针对传统模型未考虑决策者在决策问题上的不确定性因素而可能导致方案排序不稳定的问题,应用不确定多属性(UMA)理论对总承包工程交易模式(PDMs)决策进行了研究。根据总承包工程交易模式的不确定性因素提出了模型假设条件,选择了模型构建的不确定多属性理论工具,应用UEOWA算子和ULHA算子构建了基于可能度矩阵排序向量的决策支持模型;建立了我国总承包工程交易模式决策问题的属性评价体系,通过工程实例说明了模型的决策步骤和方法。  相似文献

规范化公式的应用会破坏方案之间的独立性,导致逆序的产生。提出了两种改进规范化公式的方法以消除逆序,并以加权算术平均(WAA)集结算子的多属性决策分析(MCDM)为例验证了所提出方法的合理性和有效性。改进后的规范化公式不仅可以应用于WAA算子,还可以应用到其他类似的决策算子中。改进后规范化公式的应用可以降低和消除规范化公式对无关方案独立性的影响,使得MCDM决策过程更加合理、科学。  相似文献

针对云资源优选决策过程中存在定性指标模糊性,以及定量指标以区间性度量为代表的决策难点问题,提出了一种不确定性环境下基于OWA算子的混合型多指标云制造资源优势度决策方法。该方法首先运用标度法将不可量化的模糊性定性指标转化为区间数定量指标;其次利用基于相对优势度的区间数排序,结合OWA算子对云服务的优势度进行集结,得到云制造资源的综合优势度,给出云制造资源集合的优先排序,从而为用户选择出最需要的制造服务资源。通过在数控机床设备优选过程中的应用,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。  相似文献

针对多属性决策存在的复杂性和不确定性问题,提出基于区间二型模糊平均解距离法 (evaluation based on distance from average solution,EDAS) 的多属性决策方法。采用区间二型模糊集合 (interval type-2 fuzzy sets,IT2FS) 表达评价信息解决专家的偏好信息存在个体化差异问题,并纳入EDAS对备选方案进行排序。以区间二型模糊数表达评价信息构建决策矩阵,以计算得到的综合评价值的去模糊化结果作为最终的方案排序依据。针对EDAS中属性权重需要从外部获取的问题,采用区间二型模糊集合改进的最优最劣法 (best-worst method,BWM) 确定属性权重。最后,以某汽车制造企业选购新能源汽车云服务方案为例,验证所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对传统供应商选择方法没有考虑市场风险因素以及决策者风险态度的问题,提出了一种基于TODIM的风险型供应商选择方法。针对模糊集处理评价信息的不足,采用犹豫模糊数处理决策者给出的供应商评价值,可以有效反映决策者的不同意见和犹豫性。采用犹豫模糊测度的广义Choquet积分对指标间的相互影响关系进行分析,计算指标权重。考虑到决策者的风险态度,采用改进的TODIM方法对决策者进行心理偏好分析并对各候选供应商进行排序。最后以某生鲜企业选择生鲜候选供应商为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对目前城市污水处理厂厂址选择中存在着较大的主观性和不确定性,以及影响因素的多指标、多层次的特点。将灰色关联分析法与层次分析法相结合,运用层次分析法确定评价指标权值,以各方案的综合灰色关联度作为评判准则,建立了厂址选择方案的层次分析灰色关联度耦合模型。将其运用于重庆市奉节公平镇污水处理厂厂址的选择,结果表明该方法克服了传统选址方法的缺点,是一种切实可行的选址决策方法。  相似文献

从军事计量保障费-效决策的目的出发,建立了计量保障费用-效能决策模型,对费-效决策优化的具体实施进行了初步研究.针对全寿命周期费用不能定量评估的情形,将指标权重分配的MITA方法和多属性决策的TOPSIS方法结合起来,给出了一种可行的多指标评估方法.通过给出一个决策优化的案例,验证了费-效决策多指标评估方法的正确性和实用性,提高了效能评估的有效性和精确度,供有关研究人员和决策部门参考.  相似文献

为给地震后救援物资支持保障中心的调度人员提供科学的运输路线调度决策方法,提高抗震救灾的能力,基于应急条件下救援物资车辆满载运输调度的时间性、风险性和费用性特征,运用旅行商理论,对上述3个决策属性分量进行数学描述,构造它们的目标函数,并进行无量纲和权重聚合处理,继而按照多属性决策理论建立用来评价备选线路决策效用函数的数学模型。利用期望效用属性合并所搜集的信息,将多属性决策问题转化成单属性决策问题,确立了选择具有最高期望效用方案的方法,最后进行了算例分析。结果表明,该模型具有一定的实用价值。  相似文献

