形成锋锐的Goss织构是取向硅钢获得优异磁性能的关键, 初始样品表层中较强的Goss织构对最终的强Goss织构起重要作用. 本文通过改变硅钢冷轧方向获得不同的初始织构及初始组织, 考察热轧板表层及中心层不同的组织及织构的进一步变化对一次冷轧、中间退火、二次冷轧及脱碳退火、二次再结晶退火后的织构及组织变化规律的影响. 探讨了这些特殊方式制备的样品中Goss织构的形成条件. 结果表明, 强烈的初始组织及织构的差异随轧制及退火次数的增多逐渐消失; 最终二次再结晶都可顺利进行, Goss织构及磁性能差异并不大. 虽然初始样品中Goss织构的强弱差异很大, 但因各阶段都可以形成较强的 {111}<112>织构, 弥补了初始样品中Goss织构过弱的不足, 因此轧制方向及初始组织都对最终的织构影响不大. 研究还证实了立方织构的遗传性; 横向轧制是消除稳定的{112}<110>轧制织构的有效方法.  相似文献

在无润滑(WOL)和润滑(WL)2种轧制条件下,分别对2.3 mm厚的热轧3104铝合金板进行不同压下量的冷轧.应用取向分布函数(ODF)定量计算和分析在不同轧制压下量下润滑对3104铝合金板材沿板厚方向织构演变的影响.结果表明:随着轧制压下量的增加,样品各层的织构组分强度均逐渐增加;无润滑轧制时样品表面层主要织构组分取向密度普遍高于相同压下量下润滑轧制时的取向密度.导致表面层织构组分增强的原因是摩擦引起应变状态改变的结果.  相似文献

Crystallographic texture development and hardening characteristics of a hot-rolled, low-carbon steel sheet due to cold rolling were investigated by idealizing the cold rolling process as plane-strain compression. The starting anisotropy of the test material was characterized by examination of the grain structure by optical microscopy and the preferred crystal orientation distribution by x-ray diffraction. Various heat treatments were used in an effort to remove the initial deformation texture resulting from hot rolling. The plastic anisotropy of the starting material was investigated with tensile tests on samples with the tensile axis parallel, 45°, and perpendicular to the rolling direction. The grain structure after plane-strain compression was studied by optical microscopy, and the new deformation texture was characterized by x-ray diffraction pole figures. These figures are compared with the theoretical pole figures produced from a Taylor-like polycrystal model based on a pencil-glide slip system. The uniaxial tensile stress-strain curve and the plane-strain, compressive stress-strain curve of the sheet were used to calibrate the material parameters in the model. The experimental pole figures were consistent with the findings in the theoretical study. The experimental and theoretical results suggest that the initial texture due to hot rolling was insignificant as compared with the texture induced by large strains under plane-strain compression.  相似文献

采用X射线衍射仪研究3105铝合金在横轧过程中织构的演变.结果表明:3105铝合金热轧板材具有强的β纤维轧制织构,在横轧过程中B'{110}<111>、S"{123}<17229>和C"{112}<110>取向是不稳定的,它们将逐渐向新的坐标系中β纤维的位置旋转;随横轧压下量增大,C(和S(取向强度快速降低,B(取向强度先增加后降低,而β纤维轧制织构的强度逐渐增加;β纤维和剩余组分织构体积分数的变化与轧制真应变的关系遵循Avrami方程,强的初始B'、S"和C"织构显著地提高了β纤维织构的形成速率.  相似文献

采用取向分布函数(ODF)法研究了冷轧形变量对6111铝合金再结晶织构的影响。结果表明:6111铝合金的再结晶织构主要由Cube ND15和{011}<111>织构组分构成;随冷轧形变量的增加,这两种织构组分的取向密度逐渐升高,但二者升高的速度并不相同,{011}<111>组分取向密度升高的速度比Cube ND15组分的快,当冷轧形变量大约为50%时,{011}<111>组分的取向密度超过Cube ND15组分的。  相似文献

