柿竹园伴生锡金属品位低,赋存状态复杂,易碎易泥化,在过去工业生产中并未实现对锡的分离富集。在开发伴生低品位锡资源回收新技术试验基础上,采用"钨锡混合浮选—白钨浮选—重选—浮选"的选矿工艺,开展伴生低品位锡资源回收分流技术的工业试验。在硫化矿尾矿细度为-0.074 mm占68%~72%的条件下,钨锡混合精矿中WO3品位为19.55%、Sn品位为5.53%,对原矿WO3回收率达到13.51%、Sn回收率为18.34%。  相似文献

湖南某白钨矿中含有大量富钙、镁脉石矿物,该类脉石矿物具有与白钨矿相似的可浮性,对白钨浮选干扰较大,为解决这一问题,研发了选矿新工艺。试验采用脱硫尾矿作为白钨浮选给矿(WO3 0.54%),白钨粗选段采用组合调整剂Na2CO3 Na2SiO3以及新型捕收剂GYWA进行白钨粗选段浮选,获得白钨粗精矿品位6.97% WO3,对白钨浮选给矿回收率为93.01%。白钨精选段采用组合调整剂NS和改性Na2SiO3进行加温浮选,得到白钨精矿品位为70.14% WO3,作业回收率93.89%,对白钨浮选给矿回收率为87.33%,选矿指标良好。  相似文献

在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对含WO30.43%的江西某石英脉型钨矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用分级跳汰—跳汰尾矿浮选的工艺流程,黑白钨混合浮选的捕收剂采用CF和BK-410,可获得WO3品位28.86%、WO3回收率42.39%的跳钛精矿,以及WO3品位3.59%、WO3回收率30.07%的浮选精矿。  相似文献

江西某铜硫钨多金属矿是我国大型的矽卡岩型白钨矿床,含Cu 0.11%、S 2.95%、WO30.75%,其主要金属矿物是黄铜矿、磁黄铁矿和白钨矿。通过多种选矿工艺流程探讨,确定采用磁选脱硫—铜硫混合浮选-白钨浮选工艺流程产出硫精矿、铜精矿及白钨精矿,获得的闭路试验指标为:硫精矿含S 30.16%,回收率77.58%;铜精矿含Cu 18.28%、回收率76.83%;白钨精矿含WO3 66.04%,回收率81.67 %。  相似文献

为综合回收某金钨矿中的金与钨,开展了系统的选矿试验研究。采用硫酸铜、异戊基黄药与松醇油浮选回收金,采用调整剂碳酸钠、水玻璃与捕收剂皂化油酸浮选回收钨,钨粗精矿采用彼得罗夫法处理,闭路试验可以获得含金148.05 g/t、金回收率为94.87%的金精矿以及含WO357.46%、含磷0.25%,WO3回收率为80.52%的钨精矿。钨精矿经盐酸浸出,可将WO3含量提高至74.10%,含磷量降低至0.070%,酸浸作业WO3回收率达到98.87%。  相似文献
