XML作为网络数据交换的标准技术,广泛应用于计算机软件.目前存储数据的主流手段是关系数据库,因此XML文档与关系数据库之间必须进行转换.通过分析XML文档的层次结构,建立了XML文档树模型,并给出结点定义.依据XML的BNF规则给出了元素与属性的正规表达式和相对应的状态转换图,设计了识别元素和属性的词法分析程序用于解析XML文档.提出了XML文档树到关系数据库存储的转换思想和算法,并结合实例给出转换后的关系表. 相似文献

Content-oriented XML retrieval systems support access to XML repositories by retrieving, in response to user queries, XML
document components (XML elements) instead of whole documents. The retrieved XML elements should not only contain information
relevant to the query, but also provide the right level of granularity. In INEX, the INitiative for the Evaluation of XML
retrieval, a relevant element is defined to be at the right level of granularity if it is exhaustive and specific to the query. Specificity was specifically introduced to capture how focused an element is on the query (i.e., discusses
no other irrelevant topics). To score XML elements according to how exhaustive and specific they are given a query, the content
and logical structure of XML documents have been widely used. One source of evidence that has led to promising results with
respect to retrieval effectiveness is element length. This work aims at examining a new source of evidence deriving from the
semantic decomposition of XML documents. We consider that XML documents can be semantically decomposed through the application
of a topic segmentation algorithm. Using the semantic decomposition and the logical structure of XML documents, we propose
a new source of evidence, the number of topic shifts in an element, to reflect its relevance and more particularly its specificity. This paper has three research objectives.
Firstly, we investigate the characteristics of XML elements reflected by their number of topic shifts. Secondly, we compare
topic shifts to element length, by incorporating each of them as a feature in a retrieval setting and examining their effects
in estimating the relevance of XML elements given a query. Finally, we use the number of topic shifts as evidence for capturing

This paper proposes a reversible anonymisation scheme for XML messages that supports fine-grained enforcement of XACML-based privacy policies. Reversible anonymisation means that information in XML messages is anonymised, however the information required to reverse the anonymisation is cryptographically protected in the messages. The policy can control access down to octet ranges of individual elements or attributes in XML messages. The reversible anonymisation protocol effectively implements a multi-level privacy and security based approach, so that only authorised stakeholders can disclose confidential information up to the privacy or security level they are authorised for. The approach furthermore supports a shared secret based scheme, where stakeholders need to agree to disclose confidential information. Last, it supports time limited access to private or confidential information. This opens up for improved control of access to private or confidential information in XML messages used by a service oriented architecture. The solution provides horizontally scalable confidentiality protection for certain types of big data applications, like XML databases, secure logging and data retention repositories. 相似文献

XML与HTML相比在数据管理和格式化组织上具有更大的优越性,XQuery能够有效地查询和处理XMI文档。为了查询网上基于XML文档的图书信息,文章设计了一些统一格式的XML文档作为图书信息的数据源,利用XQuery技术,将XQuery查询程序嵌入实现格式控制的JAVA程序中,JAVA程序可以调用并运行XQuery查询程序,查询的结果保存到一个XML文件中,将查询得到的XML文档转换成需要的格式输出给用户。初步实验证明这种方法是可行的并具有较强的实用性,为实现网上基于XML文档的信息查询提供了技术基础。 相似文献

This paper proposes two enhancements to existing search services over the Web. One enhancement is the addition of limited dynamic search around results provided by regular Web search services, in order to correct part of the discrepancy between the actual Web and its static image as stored in search repositories. The second enhancement is an experimental two-phase paradigm that allows the user to distinguish between a domain query and a focused query within the dynamically identified domain. We present Fetuccino, an extension of the Mapuccino system that implements these two enhancements. Fetuccino provides an enhanced user-interface for visualization of search results, including advanced graph layout, display of structural information and support for standards (such as XML). While Fetuccino has been implemented on top of existing search services, its features could easily be integrated into any search engine for better performance. Keyword search is a user-friendly approach for users to retrieve information from XML data. Since an XML document can have a large size and contain a lot of information, an XML keyword search result should be a fragment of an XML document dynamically constructed at query time, which is achievable due to the structuredness of XML. Processing keyword searches on XML has several challenges, e.g., what are the elements in the XML document that are relevant to the query? How to generate the results efficiently and rank the results meaningfully? How to present the results to the user in a way such that the user can quickly find the desired information? In this survey, we review the papers in the literature that attempted to address these problems. We divide the existing approaches into several classes based on the problem they tackled, and perform a comprehensive analysis of these works. 相似文献

随着XML相关标准的推广与应用,Web上出现了大量的XML文档,为了进行有效的管理,有必要将XML文档存储到数据库中,存储方案已成为XML数据管理领域研究的一个重要课题,将XML文档映射为关系表,存储到传统的RDBMS中,会破坏XML数据的树形结构,造成查询效率的下降,提出了一种新的用于原生XML数据库的存储方案--XN-Store,该方案基于索引结构将XML节点作为记录直接存储到分页文件中,建立起持久化文档对象模型,从而保持了XML数据原有的树形结构.XN-Store不仅降低了XML文档的存储空间开销,而且实现了XML节点的快速串行化输出和访问操作.作为通用的原生XML存储方案,XN-Store支持各种二级索引的创建,以提高XML查询处理的效率,采用多种数据集,分别在XN-Store和先前的XML存储系统上进行实验,比较存储空间、存储时间、串行化时间和节点访问时间.实验结果表明,XN-Store是一种高性能的原生XML数据库存储方案. 相似文献
