在固定氟橡胶(FKM)硫化体系(双酚AF)的条件下,研究了改变氯醚橡胶(CO)硫化体系对FKM/CO共混物硫化特性以及硫化胶的物理机械性能、耐老化性能、耐油性能及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,采用促进剂NA-22/MgO体系时,FKM/CO共混物具有较好的硫化特性,硫化胶的综合物理机械性能较好,但耐老化性能仍需改善;采用促进剂TCY/MgO/CaCO3体系时需要较长的硫化时间,且焦烧性能较差;并用促进剂TMTD或促进剂DTDM后混炼胶的交联效果变差;FKM/CO共混物具有较好的热稳定性且热失重起始温度高于300℃。  相似文献

初步研究了具有不同共混比的氟橡胶(FKM)/氯醚橡胶(CO)共混物的硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐老化性能和压缩永久变形性能。结果表明:CO用量少于20份时,共混胶拉伸强度、100%定仲应力及压缩永久变形性能与纯FKM相当;当CO用量为20-40份时.共混胶拉伸强度和压缩永久变形性能均急剧下降;当用量高于40份时,趋于缓慢。FKM/CO共混胶耐老化性能保持率达到85%。  相似文献

研究了不同并用比(质量比)时氟橡胶(FKM)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用胶动态硫化和静态硫化后的低温性能、物理机械性能、耐老化性能和热稳定性,并用扫描电子显微镜表征了并用胶.结果表明,当并用比为30/70时,并用胶有较好的相容性;EPDM可以改善FKM的低温性能;随着EPDM用量的增加,并用胶的拉伸强度及邵尔A硬度降低;动态硫化FKM/EPDM并用胶比静态硫化FKM/EPDM并用胶具有更好的耐老化性能,但老化前前者的拉伸强度稍低于后者;FKM/EPDM并用胶的热稳定性优于纯EPDM;静态硫化FKM/EPDM并用胶中片层现象严重,动态硫化FKM/EPDM并用胶的EPDM包覆在FKM中,但相畴偏大.  相似文献

采用机械共混法制备氟橡胶(FKM)/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)并用胶,研究硫化条件对FKM/MVQ并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,随着一段硫化温度的升高,FKM/MVQ并用胶t10和t90缩短,邵尔A型硬度和撕裂强度变化不大,定伸应力和拉伸强度先增大后减小;当一段硫化条件为165℃×t90、二段硫化条件为250℃×4h时,FKM/MVQ并用胶的综合物理性能较好。  相似文献

对采用双酚AF/促进剂BPP硫化体系的氟橡胶(FKM)/丙烯酸酯橡胶(AcM)并用胶的各项性能进行研究.结果表明:以双酚AF/促进剂BPP为硫化体系,FKM和ACM可以实现共硫化,制得的FKM/ACM并用胶物理性能优良,耐热氧、耐紫外光和耐臭氧老化性能以及热稳定性较好,压缩永久变形性能优异}扫描电子显微镜显示FKM和ACM具有较好的相容性.  相似文献

研究氟橡胶(FKM)与硅橡胶(MVQ)并用以及采用氟硅橡胶(FSR)为增容剂制作耐高低温耐油胶料的性能。结果表明:FKM并用MVQ后,热力学相容性差,因此共混胶的物性较差,但低温性能明显改善,耐油性能有所下降。随着氟硅橡胶(FSR)用量的增加,共混胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均有明显的提高,耐油性略有改善,低温性能变化不大。对并用胶拉伸断裂试样断面进行电子显微镜扫描,观察到FKM/MVQ硫化胶基体断面凹凸不平,出现明显的层状分离状态,加入FSR后,可以看出FKM/MVQ/FSR硫化胶断面较为均匀,没有明显分层现象,说明FSR对FKM/MVQ 2相相容性有所改善。热失重曲线分析可看到FKM/MVQ/FSR共混胶分解温度高于FKM硫化胶的主链热分解温度,说明FKM/MVQ/FSR共混胶的耐热性优于氟橡胶。  相似文献

