2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯与4,4’-二羟基二苯砜经亲核取代反应得到2,2-双[4-(4-硝基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]砜(Ⅰ),然后在Pd/C和水合肼作用下发生还原反应得到2,2-双[4-(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯基]砜(Ⅱ)。该二胺单体Ⅱ分别与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)、3,3’,4,4’-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3,’4,4’-二苯醚四酸二酐(ODPA)和3,3’,4,4’-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)进行低温缩聚反应得到聚酰胺酸,经热酰亚胺化制备出4种砜基取代含氟聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜。结果表明,这些PI薄膜均具有良好的光学透明性和溶解性,其中ODPA基PI薄膜的光学透明性最好,450 nm处的透光率达到85.4%。 相似文献

1,3-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯及其无色透明聚酰亚胺薄膜的制备与性能研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
以间苯二酚和2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯为基本原料,在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺溶剂中,经亲核取代反应制得1,3-双(4-硝基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(DNRes-2TF),并利用Pd/C、水合肼进一步还原得到1,3-双(4-氨基-2-三氟甲基苯氧基)苯(DARes-2TF)。随后,以该二胺和芳香族二酐在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)溶剂中,聚合得到聚酰胺酸溶液,热亚胺化得到无色透明聚酰亚胺薄膜,并对薄膜性能进行了研究。结果表明:含氟取代基及间位取代结构是制备无色透明聚酰亚胺的一条颇具前途的路线,且不会牺牲材料的耐热稳定性及力学性能。 相似文献

以2,2-双(4-羟基苯基)丙烷(BHPP)为原料,经过硝化反应和还原反应,获得了高纯度的2,2-双(3-硝基-4-羟基苯基)丙烷(BNHPP)和2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)丙烷(BAHPP)化合物。利用差示扫描量热计(DSC)、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等仪器,对它们进行了表征。此外,用2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)丙烷(BAHPP)化合物、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(44ODA)与均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)在强极性非质子有机溶剂中进行聚合反应,得到了高粘度的含酚羟基聚酰胺酸(PMDA/44ODA/BAHPP-HPAA)溶液,经涂膜、热亚胺化,得到了相应的坚韧透明的含酚羟基聚酰亚胺(PMDA/44ODA/BAHPP-HPI)薄膜,并对其性能进行了研究。 相似文献

本文以2,2-双[4-(3-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(3-BNPOPP)为原料,在活性炭,六水氯化铁(FeCl2@6H2O)和水合肼(H2NNH2@H2O)的共同作用下还原制得2,2-双[4-(3-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(3-BAPOPP).经熔点测试、红外光谱、核磁共振和元素分析等手段对其进行了表征.以3-BAPOPP为单体,合成了可溶性好,粘结力强的聚酰亚胺树脂. 相似文献

首先通过双酚A和碳酸钾反应得到酚钾盐,与间-二硝基苯反应合成2,2-双[4-(3-硝基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(3-BNPP),再用水合肼还原得到新型芳香二胺单体2,2-双[4-(3-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(3-BAPP)。用3-BAPP与多种二酐合成出多种聚酰亚胺,并在二层法挠性覆铜板(2L-FCCL)的应用方面做了一些研究。研究表明其相应的2L-FCCL具有良好的耐锡焊性能和较低的吸水率。 相似文献

2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(NJXBAPP)、3,3'-二甲基-4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷(DMDC)与2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA)在强极性非质子有机溶剂中进行聚合反应,得到了粘稠状的聚酰胺酸(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PAA)溶液,涂膜,热亚胺化,获得了相应的聚酰亚胺(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PI)薄膜。利用差示扫描量热计(DSC)、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计等仪器,对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:该薄膜具有良好的疏水性、热稳定性和力学性能,较宽的光谱范围内具有良好的透明性,吸水率为3.12%。 相似文献

niobium composition. Analyzing the structure futures of SBT by XRD, XPS and Raman spectrum, Nb5+ substituted Ti4+ to form NbO6 octahedron and did not change the structure of SBT. The XRD patterns indicated the formation of the single phase of SBT for

在酸催化条件下,利用2,6-二甲基苯胺和甲醛为原料,一步法制得了高纯度的3,3',5,5'-四甲基-4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷(AMD),运用H-NMR,FTIR,HPLC和熔点测试技术对其进行了表征。结果表明:合成的AMD纯度较高;AMD和BTDA聚合制得较高分子量的聚酰胺酸,经化学亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺(PI),将其溶解后涂覆制得的聚酰亚胺薄膜有一定的溶解性、成膜性及较好的力学性能。 相似文献

In this paper, textured SrTi4Bi4O15(SBT) ceramics were produced by tape casting and hot-pressing to improve the piezoelectric property. Plate-like SBT powders were synthesized by a molten salt synthesis (MSS) method. Tape casting and hot-pressing were employed to obtain (00l) oriented SBT ceramics at 1,000°C with a density of 98.3%. Anisotropy characters of textured SBT were measured by piezoelectric coefficient and hysteresis loop. Compared with randomly oriented ceramics, textured SBT shown enhancements in the piezoelectric properties. Property of perpendicular to hot pressing direction (d 33?=?17 pC/N) was more eminent than that of parallel to hot pressing direction (d 33?=?1 pC/N). 相似文献

SrNdCoO4 ceramics with tetragonal K2NiF4 structure were prepared by a solid-state reaction process. The frequency and temperature dependence of dielectric and conductive properties were studied. A peak was found at ~325 °C on both dielectric constant (?) and conductivity (σ) plots with temperature. After annealing in O2, the peak of ? disappeared while that of σ just shifted a little toward high temperature side. So, some oxide vacancies existed in the polycrystalline SrNdCoO4, which contributed much to ? but influenced σ only slightly in the measured temperature and frequency range. A lower resistivity of 3.7 Ωcm was obtained in SrNdCoO4 ceramics sintered at 1150 °C. 相似文献

Tungsten doped CaBi4Ti4O15 (CBT) ceramics was prepared by solid-state reaction method. A pure single phase of layer-structured ferroelectric with m?=?4 was formed when x?≤?0.025. The effect of W doping on dielectric, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties was investigated. W6+ doping increased the temperature stability of dielectric constant and decreased dielectric loss. W6+ doping decreased the remanent polarization, while the coercive field decreased as well, as a result, the piezoelectric constant was increased. AC conductivity measurement showed that W6+ doping increased the conductivity of CBT ceramics and showed n-type conducting mechanism. W6+ doped ceramics has smaller activation energy due to many defects introduced in the crystal lattice. 相似文献