The texture evolution of Fe base Fe-Ni alloys was systematically investigated for various processing parameters. The hot bands consisted of recryslallized grains and revealed diffuse textures except for the center layer where a weak cube component developed. The cold rolling texture development was characterized. regardless of Ni content, such that the orientation densities of the texture components belonging to the β-fibre were nearly similar for a given rolling reduction and systematically increased with rolling reduction On annealing the Cube component dominated the recrystallization texture, and its orientation density depended on cold rolling reduction. These characteristics of the texture development is similar to those of pure copper. The similarity of the texture evolution in Fe-Ni alloys and pure copper is attributed to the fact that they have commonly medium stacking fault energies  相似文献

Fe-3%Si电工钢铸锭中普遍存在柱状晶,其晶体学及形状各向异性对随后的热轧、冷轧及退火织构产生很大的影响.利用xRD与EBSD技术对长轴分别平行于轧面法向(ND),轧制方向(RD)和横向(TD)的柱状晶冷轧样品的织构及组织进行了研究,并对晶界的特殊作用进行了分析.结果表明,中等压下量下,3种柱状晶样品具有不同程度的{001}织构遗传性,即3种样品均不同程度的摆脱了{111}线织构的形成;柱状晶长轴平行于ND和TD时,{001}取向在冷轧时得到大的保留;柱状晶长轴平行于RD时,得到最强的{111}〈112〉织构;柱状晶长轴平行于TD时,冷轧组织中旋转立方织构及{111}〈110〉织构较强.此外,3种样品的织构均表现出由立方→{001}〈130〉→{113}〈251〉的过渡路径,与等轴多晶样品沿α线和γ线转动的路径不同.不同方向的柱状晶晶界对冷轧变形过程中晶粒转动的作用不同,但因晶粒尺寸大而作用有限,且与初始取向相关.  相似文献

通过异步轧制,对高纯铝箔微取向流变行为进行了研究,结果表明,异步轧制与同步轧制的冷轧织构有较大差异,高纯铝箔在异步轧制下慢辊和快辊两侧的织构类型明显不同,尤其是旋转立方织构{001}{110}在含量上的差异更大,快辊侧随形变量的增中冷却织构主要为:S织构和{102}{uvw}织构,而慢辊侧则主要为:旋转立方织构{001}{110},慢辊侧的旋转立方织构在相同的速比、相同的形变量下一般要大于快辊侧的旋转立方织构。  相似文献

借助EBSD等技术研究了从冷轧到退火过程中IF钢中铁素体再结晶晶粒的取向演变。研究结果表明,从冷轧到退火过程中,铁素体晶粒取向向着平行于法向的[111]晶粒演变,而平行于法向的[100]晶粒逐渐消失;在冷轧变形过程中,铁素体晶粒的晶体取向决定着发生滑移变形的难易程度,与[100]晶粒相比,[111]晶粒更易于发生滑移变形,并在晶粒内部积累大量的位错,储存了大量的应变能,在随后的退火过程中,应变能较高的[111]晶粒优先形核并长大,优先发生再结晶,而应变能较低的[100]晶粒的再结晶受到阻碍。随着退火温度的升高,γ织构([111]//ND)明显增强,其织构组分(111)[112]尤为明显。  相似文献

应用极图分析及织构定量计算的方法,研究了横轧对3104铝合金变形织构的影响,结果表明:在与常规轧制相同压下量的横向轧制下,3104铝合金中的{112},{213}丝织构体积百分数均低于常规轧制时各组分的体积百分数,而横向轧制则使得{102}丝织构增加较多,在横向轧制过程中出现强旋转立方织构和新{110}<557>取向的织构。  相似文献

In high purity aluminium two different types of hot band textures were produced by changing the final hot rolling temperatures. The texture of the hot bands was found to be inhnmogeneous through thickness. The strong preferred orientation of {001}<110> developed in the surface layer of the hot band which had been rolled at the higher finishing temperature. For the lower finishing temperature sample, the cold rolling type of texture was formed in the hot band. The cold rolling texture was dependent on the initial hot rolling texture. The hot band which had strong {001}<110> at the surface layer led to the maximum orientation density at {44 11}<11 11 8> after the subsequent cold rolling. Preferred orientations near {123}<634> in the hot band caused the maximum at {123}<634> in the cold rolling texture. The experimental results were discussed based on the simulation test of deformation texture in which the rotation of orientations was calculated from the Taylor model. In this calculation, the strain state of the deformation zone in the rolling gap is assumed to vary with shears induced from the geometry and the friction.  相似文献

