聚乙烯醇水凝胶的制备及其溶胀性能 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
采用化学交联方法制备了PVA水凝胶,研究了PVA聚合度、醇解度等分子结构参数,反应温度、反应时间等合成工艺参数,交联剂用量、疏水单体用量、阴离子单体用量等化学组成对PVA水凝胶溶胀性能的影响。结果表明,采用聚合度为1700、醇解度为95%的PVA1795为基体,当交联剂用量为1mL,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为8h,所制得的PVA水凝胶具有较高的溶胀率。 相似文献

采用硅烷偶联剂KH-792对气相法纳米SiO_2进行湿法化学接枝改性,使其形成了半透明状高浓度纳米分散液;通过在纳米SiO_2分散液中添加高聚合度聚乙烯醇(PVA)、环保型聚酰胺聚脲交联剂(PAPU)和AlCl_3制备了纳米SiO_2/PVA微孔型吸墨介质专用涂料。采用纳米粒径分析仪、喷墨写真机、色密度计、光泽度计等仪器对专用涂料进行了表征分析。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH-792可有效实现纳米SiO_2表面改性与有效分散;Al Cl3的加入催化了PVA和交联剂在相对低温条件下发生交联反应,使其形成了耐水的涂层结构;高聚合度PVA材料的选择,解决了数码打印介质专用涂料形成涂层过程中龟裂的问题。 相似文献

本文主要介绍间隙型硅系喷墨打印纸的涂层结构,并制备不同涂层结构的3种喷墨打印纸,对3种喷墨打印纸的光泽度、吸墨性、固墨性、化工成本以及制造工艺进行讨论和比较。研究表明:铸涂纸有最低的化工成本,生产工艺也相对简单,但打印性能欠缺,只适用作低档喷墨打印纸。多层涂布硅系喷墨打印纸打印性能优良,化工成本较高,适用作高档喷墨打印纸。 相似文献

制备了两种与传统陶瓷表面装饰的新技术(喷墨打印装饰技术)配套的新型墨水—黑色与黄色陶瓷表面装饰墨水。它们以陶瓷颜料为基本着色料,用溶胶—凝胶法制备,以连续式喷墨打印墨水的质量标准为参照标准。经测试,所制墨水的电导率、表面张力、粘度等理化性能完全符合喷墨打印墨水的要求,适用喷墨打印陶瓷装饰工艺的需要。研究了pH值、反应温度、硝酸用量、煅烧温度等因素对黄色墨水性能的影响。黑色墨水制成时为红棕色,煅烧后为黑色。黄色墨水的制备与实验条件有关,在一定条件下,黄色墨水制成时颜色与煅烧后颜色均为黄色。 相似文献

以阳离子聚合物聚乙烯亚胺为改性剂对纳米二氧化硅进行表面改性处理,从而有效地解决了高光泽数码喷墨打印相纸的耐水性问题,同时加快了喷墨的干燥速度.研究结果表明,纳米二氧化硅颗粒粒径与尺寸分布是影响数码相纸光泽的主要因素.在酸性条件下,选择非离子性润湿分散剂及合适的分散条件制备的涂料满足了生产加工的需要. 相似文献

This paper studies the effect of low-temperature plasma treatment on an ink-jet printed cotton fabric. Due to the specific printing and conductivity requirements for ink-jet printing, not all conventional printing chemicals, such as sodium alginate and urea, used for cotton fabric can be directly incorporated into the ink formulation. As a result, the cotton fabric requires pretreatment with the printing chemicals prior to the stage of ink-jet printing. Cotton is pretreated with the printing chemicals by means of a coating method. The aim of this paper was to study the possibility and effectiveness of applying low-temperature plasma treatment to enhance the performance of pretreatment paste containing sodium alginate so as to improve the properties of the ink-jet printed cotton fabric. Experimental results revealed that a low-temperature plasma pretreatment coupled with the ink-jet printing technique could improve the final printed properties of cotton fabric. 相似文献

Recycling of electric arc furnace dust (EAFD) has great potential for industrial applications, due to its useful metal contents, including zinc. In this study, aqueous cyan ceramic ink for ink-jet printing applications was synthesized using EAFD. More specifically, cyan ceramic pigments were synthesized using an empirical composition of Zn(EAFD)XCo1-XAl2O4, in which expensive cobalt oxide is replaced by Zn-enriched EAFD. Zn(EAFD)0.25Co0.75Al2O4, which has a vivid cyan color, was selected as the optimum composition of cyan ceramic pigments for synthesizing aqueous cyan ceramic ink for ink-jet printing applications. To prevent nozzle clogging during ink-jet printing, the cyan ceramic pigments were micronized. The micronized pigments were mixed with distilled water and dispersant to fabricate aqueous cyan ceramic ink. To determine the optimized jettability and printability of this ink, its rheological properties, including viscosity and surface tension, were adjusted and analyzed. It was concluded that the jettability and printability of aqueous cyan ceramic ink produced via ink-jet printing could be enhanced by appropriately adjusting its viscosity. 相似文献