The linear programming technique for multidimensional analysis of preferences (LINMAP) is the most representative method for handling the multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) problems with respect to the preference information over alternatives. This paper utilizes the main structure of LINMAP to develop a novel hesitant fuzzy mathematical programming technique to handle MCDM problems within the decision environment of hesitant fuzzy elements (HFEs). Considering the hesitancy of the decision maker, both the pair-wise comparison preference information over alternatives and the evaluation information of alternatives with criteria are represented by the HFEs. Based on the incomplete pair-wise preference judgments over alternatives, we propose the concepts of the hesitant fuzzy consistency and inconsistency indices. Furthermore, we construct a hesitant fuzzy mathematical programming model to derive the weights of criteria and the positive-ideal solution. In this hesitant fuzzy programming model both the objective function and partial constraints’ coefficients take the form of HFEs, and an effective approach based on the ranking method of HFEs is further developed to solve the new derived model. To address the incomplete and inconsistent preference structures of criteria weights, we introduce several deviation variables and establish the bi-objective nonlinear programming model. At length, we employ a green supplier selection problem to illustrate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed technique and conduct a comparison analysis to validate its effectiveness.  相似文献

Material selection is a complex process, since the process includes many criteria, determination of criteria weight and the most important factor is that the selection of appropriate criterion. The last factor indicates that the criterion must be selected in a manner, such that the selection based upon the known material parameters and the requirements of the application. Therefore the material selection can be done using MCDM (Multi Criterion Decision Making) methods. Since the inputs provided by the decision maker in linguistic manner, there is a possible chance of getting incomplete problems. So in order to overcome the problem, the inputs could be provided as fuzzy numbers. Since fuzzy set represents the uncertainty in human perceptions. In this paper, VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje in Serbian, means Multicriteria Optimisation and Compromise Solution) has been used a MCDM tool for the selection of alternate material for instrument panel used in electric car and in order to evaluate this selection process in fuzzy environment, fuzzy based VIKOR is used. In addition to the fuzzy VIKOR method, the environmental impacts are also considered and compared for the four materials. The results achieved in both the assessment, showed that Polypropylene could be an alternate material for the instrument panel. The objective of this study is to develop a rational method to select the best material for an application based upon known material parameters and the requirements of the application.  相似文献

Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is a widely used risk management technique for identifying the potential failures from a system, design, or process and determining the most serious ones for risk reduction. Nonetheless, the traditional FMEA method has been criticized for having many deficiencies. Further, in the real world, FMEA team members are usually bounded rationality, and thus, their psychological behaviors should be considered. In response, this study presents a novel risk priority model for FMEA by using interval two‐tuple linguistic variables and an integrated multicriteria decision‐making (MCDM) method. The interval two‐tuple linguistic variables are used to capture FMEA team members' diverse assessments on the risk of failure modes and the weights of risk factors. An integrated MCDM method based on regret theory and TODIM (an acronym in Portuguese for interactive MCDM) is developed to prioritize failure modes taking experts' psychological behaviors into account. Finally, an illustrative example regarding medical product development is included to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed FMEA. By comparing with other existing methods, the proposed linguistic FMEA approach is shown to be more advantageous in ranking failure modes under the uncertain and complex environment.  相似文献

In engineering design, the decision to select an optimal material for a particular product is a problem requiring multi-criteria decision analysis that involves both qualitative and quantitative factors. The evaluation of alternative materials may be based on imprecise information or uncertain data. Furthermore, there can be significant dependence and feedbacks between the different criteria for material selection. However, most existing decision approaches cannot capture these complex interrelationships. In response, this paper proposes a general framework for evaluating and selecting the best material for a given application. A novel hybrid multiple criteria decision making (MCDM) model combining DEMATEL-based ANP (DANP) and modified VIKOR is used to solve the material selection problems of multiple dimensions and criteria that are interdependent. Moreover, target-based criteria as well as cost and benefit criteria can be addressed simultaneously in the proposed model. Finally, an empirical case concerning the bush material selection for a split journal bearing is presented to illustrate the potential of the new model. The results show that the proposed method for material selection is effective and provides meaningful implications for designers and engineers to refer.  相似文献

