俄罗斯某钨矿含WO3 0.36%,S 2.37%。矿石中钨矿物主要为黑钨矿,黑钨矿中的WO3占91.89%,白钨矿中的WO3仅占8.11%;硫矿物为黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿;脉石矿物主要为石英、云母,其次为长石,另外有少量的绿泥石、萤石,微量的方解石、磷灰石、金红石,菱锰矿、绿帘石、榍石等。针对该矿石特点,采用“螺旋溜槽 悬振锥面选矿机粗选—粗精矿摇床精选—重选粗精矿浮选脱硫—摇床精选”工艺流程,实验室可获得含WO3 65.07%,回收率78.15%的钨精矿。  相似文献

江西某大型钨矿,日产细泥400~500 t,含WO30.13%~0.5%,-0.074mm含量大于90%,-0.02mm含量达32.3%。采用重选预富集-浮选-重选选矿新工艺选别该细泥,小型试验指标为:总钨精矿品位WO345.26%,回收率62.33%,其中白钨精矿品位WO355.38%,回收率29.82%,黑钨精矿品位WO338.76%,回收率32.51%。工业试验指标为:总钨精矿品位WO351.148%,回收率62.52%,其中白钨精矿品位WO365.43%,回收率31.40%,黑钨精矿品位WO341.90%,回收率31.12%。  相似文献

某复杂低品位黑白矿属世界级难选矿石,含WO30.26%,WO3在白钨矿、黑钨矿和钨华中分布率为82.69%、13.85%、3.46%,小于0.074mm粒级占90%以上.虽然经多年的研究工作,钨的回收率仅为65%.为了提高钨回收率,经试验研究,采用新型选矿药剂TAB-3和合理的工艺流程(浮-磁-浮选矿工艺流程),获得白钨精矿品位WO374.57%、回收率69.47%,黑钨精矿品位WO328.88%、回收率8.08%,总钨回收率为77.55%.  相似文献

河南某大型金矿生产产出的尼尔森离心重砂含铅2.56%、钨(WO3)5.13%,具有较高的综合回收价值。重砂性质分析查明:铅、钨主要以方铅矿、黑钨矿形式赋存,部分黑钨矿与黄铁矿呈复杂嵌生的关系。分离试验采用磁选—重选—浮选联合工艺依次产出高品位金精矿、低品位金精矿、铅精矿、金硫精矿、钨精矿、钨中矿,其中铅精矿含铅48.15%、含金7 255.50 g/t、铅回收率为73.22%,钨精矿含钨(WO3)60.31%、钨回收率73.60%,钨中矿含钨(WO3)14.93%、钨回收率9.11%。  相似文献

江西某铜钨多金属矿石含铜 0.72%、含 WO3 0.11%,具有较高的开发利用价值,为了实现该多金属矿中 铜、钨资源的综合回收,对该矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。结果表明,该多金属矿中矿物种类较 为复杂,白钨矿、黄铜矿嵌布粒度以中细粒为主,单体解离度良好,硫化矿物和钨矿物的相互关系不是十分密切。针 对该矿物特点,采用“铜硫硫化矿混浮—硫化矿浮选尾矿浮白钨矿”的流程,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 占 78% 条件 下,以丁基黄药为铜硫混合浮选捕收剂,经 1粗 1扫铜硫浮选,铜硫混合粗精矿以石灰为 pH 调整剂经 1粗 1精 1扫铜 硫分离浮选,铜硫浮选尾矿以碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、硝酸铅为活化剂、GYB+GYR为钨矿物混合捕收剂, 经 1 粗 1 扫粗选,所得钨粗精矿再磨至-0.045 mm 占 85%,进行 4 次精选,闭路试验获得了含铜 24.78%、含金 0.40 g/t、 含银 1 000.00 g/t,铜回收率 90.02% 的铜精矿,以及 WO3品位 35.32%、WO3回收率 65.25% 的钨精矿,实现了有价金属 的综合回收,为该铜钨资源的开发利用提供了技术依据。  相似文献

江西某钨锡选厂重选粗精矿WO3和Sn含量分别为25.20%和19.03%,钨主要以黑钨矿的形式存在,锡主要以锡石矿物产出。为实现该混合精矿中钨矿物与锡矿物的有效分离,以该钨锡混合精矿为研究对象,进行了钨锡分离试验。结果表明,采用"抑锡浮钨"的浮选工艺流程能较好地分离该混合精矿中的钨矿物与锡矿物,1粗3精2扫闭路试验流程处理试样,获得了WO3品位为55.64%、回收率为88.43%的钨精矿和Sn品位为40.53%、回收率为98.20%的锡精矿,钨精矿含Sn较低,仅为0.32%,分离指标较理想。  相似文献

高效节能矿用防爆对旋主要通风机的叶片是主要通风机运行的关键部件,叶片在运行时不断受到气流的作用力,从而使叶片产生振动,当叶片振动的频率与叶片的固有频率接近时,容易产生共振从而导致叶片的断裂。一旦叶片断裂时,对主要通风机的安全运行产生致命的影响,从而导致矿山、化工等企业发生重大事故,将会产生不可估量的损失。基于有限元分析软件ANSYS,对高效节能矿用防爆轴流对旋主要通风机叶片进行模态分析及产生对应的六阶模态频率,对主要通风机叶片的运行频率、固有频率及产生的共振问题进行了原理分析,并且解决了叶片频率共振的问题,从而为主要通风机叶片结构设计提供理论依据,并对主要通风机叶片的安全运行提供保障。  相似文献