研究了氟橡胶(FKM)与甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)的共混比、1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIBP)硫化剂和三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯(TAIC)助硫化剂用量以及硫化温度对FKM/MVQ共混胶硫化性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当FKM/MVQ共混比为50/50、硫化剂BIBP用量为1.0份、助硫化剂TAIC用量为2.5份、硫化温度为160℃时,FKM/MVQ共混胶的硫化性能和力学性能最优,硫化时其最大转矩为19.34 dN·m,拉伸强度为5.29 MPa,扯断伸长率为230.68%。  相似文献

研究硫化体系、氟橡胶(FKM)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用比、相容剂马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(MA-g-EPDM)对FKM/EPDM并用胶物理性能以及耐高温和耐老化龟裂性能的影响。结果表明:随着硫化剂DCP用量的增大,FKM/EPDM并用胶的邵尔A型硬度和拉伸强度提高,拉断伸长率降低;随着FKM/EPDM并用比的增大,FKM/EPDM并用胶的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均降低,但耐老化龟裂性能提高;FKM/EPDM并用比为30/70、硫化剂DCP用量为3份时,FKM/EPDM并用胶具有较好的综合性能;添加相容剂MA-g-EPDM不能提高FKM/EPDM并用胶的物理性能。  相似文献

制备支化多酚羟基氢化丁腈橡胶(PHHNBR)/氟橡胶(FKM)反应型并用胶,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:PHHNBR具有支化多酚羟基结构,PHHNBR/FKM反应型并用胶可以实现自身的硫化;FKM与PHHNBR相容性良好,并用胶的拉伸强度明显高于FKM硫化胶,撕裂强度相当,玻璃化温度明显降低,耐低温性能改善。  相似文献

三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)常被用于制备耐高温橡胶制品,但是随着使用时间的延长或者环境温度的升高, EPDM橡胶制品容易老化龟裂而降低产品的使用寿命。本文研究了硫化体系、FKM/EPDM并用比、相容剂马来酸酐接枝的乙丙橡胶(MA-g-EPDM)对FKM/EPDM并用胶的力学性能、耐老化性能、抗龟裂性能的影响。结果表明:硫化剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量在为3份,FKM/EPDM并用比为30/70时并用胶的力学性能较好;随着并用胶中FKM比例的增加,并用胶的抗老化龟裂性能提高,当并用胶中FKM比例超过50份时,并用胶经280℃×4h的老化之后,表面无裂纹产生;相容剂MA-g-EPDM与FKM之间虽然可以产生氢键,但由于接枝率低、分子量低,对FKM/EPDM力学性能的提高无效果,反而会降低并用胶的力学性能。  相似文献

In this work, blends of fluoroelastomer (FKM), natural rubber (NR) along with high‐density polyethylene (HDPE) by dynamic vulcanization using peroxide (DBPH, DCP) as a curing agent were prepared. HDPE was melt‐mixed with NR and FKM at different compositions (HDPE/FKM/NR i.e. 30/60/10, 30/55/15, 30/50/20, and 30/35/35%wt) using an internal mixer at 150°C and 50 rpm rotor speed. The mechanical properties and oil swelling resistances of these blends were analyzed according to ISO 37 (Type 1) and ASTM D471, respectively. The results suggest that DBPH works better as a curing agent for the dynamic vulcanization system than DCP. The optimum mechanical properties and oil resistance were revealed in 30/50/20 and 30/60/10 HDPE/FKM/NR, being dynamic vulcanized with DBPH, respectively. In addition, was found that a dispersed HDPE phase shows the percent crystallinity in the range of 53% to 55% upon increasing the NR content. MVQ-g-TFEMA对氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的增容作用   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过高温力化学接枝法制备硅橡胶接枝甲基丙烯酸-2,2,2-三氟乙酯(MVQ-g-TFE-MA),作为氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的增容剂。研究增容剂用量对氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的力学性能、耐油性能和低温性能的影响,采用DMA研究共混胶中氟橡胶和硅橡胶的相容性。结果表明,添加的MVQ-g-TFEMA的质量分数为4.6%时,共混胶具有良好的力学性能。随着增容剂的质量分数从0增至11.5%,共混胶的耐油性能提高,脆性温度从-36.8℃下降至-48.3℃。DMA分析表明,增容剂MVQ-g-TFEMA改善了共混胶中氟橡胶和硅橡胶的相容性。  相似文献

