简要介绍了高效自动化焊接门架的结构特点,针对焊接门架的重量优化问题,建立了以门架主梁重量最轻为目标的优化模型,创建了目标函数和优化模型的约束条件,并对约束条件进行了合理的简化。通过运用LINGO软件对工程实例进行非线性规划,得出很好的优化结果。优化结果合理可靠,证明了优化模型的正确性和实用性。优化模型和优化工具适用性强,为自动化焊接装备的优化设计共性问题提供了一种可行的思路和方法,具有广阔的应用前景。 相似文献

复杂虚拟样机仿真需要求解数量巨大的方程,单次运行就需要很长的时间,而优化时需要成千上万次地进行样机仿真,同时多个优化变量和多局部极值的优化目标函数也对优化算法提出了很高的要求,这就给复杂虚拟样机优化带来很大困难。分析了复杂虚拟样机优化的特点,提出了用神经网络拟合样机函数和用优化算法库选择优化算法的思想,形成了一种适用于复杂虚拟样机优化的通用方法。某型装备整体动态性能的优化实例证明了该方法的有效性。 相似文献

A complex cam shape optimization problem is studied to optimize a unique cam mechanism for a new cam drive engine. First,
the optimization problem is defined through analyzing the unique cam mechanism. Multiple design specifications are included
in the optimization problem by defining the output torque of the engine as the objective function and the contact stress,
radius of curvature, and pressure angle as the constraints. Second, an analytical scenario is designed to find the best ever
cam profiles through manipulating the different combinations of cam profile representations and optimization methods. Two
types of curve representations, including general polynomial spline and B-spline, are employed in cam profile synthesis. In
addition, both a classical optimization technique and a genetic algorithm (GA) based method are applied to solve the complex
optimization problem. Finally, comparative studies are performed among the initial profile and the optimal profiles to demonstrate
the effectiveness of these proposed design approaches on solving the cam profile optimization problem. Results show that the
best profiles are obtained from a combination of the B-spline representation and the GA-based method. In addition, compared
to the initial design, the engine performance is improved greatly by the proposed optimization approaches. 相似文献

This work gives some applications of a pseudo-constructal technique for shape optimization of mechanical structures. In the pseudo-constructal theory developed in this paper, the main objective of optimization is only the minimization of total potential energy. The other objectives usually used in mechanical structures optimization are treated like limitations or optimization constraints. Two applications are presented; the first one deals with the optimization of the shape of a drop of water by using a genetic algorithm with the pseudo-constructal technique, and the second one deals with the optimization of the shape of a hydraulic hammer’s rear bearing. 相似文献

为实现机体的低振动优化设计,在试验验证有限元模型正确性的基础上,采用拓扑优化和形状优化方法,保证不同层次优化模型的承接性,以机体模态频率和整机振动烈度值作为优化设计目标,采用数值模拟方法对机体进行振动响应分析,为机体的优化设计识别出机体振动状况分布。以四缸柴油机机体的虚拟样机为设计对象,通过拓扑优化与形状优化得到设计变量最优解,并综合考虑相关因素确定全部布局和细节设计的最终优化方案。优化结构分析结果表明,优化后各阶模态频率均得到了提高,同时整机振动烈度值降低了34.8%,优化后的机体在满足结构刚度和强度条件下实现了机体振动烈度处于安全区域。研究表明所提出的拓扑优化和形状优化在设计效率和精度都有所提高,在机体的低振动设计中可行且有效。 相似文献

提出了一种能求解整数规划问题的改进遗传算法,并将其用于复合材料螺旋桨结构优化问题。首先,提出一种新颖的优化模型建模方法,该方法在不影响优化结果的同时,能大幅减少设计变量个数,从而缩小优化空间,有效的提高优化效率。然后从整数编码、锦标赛选择以及加速策略等方面对遗传算法进行改进,使之成为一种能同时优化铺层层数和铺层顺序的高效算法。笔者所提的优化方法被用来求解该复合材料螺旋桨优化问题,优化时间缩短6倍,重量减少32%,固有频率提高30%,获得了较好的优化结果。 相似文献

市场的竞争压力促使汽车厂商致力于加快车身开发的进程,而基于计算机辅助工程(Computer aided engineering,CAE)的车身结构优化技术由此而成为业内的研究热点。与传统的尺寸优化不同,形状优化在工程优化中具有更大的潜力。将网格变形技术引入形状优化,提出基于近似模型的多目标形状优化方法。利用网格变形技术定义形状变量,并根据灵敏度信息筛选优化变量;采用优化拉丁方试验设计对设计空间均匀分布样本点,进一步拟合高精度的Kriging模型;运用多目标粒子群算法,保持其余性能指标满足预期的前提下,以白车身弯曲刚度和质量为目标进行优化。研究表明,所提出的优化方法成功用于白车身的多目标优化,设计者可根据优化结果权衡各个目标,以指导最终的决策。 相似文献

In order that the mechanism designed meets the requirements of kinematics with optimal dynamics behaviors, a quadratic optimization method is proposed based on the different characteristics of kinematic and dynamic optimization. This method includes two steps of optimization, that is, kinematic and dynamic optimization. Meanwhile, it uses the results of the kinematic optimization as the constraint equations of dynamic optimization. This method is used in the parameters optimization of transplanting mechanism with elliptic planetary gears of high-speed rice seedling transplanter with remarkable significance. The parameters spectrum, which meets to the kinematic requirements, is obtained through visualized human-computer interactions in the kinematics optimization, and the optimal parameters are obtained based on improved genetic algorithm in dynamic optimization. In the dynamic optimization, the objective function is chosen as the optimal dynamic behavior and the constraint equations are from the results of the kinematic optimization. This method is suitable for multi-objective optimization when both the kinematic and dynamic performances act as objective functions. 相似文献

在单次优化中,具有高维设计空间、多形态变量的优化易求解困难。因此将其分解成低维、单一形态变量的多层次优化。若优化分为双层次,上、下级相互依赖、相互作用、共同决定响应,即为双层规划问题。但是,双层规划令下级在上级的决策环境中寻求最优解,本质上求解困难。为此,通过上、下级间的迭代进行求解。为提高白车身性能并实现轻量化,应同时优化截面形状和板件尺寸。复杂截面形状的参数化引用网格变形技术,易引起板件穿透和单元质量差,进而导致单次优化的重分析失效而终止迭代。因此基于近似模型优化截面形状。然而,尺寸优化为实现轻量化而增加设计变量,随设计空间维数的提高响应面模型的采样点成倍增加、拟合精度急剧下降。因此采用Nastran Sol200优化的方法。根据截面形状和板件尺寸优化的特点,将双层规划法引入白车身结构优化,解决了优化求解困难的问题,同时有效提升其静态刚度、模态频率和实现轻量化。 相似文献
