制备了Ho3+/Yb3+共掺的氧氟硅酸盐玻璃, 根据玻璃样品的差热分析进行微晶化处理, 测试了Ho3+/Yb3+共掺微晶玻璃的X射线衍射(XRD)图谱、吸收光谱和上转换发光光谱。结果发现, 在980 nm LD激发下, Ho3+/Yb3+共掺的含BaF2纳米晶的氧氟硅酸盐微晶玻璃可以同时观察到绿光(544 nm)和红光(656, 748 nm)上转换发光, 分别对应于Ho3+ 离子的5F4/5S2→5I8, 5F5→5I8和5F4/5S2→5I7能级跃迁, 与未热处理的玻璃样品相比, 微晶玻璃样品的绿光发光强度增强约347倍。研究结果表明含BaF2纳米晶的氧氟硅酸盐微晶玻璃是一种潜在的上转换基质材料。  相似文献

We have demonstrated the first Ga2O3(Gd2O3) insulated gate n-channel enhancement-mode In0.53Ga0.47As MOSFET's on InP semi-insulating substrate. Ga2O3(Gd2 O3) was electron beam deposited from a high purity single crystal Ga5Gd3O12 source. The source and drain regions of the device were selectively implanted with Si to produce low resistance ohmic contacts. A 0.75-μm gate length device exhibits an extrinsic transconductance of 190 mS/mm, which is an order of magnitude improvement over previously reported enhancement-mode InGaAs MISFETs. The current gain cutoff frequency, ft, and the maximum frequency of oscillation, fmax, of 7 and 10 GHz were obtained, respectively, for a 0.75×100 μm2 gate dimension device at a gate voltage of 3 V and drain voltage of 2 V  相似文献

We present the dynamical Faraday rotation of a terbium metaborate glass (25Tb2O3-75B2O3) modified with Mn2+ ions using pulsed magnetic fields, which reached up to ~16 T. The superexchange couplings of Tb3+-O 2--Tb3+ or Tb3+-O2--Mn2+ were magnetooptically observed at lower temperature. In particular, the enhancement of the Faraday rotation effect was obtained at 15 K with repetitional operation of the 16-T pulsed magnetic fields, resulting in the destruction of the dimer couplings. When the operated glasses were heated back to 300 K, only the Tb2O3-B2O3:Mn2+ exhibited a significant change in the Faraday rotation  相似文献

Erbium-doped tellurite-based glasses(Er3+:TeO2-ZnO-La2O3) are prepared by the conventional melt-quenching technique,and concentration-dependent luminescence properties of Er3+ are investigated.A significant spectral broadening of the 1.53 μm fluorescence corresponding to 4I13/2 →4I15/2 transition is observed,and the fluorescence decaying becomes a nearly exponential way with the increasing Er3+concentration.Radiation trapping is evoked to explain the broadening of 4I13/2 → 4I15/2 emission line of Er3+ ions.The optimum doping content of Er2O3 for 1.53 μm fluorescence emission is about 1.5 mol%.  相似文献

Aluminium oxide displays a very low tanδ at microwave frequencies. It also possesses a remarkably high thermal conductivity, ideal for heat dissipation in high power satellite filters. However, its temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency (τf) is approximately 60 ppm/K. It is shown that the application of a film of titanium oxide which has a Tf of opposite sign (45O ppm/K) produces a composite in which the τf can be tuned to be zero over a wide temperature range. The impact of various rapid thermal annealing used during the integration on the La2O3/HfO2 and HfO2/La2O3 stacks deposited by Atomic Layer deposition was analyzed. The consequences of lanthanum localization in such stacks on the evolution of the films during the rapid thermal annealing are investigated in term of morphology, crystalline structure, silicate formation and film homogeneity as a function of the depth. It appeared that the La2O3 location has an impact on the temperature of the quadratic phase formation which could be linked to the formation of SiOHfLa silicate and the resistance of the films to dissolution in HF 0.05 wt%.  相似文献