Abstract

This work suggests a maximizing set and minimizing set based fuzzy multiple criteria decision‐making (MCDM) model, where criteria are classified into cost and benefit criteria. The final fuzzy evaluation value of each alternative is developed based on the concept of subtracting the summation of weighted normalized benefit ratings from that of weighted normalized cost ratings. Using interval arithmetic of fuzzy numbers can develop the membership functions for the final fuzzy evaluation values. Chen's maximizing set and minimizing set is then applied to defuzzify all the final fuzzy numbers for ranking alternatives. Formulas for the membership functions and ranking procedure of the final fuzzy numbers are clearly presented. The suggested method provides an extension to the fuzzy MCDM techniques available. A numerical example demonstrates the computational process of the proposed method.  相似文献

Selecting a proper machine tool is one of the important decisions a company has to make. Companies which fail to do so face many problems which negatively affect the firm's productivity, flexibility, precision and its responsiveness capabilities. Selection of a machine tool involves a lot of criteria to be simultaneously studied and so it requires a multi-criterion decision making (MCDM) method to solve it. Also the subjectivity involved in such decisions ask for the use of theories such as fuzzy and grey which are very effective in handling subjective inputs. This paper integrates the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and grey relational analysis approaches for the selection of a machine tool from a given set of alternatives. Fuzzy AHP is used to calculate the priority weights of the criteria. Subsequently grey relational analysis (GRA) is employed to rank the alternatives. A well known problem existing in literature has been picked up for the numerical illustration. The results obtained in this paper are better when compared with that existing in literature.  相似文献

The Choquet integral can serve as a useful tool to aggregate interacting criteria in an uncertain environment. In this paper, a trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator based on the Choquet integral is proposed for multi-criteria decision-making problems. The decision information takes the form of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers and both the importance and the interaction information among decision-making criteria are considered. On the basis of the introduction of trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, its operational laws and expected value are defined. A trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy aggregation operator based on the Choquet integral is then defined and some of its properties are investigated. A new multi-criteria decision-making method based on a trapezoidal intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral operator is proposed. Finally, an illustrative example is used to show the feasibility and availability of the proposed method.  相似文献

In engineering design, the decision to select an optimal material has become a challenging task for the designers, and the evaluation of alternative materials may be based on some multiple attribute decision making (MADM) methods. However, the current methods for material selection may induce the information losing and cannot represent the real preference of decision maker precisely. Therefore, in this paper, inspired by the idea of the intuitionistic linguistic variables, we define a new fuzzy variable called uncertain membership linguistic variable (UMLV) which composes two linguistic variables and membership degrees of elements to the linguistic variables. Meanwhile, the operational laws, score function, accuracy function and comparison rules of the UMLV are defined. Then, some aggregation operators are developed for aggregating the uncertain membership linguistic information such as the uncertain membership linguistic weighted average (UMLWA) operator, the uncertain membership linguistic weighted geometric (UMLWG) operator, the uncertain membership linguistic ordered weighted average (UMLOWA) operator and the uncertain membership linguistic ordered weighted geometric (UMLOWG) operator, and some desirable properties of these operators are discussed. Based on the proposed operators, an approach is proposed for material selection problems under uncertain membership linguistic environment. Finally, two numerical examples for material selection are given to illustrate the application of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In manufacturing firms, there is a critical need for proper maintenance of manufacturing facilities. The maintenance process enhances customer satisfaction and reliability of the products, and increases the profit of the manufacturer. Therefore, a proper maintenance policy selection is a critical issue for manufacturers, as an inefficient maintenance policy affects not only the direct cost of the firm but also the other aspects. In the present study, maintenance policy selection at the level of the firm rather than the equipment level is shown, and for selection various criteria have been identified. The presented work not only provides the best alternatives but also provides an alternative ranking, which facilitates decision-makers in choosing alternatives according to their constraints. These selection criteria are different in nature, as some give a crisp value, whereas others are defined in linguistic terms. To select the appropriate maintenance policy, a distance-based fuzzy multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) approach has been employed. The proposed method provides the means for integrating the economic figure of merit with the strategic performance variables. The MCDM approach is efficient in incorporating data, in the form of linguistic variables, triangular fuzzy numbers, and crisp numbers, into the evaluation process of maintenance policy alternatives. A comprehensive example illustrates the application of the distance-based fuzzy MCDM approach.  相似文献