Magnetic easy axis predicted by the orientation distribution of the maximum amplitude of magnetic Barkhausen emission (MBE), which is obtained by magnetization in radial directions from the center of the specimens has been applied to determine the magnetic anisotropy on cold rolled and aged 304 SS in two sets of specimen. The maximum of the MBE has been found to orient along the rolling direction (RD) compared to the transverse direction (TD), indicating the presence of magnetic easy axis along the rolling direction for both sets. The strain induced martensite phase transformation has been determined using X-ray diffraction technique. The orientation distribution function (ODF) analysis has been carried out to obtain the crystallographic texture with cold rolling. ODF analysis revealed the 110 texture as the major. The magnetic anisotropy factor has also been determined with cold deformation and noticed that the strength of magnetic anisotropy decreases above 50% deformation for both the sets. Results have been explained considering two competitive effects, formation of crystallographic texture in the martensite phase and presence of compressive residual stresses along RD during cold rolling.  相似文献

分别采用基于薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)工艺和传统热连轧工艺条件下的低碳钢板作为冷轧基料,在实验室模拟现场工艺进行了冷轧和退火。通过金相观察和X射线衍射织构分析,比较了两种工艺下低碳钢板的组织和织构演变的规律。结果表明:两种试样冷轧后α取向线上显著增加的织构有较大的区别,CSP工艺下是{001}〈110〉,而传统工艺下是{112}〈110〉;在同样的冷轧及退火工艺条件下,CSP条件下的钢板在退火过程中发生再结晶需要的温度更高,时间更长;对于CSP钢板,退火对γ取向线的影响要大于冷轧对其的影响,而对于传统热连轧钢板,冷轧和退火过程对γ取向线都有比较大的影响。  相似文献

系统研究了超纯铁素体不锈钢(w(Cr)=17%)沿钢板厚度方向各层织构的演变规律和不同精轧温度对织构演变及成形性能的影响规律。采用X射线衍射仪分析了宏观织构演变。研究表明: 热轧及退火后, 钢板表层以剪切织构为主, 中心层由?和?纤维织构组成; 冷轧后, 各层均由较强的?纤维织构和较弱的?纤维织构组成; 冷轧退火后各层均形成?纤维再结晶织构。与高温精轧相比, 低温精轧有利于冷轧退火板?纤维再结晶织构的强化、偏离{111}<112>组分的程度降低, 从而显著改善冷轧退火板的成形性能。  相似文献

The texture difference between the center and sub-surface of pearlitic steel wires, which were manufactured by continuous cold drawing, was investigated by orientation distribution function based on electron back-scattered diffraction at different drawing passes. A perfect 〈110〉 fiber texture parallel to drawing direction develops gradually with drawing strain increasing at the wire center, while at the sub-surface, a quasi 〈110〉 fiber texture with the 〈111〉 orientation nearly parallel to the circumferential direction is found. This texture at the sub-surface is softer than the perfect 〈110〉 fiber texture in tension. The reasons for this texture difference and influences on the wire’s mechanical properties are discussed.  相似文献

Evolution characteristics of the microstructure and texture of severely deformed commercial purity Zr702 were studied. The mode of the severe deformation was either heavy cold rolling or equal channel angular (ECA) pressing. Equiaxed grains, present prior to the deformation, became elongated during deformation along the rolling direction or along the maximum shear direction for the case of cold rolling or that of ECA pressing, respectively. ECA pressing transformed the initial fiber texture to a quite different component, which was also the case for cold rolling. In both cases, the maximum intensity of texture increased with the amount of deformation. Complete recrystallization was realized upon subsequent heat treatment lasting 100 min. at 600°C, and the evolution characteristics of texture and microstructure were also similar for both modes of deformation. These similarities in the microstructure and texture were attributed to the particular route of ECA pressing employed in the present study, i.e., route A. It is therefore concluded that the deformation and annealing behaviors in this particular route of ECA pressing are essentially very close to those of cold rolling.  相似文献