In2O3-Fe2O3 nanotubes are synthesized by an electrospinning method. The as-synthesized materials are characterized by scanning electron microscope and X-ray powder diffraction. The gas sensing results show that In2O3-Fe2O3 nanotubes exhibit excellent sensing properties to acetone and formaldehyde at different operating temperatures. The responses of gas sensors based on In2O3-Fe2O3 nanotubes to 100 ppm acetone and 100 ppm formaldehyde are 25 (240℃) and 15 (260℃), and the response/recovery times are 3/7 s and 4/7 s, respectively. The responses of In2O3-Fe2O3 nanotubes to 1 ppm acetone (240℃) and formaldehyde (260℃) are 3.5 and 1.8, respectively. Moreover, the gas sensor based on In2O3-Fe2O3 nanotubes also possesses an excellent selectivity to acetone and formaldehyde.  相似文献

研究了组分变化及掺杂对四元系Pb(Nb2/3Mn1/3)O3-Pb(Sb2/3Mn1/3)O3-PZT压电材料性能的影响,发现Zr/Ti比值在准同型相界附近该材料有最大的压电常数d33,而机械品质因数Qm值较小;Zr/Ti比偏离该相界时则机械品质因数Qm升高,相应的压电常数d33减小。通过改变Pb(Nb2/3Mn1/3)O3、Pb(Sb2/3Mn1/3)O3两组分的含量及掺入Sr、Ce等杂质,获得的材料介电损耗为0.14%,机械品质因数为2341,压电常数为216pC/N。  相似文献

In this work, the dielectric and beam-mode piezoelectric properties of ternary 0.35Pb(In1/2Nb1/2)O3-0.35Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.30PbTiO3 (PIMNT35/35/30) piezoelectric single crystals were investigated. The Curie temperature (T C) and rhombohedral-to-tetragonal phase-transition temperature (T rt) are 187°C and 127°C, about 30°C higher than those of PMNT crystals. The beam-mode coupling coefficient k 33 w was found to be 90.3%. Furthermore, 3.5-MHz linear arrays based on PIMNT35/35/30 crystals and Pb(Zr1−x Ti x )O3 ceramic (PZT-5H) were simulated using PiezoCAD software. The results indicate that the sensitivity and −6 dB bandwidth of a PIMNT35/35/30 transducer would be approximately 4 dB and 20% higher, respectively, compared with a traditional PZT transducer.  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射法在Pt/Ti/LaAlO3(100)衬底上制备了BaO-Nd2O3-Sm2O3-TiO2系(BNST)薄膜.研究了退火温度对BNST薄膜结构、表面形貌和介电性能的影响.X线衍射仪(XRD)分析表明,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒逐渐长大.经850℃退火处理的BNST薄膜具有很好的结晶质量.原子力显微镜(AFM)分析表明,在一定范围内提高退火温度所制备的薄膜晶粒致密、大小均匀.LCR测试分析表明,在测试频率为100 kHz时,随着退火温度的升高,BNST薄膜介电常数有所增加,介电损耗则先降低,后增加.实验表明,经850℃退火处理,所制备的BNST薄膜的介电常数达37,介电损耗小于1.2‰.  相似文献

为了提高不锈钢桨叶的表面耐磨蚀性能,采用激光合金化技术在1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢表面制备了Mn-Al2O3和Mn-Al2O3-NiWC合金化层,原位获得均由枝晶、共晶和未熔氧化铝颗粒组成的高锰钢基复合耐磨蚀涂层,并通过正交试验研究了两种合金化层的显微组织和耐磨蚀性能。结果表明,所有的正交参量下激光合金化Mn-Al2O3均可提高不锈钢的耐磨性,但耐蚀性有的提高,有的降低;参量因素对合金化层耐磨性的影响顺序为Al2O3添加量、扫描速率、激光功率,对耐蚀性的影响次序则恰恰相反;Al2O3添加量决定了Mn-Al2O3复合涂层中硬质相的含量,从而决定了涂层硬度和耐磨性;两种合金化层表面均发生晶界腐蚀、晶粒内和晶界处的点蚀,其耐蚀性与其多种组织、物相及各自的化学成分和耐蚀性及组织均匀性相关。  相似文献

