新甜17号是甜菜遗传单粒三倍体杂交种。在2003~2004年新疆维吾尔自治区甜菜品种区域试验中,12点次的平均块根产量为80175kg/hm^2,比对照品种KWS5075增产2.2%;平均含糖率为14.82%,比对照提高1.11度;平均产糖量为11778.0kg/hm^2,比对照增产10.4%。该品种抗褐斑病、根腐病性强,2006年通过新疆农作物品种审定委员会审定命名。  相似文献

甜菜二倍体雄性不育多粒杂交种——BHK2号,是包头华资实业股份有限公司甜菜研究所育种部与德国KWS公司,自2002年开始合作选育的新品种。该品种丰产性好,含糖稳定,抗褐斑病和根腐病,对丛根病有一定耐病性。在2006~2007年的内蒙古自治区甜菜品种区域试验中,两年平均块根产量比对照甜研309分别提高22.22%,含糖率比对照低0.27度。在2007年的生产试验中,块根产量和含糖率分别比对照提高17.43%和0.62度。BHK2号达到了内蒙古自治区《糖用甜菜品种审定认定标准》,2008年经内蒙古自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定并命名。  相似文献

吉甜303甜菜多粒丰产型雄性不育多倍体杂交种,是1997年以多粒雄性不育系为母体,四倍体品系为父本,采取3:1比例配制的测交组合,原代号为97—12。该品种在2002~2003年吉林省甜菜品种区域试验中两年全省11个点平均根产量为41836.1kg/hm^2,比对照品种吉甜301提高19.9%,平均含糖率17.15%,比对照低O.35度,平均产糖量7097.3kg/hm^2,比对照提高17.5%。在2003年吉林省甜菜品种生产试验中,3个点次平均根产量为46550.0kg/hm^2,比对照品种吉甜301提高34.4%;平均含糖率16.00%,比对照低0.3度;平均产糖量7524.1kg/hm^2,比对照提高31.9%,纯度比对照提高0.5%。该品种具有高产、优质、抗性强的特点,于2004年5月通过吉林省作物品种委员会审定并命名。  相似文献

抗(耐)甜菜丛根病新品种中甜—双丰317号(张甜301)是以二倍体抗(耐)丛根病品系抗1和抗褐斑病性强、含糖较高的四倍体双丰415杂交而成的普通多倍体甜菜新品种。该品种块根产量高、含糖中等、工艺品质好、抗(耐)丛根病及褐斑病性强,在1994~1995两年国家“八五”科技攻关抗(耐)甜菜丛根病品种联合区试中达标,平均块根产量为2570.8kg/亩,比对照品种增产512.6%,含糖率(14.61%)提高3.98度,产糖量为359.3kg/亩,比对照增加1036.4%。在内蒙古、宁夏、甘肃、新疆等试验点表现出较强的耐丛根病性。  相似文献

甜菜新品种中甜─吉洮单一由洮育单粒二倍体品系85─724与多粒二倍体品系A2-1046杂交育成,属标准偏高糖单粒型新品种,其双亲配合力高,杂种优势强。该品种在吉林省甜菜品种区域试验及生产试验中,其根产量、含糖率和产糖量比单粒对照品种吉甜单一提高5.9%~12.2%,1.9~1.1度,19.2%~19.6%;比偏高糖多粒对照品种范育一号提高1.83%~39.0%,(─0.6)~(─0.7)度,13.6%~34.0%。在黑龙江、山西、宁夏、新疆等五省异地鉴定中根产量、含糖率、产糖量分别比当地多粒对照品种提高4.3%~43.4%,(─0.3)~1.3度,115%~48.1%。该品种高抗褐斑病,多点调查结果是,其褐斑病发病级数比省内对照品种低一级左右,比省外多粒生产种低0.3~1.4级,比国外抗病生产种低0.3级,比国外感病生产种低2.7级。  相似文献

多倍体甜菜新品种中甜──双丰319是由双丰416(母本)和双丰8号(父本)杂交选育而成。该品种块根产量、含糖率较高,抗褐血病性强。在1993~1995年黑龙江省区域试验中地对照品种平均块根产量、含糖率、产糖量分别提高4.3%、0.5°S和8.28%。在1995~1997年黑龙江省生产试验中,块根产量、产糖量比对照提高10.8%和10.3%,食糖率持平。该品种品质优良,与对照品种甜研302比较,含糖率提高0.5°S,α—氨基氮、钾、钠含量分别低19.3%、31.5%和15.9%。  相似文献

KWS6231是内蒙古甜菜种子公司从德国KWS种子有限公司引进的单粒型三倍体杂交种,1999~2002年参加内蒙古自治区甜菜品种区域试验(抗〈耐〉丛根病组),块根产量分别比对照甜研303增加174.4%和219.5%,含糖率分别比对照增加0.83度和O.34度,产糖量分别比对照增加174.9%和228.2%,丛根病病情指数均为O.20,分别比对照低0.02和0.09。2003年在生产试验中,KW$6231块根产量、含糖率、产糖量分别比对照提高193.6%、3.48度、256.9%,病情指数为O.19。KWS6231各项指标均达审定规范的要求,2004年4月2日经内蒙古自治区农作物品种审定委会审定引种鉴定通过。  相似文献

甜菜新品种吉甜209以多粒雄性不育系为母本,以二倍体品系为父本,采取5:1配比杂交育成。该品种经1996-1999年省内甜菜品种区域试验,1998-1999年生产试验,表现为适应性广,抗病能力强,块根产量高、产糖量高等优点。区域试验结果:块根产量比吉甜201(对照品种)增产18.45%,含糖低0.36度,产糖量比吉甜201提高15.84%。吉甜209属于丰产型雄性不育二倍体杂交品种,2001年通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定并命。  相似文献

德国甜菜品种KWS0149是内蒙古甜菜种子公司引进的二倍体杂交种。2002和2003年参加内蒙古自治区甜菜品种区域试验(抗(耐)丛根病组)。块根产量分别比对照甜研303增加276.1%和263.4%,含糖率分别比对照增加0.24度和1.41度,产糖量分别比对照增加274.6%和293.6%,病情指数分别比对照降低0.13和0.09。2004年,KWS0149参加生产试验,块根产量、含糖率、产糖量分别比对照增加147.7%、2.28度、172.4%,病情指数为0.14。试验表明,KWS0149的各项指标均达到甜菜品种审定规定的要求,2005年4月2日通过内蒙古农作物品种审定委员会审定。  相似文献

引进的荷兰甜菜品种BASTION(巴士森)在1998-2000年黑龙江省甜菜品种区域试验和生产试验中,平均根产量分别为39588.2kg/hm^2和72491.5kg/hm^2,比对照品种甜研302增产26.9%和42.5%,平均含糖率为17.05%和16.7%,比对照品种甜研302低0.97度和0.46度,平均产糖量为6703.8kg/hm^2和12106.1kg/hm^2,比对照甜研302提高20.6%和35.8%。该品种抗褐斑病、耐根腐病、苗期立枯病发病率低,适应性强,适宜在黑龙江省的黑河、嫩江、佳木斯、牡丹江等地区种植。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