Polyamide‐12 and chlorobutyl rubber were blended by dynamic vulcanization in a high shear environment using curing systems based on sulfur, dithiocarbamate/ZnO, and 4,4‐methylenebiscyclohexylamine/MgO. As expected, all blends with curing agents show increased tensile strength and elongation at break in comparison to blends without curing agents. Maximum mechanical properties are obtained at relatively low levels of curing agent in all systems. Hexane extraction of the mixtures and measurement of percentage of insolubles along with the swelling index of the rubber phase confirm that a high level of cure is achieved at low levels of curing agent. Although the curatives are designed for the rubber phase, differential scanning calorimetry results indicate that both phases are affected during the dynamic vulcanization process, with polyamide‐12 showing a reduced melting temperature that is indicative of molecular weight reduction, structure changes, or reaction with the rubber phase. Scanning electron microscopy results indicate that phase size is reduced with increased blending time and level of curing agent. Rheological studies indicate that blends containing curing agents exhibit non‐Newtonian behavior to a greater extent than polyamide or nonvulcanized polyamide/chlorobutyl rubber blends. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用沉淀白炭黑和高耐磨炭黑作为氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的填料.研究以不同质量比混合的沉淀白炭黑和高耐磨炭黑对氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的硫化特性、门尼粘度、力学性能、耐热老化性能和耐油性能的影响,并通过RPA分析表征填料-填料的相互作用,采用SEM表征白炭黑/炭黑混合填料在氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶中的分散性.结果表明,随着混合填料中白炭黑所占比例的增大,氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的硫化转矩升高,焦烧时间(t10)缩短,正硫化时间(t90)延长,门尼粘度增大.氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的力学性能,耐热老化性能和耐油性能都随着混合填料中白炭黑用量增多而提高.RPA分析表明,全部采用白炭黑补强的共混胶Payne效应最明显,炭黑补强的共混胶Payne效应最弱.SEM分析表明,白炭黑在共混胶中分布比炭黑更加均匀,填料聚集体粒径较小.  相似文献

We prepared fluororubber (FKM) vulcanizate powder (FVP) via cryogenic grinding of the FKM commonly used in automobiles and assessed the particle size distribution of the resulting powder. We also prepared silicone rubber (SR)/FKM blends at a ratio of 25/75. Varying amounts of FKM were replaced with equal amounts of FVP within the range of 5–40 wt%, and the physical properties of the resulting SR/FKM/FVP blends were investigated and compared. The TGA curves of the SR/FKM/FVP blends obtained during the thermal property investigations indicated that pyrolysis of SR occurred within two temperature ranges, and that the SR/FKM/FVP blends with 5 wt% FVP demonstrated the highest thermal stability. The storage modulus (E') and loss modulus (E″) of the SR/ FKM/FVP blends increased as the FVP content increased. In the SR/FKM/FVP blends with 5 and 10 wt% FVP, very typical elastic‐deformation behavior was observed. On the contrary, in 40 wt% FVP, the rubber properties disappeared. The mean particle size of FVP was 41.75 μm, and particle size distribution measurements of the SR/FKM/FVP blends suggest particle coexistence such that FVP was condensed and separated. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过机械共混法制备了氟橡胶(FKM)/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)弹性体,研究了二者的质量比对共混弹性体力学性能、耐油性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明,当FKM/MVQ(质量比,下同)为80/20时,共混弹性体具有较好的综合力学性能.随着FKM所占比例的增加,共混弹性体的耐油性能提高.当振动频率为1 Hz时,共混弹性体中MVQ相的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)比MVQ的Tg提高了约5.0 ℃,而FKM相的Tg改变不大;当FKM/MVQ为60/40时,随着振动频率由1 Hz增大到50 Hz,FKM相的Tg升高了12.9 ℃,而MVQ相的Tg变化不大.  相似文献