采用传统高温固相法制备了不同Eu3+浓 度掺杂的Na2(La1-xEux) 2Ti3O10荧光粉,研究了Eu3+浓度 对样品结构及发光性质的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明Eu3+掺杂浓度不大于40%的 样品为四方相Na2La2Ti3O10;当 Eu3+浓度达到60%时,出现了正交相NaEuTiO4。对样品进行 激发、发射光谱的 测试发现,样品可被较 宽波段的紫外光有效激发,获得明亮的红橙色光发射,且Na2La2Ti3O10到Eu 3+存在有效的能量传递。利用 Van模型,证实了Eu3+间的交换相互作用是引发浓度猝灭的主要原因。利用Auzel模型 ,解释了Eu3+发光的自猝 灭行为。测试了样品在不同温度下的发射光谱和时间衰减曲线,确定样品发光产生 温度猝灭的主 要机理是Crossover过程。利用Arrhenius公式对实验数据进行拟合,确定激活能值约为0.26eV,说明Na2(La1-xEux)2Ti3O10荧光粉具有较好的发光热稳定性。  相似文献

The harmonic generating properties of potassium lanthanum nitrate (KLN) and potassium cerium nitrate (KCN) are described. These crystals have much larger nonlinear coefficients than potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) and are nearly noncritically phase matched at room temperature for Type I frequency doubling of 1.064-μm light, and for Type II doubling of light near 0.95 μm. Thus, these crystals are useful for generating blue-green light by frequency doubling high-power near-infrared lasers. The crystal growth of KLN and KCN are described by the three component phase diagrams. Crystallographic data for KCN that confirms its structural similarity to KLN are presented. The optical absorption spectra of the two materials are discussed, and the linear refractive indexes are given  相似文献

采用高温固相反应法制备了CaSi2O2N2:C e3+/Eu 2+荧光粉,研究了分别掺杂Ce3+、Eu2+及Ce3+/Eu2+共掺 杂时荧光粉 的发光特性。CaSi2O2N2:Ce3+在333 nm激发下得到宽波段的发射谱,发射峰 位于395nm,随着Ce3+浓度的增大,发 射波长出现明显的红移,猝灭浓度为1mol%。CaSi2O2N2:Eu2+在397nm激发下得到峰值位于540nm处的宽波段发射谱, 猝灭浓度为1mol%。对于Ca0.99-2xSi2O2N2:xCe 3+,xLi+,0.01Eu2+荧光粉,在333nm激发下,位于395nm处的发射峰十分微 弱,在540nm处有宽带发射,随着Ce3+浓度增大,位于540nm处的Eu2+的特征 发射显著增强。对于Ca0.98-ySi2O2N2: 0.01Ce3+,0.01Li+,yEu2+荧光粉,在激发光波长 为333nm,Eu2+浓度较低时,可以观察到两个发射带,峰值分 别位于395nm及540nm,随着Eu2+浓度增加,位于395nm的 发射强度一直减小,而540nm处的发射强度先增加后减小,猝灭浓 度为0.4mol%。证实了Ce3+,Eu2+之间发生了有效的能 量传递。计算出Ce 3+、Eu2+之间能量传递的效率ηT,在Eu2+浓 度为 1mol%时ηT趋于饱和,达到97.7%。通过计算,得到Ce3+ 与Eu2+之间的能量传递方式为电偶极-电偶极相互作用。  相似文献

本文从速率方程出发,对腔内吸收盒充低压纯甲烷和大气压甲烷-空气混合气两种情况下,He-Ne激光器3s_2→3p_4和3s_2→3p_2两条跃迁谱线的竞争作了定量分析,得出双波长振荡所满足的条件,并划分出单波长和双波长振荡区。设计了新的腔结构,使转换效率高达70%以上。  相似文献

We report on the preparation and optical spectroscopy analysis of a new fluoride glass in the chemical composition of 20ZrF4-30ZnF2-25AlF3-10BaF2-15YF3 with Tm3+ as the luminescent ions. Under an UV source, this material has displayed an intense blue emission colour. Upon excitation with a red wavelength at 688 nm (3H63F3), this glass has shown two upconverted blue emissions at 452 nm (1D23F4) and 474 nm (1G43H6), respectively. Possible mechanisms involved in such upconverted blue emissions are explained via ground state absorption and excited state absorption processes through an energy-level structure diagram of Tm3+(4f12). By the successful application of Judd-Ofelt calculations, the luminescence results have successfully been analysed. Besides obtaining a clear understanding of the optical characteristics of this glass, we have also measured its physical properties such as the refractive indices at three different wavelengths in order to evaluate its light dispersion performance, glass density and other related parameters as well.  相似文献
