成本和维修工作量。     

机械密封在离心式水泵上的应用

中板厂环流水系统使用的主要设备是离心式水泵，采用的是350S和300S系列。离心式水泵的轴向密封效果不理想，经常漏水，并造成工作压力降低，对生产造成一定的影响。且漏出的工业水对周围环境的污染也较大。     

高压给水泵轴端密封的技术改进

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception. Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.
